Why you didn’t ask to Cinzia for it? The safety doesn’t work correctly for this it was closed to avoid inconveniences to our guests! Sorry also for the grills, here we use to put in the fire to disinfect before to cook instead to clean with soap and chemical products! Fortunately the house is well equipped and you had romantic evenings in front of the fire and there is also air conditioning! Sorry, if you lost the part of extra costs about linen but the cost is indicated in different part of the adv and it is one of the rules of the house that guests subscribe before to insert personal details and credit card! Cari Carsten e Silvia, siamo rimasti un po' sorpresi da una recensione a 3 stelle, quindi parzialmente negativa. Saremmo curiosi di sapere cosa intendete per pessime infrastrutture...la villa è una casa curatissima in ogni dettaglio, sia interno che esterno. Arredata in stile sardo, marinaro con mobili in legno, alcuni di pregio e antichi (possiamo comprendere che non siate stati in grado di riconoscerli ma bastava chiedere, tra vecchio e antico c'è una bella differenza), tantissimi spazi arredati per garantire comfort e relax. Per quanto riguarda l'illuminazione la sola lampadina che non funzionava nell'ingresso secondario era di facile sostituzione, mentre il cancello ha avuto un problema alla fotocellula che si era incantata, per cui bastava dargli un colpetto e si sarebbe sbloccata. Comunque non ha costituito un problema di sicurezza visto che la Villa è dotata di allarme. Inoltre c'è stato un blackout in tutta la zona, Torre delle Stelle e Geremeas, che non era risolvibile da noi! Per l'entrata, la strada secondaria, per il momento non è possibile fare nulla poiché la strada è comunale. Ad ogni modo, vista la vicinanza della spiaggia a soli 2 minuti a piedi e di tutti i servizi, ristoranti e supermercato, raggiungibili in 5 min a piedi, sicuramente questo non può giustificare un vostro giudizio negativo. Tra l'altro non avete fatto alcuna menzione al fatto che vi sia stato permesso di entrare in casa 5 ore prima del previsto e di lasciare la casa con comodo e che Cinzia sia stata disponibile e presente con costanza ad ogni Vostra richiesta, oltre ad avervi fornito tantissimi consigli utili su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Tra l'altro vi ha chiesto diverse volte se procedeva tutto bene e se vi piaceva il posto e avete risposto che vi stavate godendo la vacanza e che vi piaceva molto il posto. Ci dispiace veramente aver letto la Vostra recensione. per fortuna l'unica non costruttiva e anche non veritiera, ma francamente non ne capiamo il motivo. Buon inverno! Liebe Carsten und Silvia, wir waren von einer 3 Sterne Bewertung etwas überrascht, daher teilweise negativ. Uns würde interessieren, was Sie unter schlechter Infrastruktur verstehen ... die Villa ist ein Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sowohl innen als auch außen. Eingerichtet im sardischen Stil, seefahrerisch mit Holzmöbeln, einige wertvoll und antik (wir können verstehen, dass Sie sie nicht erkennen konnten, aber es genügte zu fragen, zwischen alt und antik gibt es einen großen Unterschied), für viele möblierte Räume zu sorgen Komfort und Entspannung. Was die Beleuchtung betrifft, so war die einzige Glühbirne, die im Nebeneingang nicht funktionierte, leicht auszutauschen, während das Tor ein Problem mit der verzauberten Fotozelle hatte, sodass es ausreichte, darauf zu tippen, und es würde entriegelt werden. Dies stellte jedoch kein Sicherheitsproblem dar, da die Villa mit einem Alarm ausgestattet ist. Außerdem gab es im gesamten Bereich, Torre delle Stelle und Geremeas einen Stromausfall, der von uns nicht lösbar war! Für den Eingang, die Nebenstraße, ist derzeit nichts zu tun, da die Straße städtisch ist. In Anbetracht der Nähe zum Strand in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß und allen Dienstleistungen, Restaurants und Supermärkten, die in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind, kann dies Ihre negative Meinung sicherlich nicht rechtfertigen. Unter anderem haben Sie nicht erwähnt, dass Sie das Haus 5 Stunden früher als erwartet betreten und das Haus bequem verlassen durften und dass Cinzia für Ihre Wünsche verfügbar und ständig präsent war und Sie hatte gab viele nützliche Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Unter anderem fragte er Sie mehrmals, ob alles gut laufe und ob Ihnen der Ort gefalle und Sie antworteten, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen und Ihnen der Ort sehr gut gefallen hat. Es tut uns wirklich leid, Ihre Bewertung gelesen zu haben. zum Glück ist der einzige nicht konstruktiv und auch nicht wahrheitsgemäß, aber ehrlich gesagt verstehen wir nicht warum. Sì, purtroppo le strade bianche di Torre delle Stelle, scelta ecologista degli anni passati, non sono perfettamente tenute, ma fortunatamente, il Comune si sta attivando per usare cementi pigmentati a basso impatto ambientale...speriamo provvedano quanto prima anche nelle vie secondarie! Siete stati degli ospiti fantastici, rispettosi della casa come fosse la Vostra! A presto!

Yes, the house is not modern in the forniture because is a typical sardinian holidays house and the wood stairs are not large but there is the option to use the ones bigger and more comfortable in the garden! I Anyway it is well equipped and full of stuff to use. The owners installed a new dishing machine too. Final cleanings and linen are a plus! It is all indicated in the advertisement! Some guests decided to come with their own linen because they arrived by car...this was an option! I hope you are great, best regards!

Caro Detlef, grazie per la tua recensione! La villa è curata e in una splendida posizione e le spiagge intorno sono fantastiche. Cinzia è sempre lieta di essere d'aiuto e si impegna affinché la vacanza dei nostri ospiti sia perfetta. I letti sono standard e di buona qualità, ci dispiace non fossero abbastanza grandi per voi! Per le strade bianche speriamo che il Comune le sistemi. Noi invece abbiamo fatto tesoro della tua recensione e abbiamo installato una bella lavastoviglie! Per le zanzare purtroppo dipende dal clima. Quando ci sono giornate umide è più facile che ci siano, anche se i proprietari fanno spesso disinfestazioni contro tutti gli insetti. Purtroppo le zanzare volano! Saremo lieti di rivedervi qui! Lieber Detlef, danke für deine Bewertung! Die Villa ist gut gepflegt und hat eine wunderschöne Lage und die Strände in der Umgebung sind fantastisch. Cinzia ist immer gerne behilflich und setzt sich dafür ein, dass der Urlaub unserer Gäste perfekt wird. Die Betten sind Standard und von guter Qualität, leider waren sie nicht groß genug für Sie! Für die unbefestigten Straßen hoffen wir, dass die Gemeinde sie reparieren wird. Wir hingegen haben Ihre Bewertung genutzt und eine schöne Spülmaschine eingebaut! Leider hängt es bei Mücken vom Klima ab. An schwülen Tagen ist es einfacher als sonst, auch wenn die Besitzer oft Entwesungen gegen alle Insekten durchführen. Leider fliegen Mücken! Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen hier!

Purtroppo avendo iniziato la stagione abbastanza di corsa, non è stato possibile studiare una soluzione che permettesse di installare una lavastoviglie nella cucina in muratura. Abbiamo ricevuto delle prenotazioni immediate non appena si è sboccata la situazione Covid, per cui non era possibile apportare questa modifica. Mi permetto di sottolineare però che la lavastoviglie non era menzionata nell’annuncio e comunque nessuno degli altri ospiti, precedenti e successivi, ha mai lamentato tale “mancanza”. Facendo tesoro della tua esigenza, per fornire un soggiorno ancor migliore, stiamo valutando dove inserirla! Arrivederci!

La posizione è invidiabile, la vista sulla spiaggia e la vicinanza a spiaggia e servizi in genere, a piedi, la rendono particolarmente comoda...in più è riparata dal maestrale (quest’anno assente). Cerchiamo sempre di rendere il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti il migliore possibile, provando a far fronte ad eventuali imprevisti con rapidità e ove possibile accogliendo gli ospiti con molto anticipo o personalizzando il check out in base alle esigenze dell’ospite e agli arrivi! Vero, l’unico neo le strade che erano sottoposte a vincolo paesaggistico...ora sembra che i due comuni interessati abbiano iniziato una pavimentazione in cemento pigmentato naturale...si spera completino quanto prima! E che le auto non inizino a sfrecciare! Vi aspettiamo presto!
