The location of this unit was great. We weâre near the rec room/pool/hot tub and only about a 10 minute walk from the village. Condo was a little dated but clean.
It started with our little well behaved dog. He doesn't go on sofas unless we invite him, and we had already planned for him to stay off. When we arrived, we found a cover for the couch in case he went on it, which is reasonable. But he went UNDER the couch. And the garbage he found under there was appalling. Bear in mind we paid an extra fee for cleaning up after the dog. They have all these rules designed to keep the place clean, but they didn't keep up their end of the bargain. Then the matresses had to be at least 25 years old. It was insulting. Not asking for 4 Seasons, but if you host a property, you need to show your guests a little respect. Too bad, because the place has so much potential.
Stayed there with 6 people for a long weekend ski trip. Place was perfect for what we needed. First location is awesome, literally across the street for the Blue Line Bus Stop (78). Place is a little small and probably has too much furniture but was comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Dishwasher worked great, and having a washer/dryer in unit is solid. Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable however, so bring your own comfy pillow. Heaters worked great and firewood was provided for the fireplace. Overall would stay here again in a second.
the condo was clean. easy check in.
The shuttle stop is right in front of the condo so it was very convenient to get to the ski lift.
Host is very responsive.
This unit was perfect for our family get away. We appreciated the flexibility of the owners to allow pets. The condo was clean and spacious with all possible pet amenities included. We will definitely try to stay here again.
The condo is pretty outdated, but good location to get to village or canyon lodge. We walked to dinner in the village each night. We put our ski stuff in the locker at canyon lodge the first day. Then, we were able to walk (steep), drive, or take the village to the lodge.
The staff is very responsive.
My only complaints are that the couch had a lot of dog hair on it and the beds were hard as rocks.
Also, a note to the owner would be to add more lighting to the master bedroom (no overhead lighting and two lamps on night stand were not very bright. A floor lamp would've helped)
Note to guests. Their is no ice maker. They have ice trays though, but you may just want to buy a bag of ice.
Took my folks out to Mammoth for the first time! The location cannot be any better. Everything is very close. The condo had enough room for everyone and had everything we needed. No complaints except we are now planning to come back in the Spring!
