Welcome to your ideal beachside retreat at Magia Condo Complex, a beautiful location in Playa del Carmen. Situated between the Caribbean Sea and the famous 5th Avenue, this spacious and stylish condo provides everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Living & Dining
The open-concept living area is thoughtfully designed with stylish furnishings, a comfortable seating space, and a dining table for six. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to a large private terrace, seamlessly extending the living space and allowing in fresh ocean breezes.

Getting Around:
If you're arriving by car, private underground parking is available. However, if parking in town, be mindful of metered spaces, which require payment from 10 AM to 10 PM daily (except on official holidays). Public parking lots are also available for a small hourly or daily fee.

Thanks to the central location, a car isn’t necessary—most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. For longer trips, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or use "colectivos" (shared-ride vans) for affordable transportation.

The condo is approximately 34.5 miles (55.5 km) from Cancun International Airport (CUN), about a 45-minute drive. It’s best to arrange airport transfers in advance—options include shared shuttles, private car services, and rental cars. Let us know if you need assistance with booking!

- We apologize for the inconvenience — the ceiling fan in the kitchen is currently out of service. However, all other ceiling fans and the air conditioning are working properly.
- In the event of city-wide power outages conducted by the Federal Commission of Electricity, elevator service may be impacted. Please note that the elevator is external to the rented apartment, and its proper functioning cannot be guaranteed during such outages.
- This building is not suitable for individuals with disabilities. It does not have ramps or easy access for wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility aids.
- Please note that you’ll need to climb a small staircase (5 steps) to get from the pool area to the elevator.
- There are security cameras located in hallways, parking area, pool area and common areas belonging to the building.
- We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like bottled drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay. If you'd like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know! We also provide quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels*and kitchen equipment to give you the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know! (*Please use the WHITE towels for the pool! The striped towels are forbidden in the pool area. The STRIPED towels are for the beach. Thank you in advance!)
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost. Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 USD penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Clothes, towels, and other items are not allowed to be hung or placed on the balcony, including on chairs or any balcony furniture. All such belongings must be kept inside the apartment. Failure to comply may result in a fine issued by the condominium, which will be charged to the guest.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
