Au niveau principal de cette cabine, vous pouvez "Kick Back" dans l'espace de vie où vous pourrez profiter de la cheminée à gaz en pierre, de la télévision à écran plat 55 pouces avec Direct TV et Blu-Ray, ou vous arrêter sur le porche enveloppant. où vous trouverez le bain à remous pour 5 personnes et les rockers. Parfait pour passer du temps dehors dans l'air frais de la montagne après une longue journée d'activités en ville. Grill sur le gril à charbon et profiter de manger sur le porche. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer les repas pendant votre séjour et vous trouverez un coin salle à manger séparé juste à côté de la cuisine pour les repas de famille. Une pile laveuse et une sécheuse se trouvent également dans le placard adjacent, juste à côté de la cuisine. Vous pourrez profiter de tous les conforts de la maison, mais dans les magnifiques Smoky Mountains. Ce niveau de la maison abrite également la chambre d'amis et une salle de bains commune avec baignoire et douche.

Le deuxième niveau de la cabine a une mezzanine avec beaucoup de plaisir pour la famille! Great Cabin

Our family stayed here for New Year's. It was a great cabin in a perfect location. We absolutely loved the fireplace, hot tub, and pool table. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Great location

We had such an amazing stay! My kids are already talking about coming back. The cabin is close to everything and only 5 minutes from Dollywood. It was clean and well maintained. The views were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is cute.

The cabin is cute. The beds were very uncomfortable and the kitchen is very small for groceries and cooking for five people. This cabin is better suited for two people.Other than the above, the jetted tub and hot tub were amazing and the resort area is nice.

Great experience

The place was clean, well equipped, and just enough privacy. It was located close to many attractions but far enough to avoid a lot of traffic. We only had to make an additional store trip to buy charcoal because it was not specified whether the grill was charcoal or not and whether we needed our own. Overall, amazing place to stay with easy check in and check out.

Everything was great my family enjoyed every...

Everything was great my family enjoyed every moment of it, meet everyone needs love how it was decorated with Christmas trees felt like I was in my second home the second day the water went out but it was no worries they sent someone over with two case of water until the water was back on the next day the only con is it was a lot of dusk on the walls and windows couldve been clean. We will be booking again thanks for the experience

Clean , comfortable, great views

Kick Back Shack had everything we needed for our families getaway. It was very clean and comfortable. Close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge , but far enough to enjoy the seclusion and Mountain View’s. Dollywood is right in front with the cabin tucked just a few minute drive back. Our 2 kids enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi every night. The community pool is an easy 3 minute walk downhill; however getting back was a slight challenge going uphill. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Perfect GetAway

Our stay has been wonderful. The cabin has been perfect! It feels very home like and my boys even said, “Can we just stay here?” It is very neat and clean and the views are gorgeous! We are not far from all the attractions which is a bonus as well! Any questions we have had have been answered in a timely manner. One question of if the fireplace was ventless and where to find WiFi password. These questions were taken care if within 30 min or less. I highly recommend this cabin and we will definitely stay again!

Great trip!

The cabin was awesome and fit our needs perfectly. We are already talking about coming back next year. We did have a little problem staying connected to wifi. There was a 24-37 hour period that we could not connect but other than that it was great! We hiked, shopped, went out to eat, ordered in. You could maybe have brochures of restaurants that deliver... thanks for making our trip fun and carefree

Beautiful cabin

Beautiful cabin and location but didnt like that we had to buy our own toilet paper. Shower downstairs didnt get hot enough due to knob not being able to turn all the way. Box fan was about to burn up and the ceiling fan above the pool table shut off automatically. Other than the listed above, beautiful place but a little hard to get to.

Love this place!

This cabin is perfect. The entire vacation has been great. The cabin has an excellent view and a completely private balcony. The view puts you right up in the pines and has the perfect cabin feel. Everything is so clean and well maintained. This is our first family trip but won't be our last. I'm already planning our next trip to Hidden Springs Resort. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family. We had one issue with tripping a breaker (we had too many electronic devices plugged in one room) and called maintenance. He was here very quickly and extremely friendly and helpful. This trip included my husband and I, and our three children: ages 12, 10, and 6. We all had plenty of room and space.

Great location, nice cabin

Overall this is a very nice little cabin. We liked the location, the views, and where it was situated in the neighborhood. Some of the other cabins’ porches faced the road. The wraparound porch here was very nice. Hot tub was great, plenty hot for our family. TV’s in each room were great, but the WiFi was spotty, which affected our ability to watch movies one night. We never figured out how to turn on the fireplace, but we never called either. The downstairs bed was so loud (just getting in & out) and we are not large people. We had to purchase dishwasher soap but everything else in the kitchen was stocked. I was pleasantly surprised to see toiletries in the bathrooms, even though we packed our own. Cabin is hard to find in the neighborhood at first. The other odd thing is there were towels in the washer upon arrival - had we not done laundry, they would have sat there all week. Overall a very good stay.

The place looked great upon arrival but we found several problems.

The place looked great upon arrival but we found several problems. There was food and trash under the living room sofa, as well as other areas that were uncleaned as well as spider webs. There was a fan in the upstairs room which the kids occupied. They used the fan until we noticed it had a wire problem causing it to shut on and if without notice and then we shut it down when we smelled smoke from it. Also just to inform you the roof was leaking in the upstairs shower as the rain came down, but those are just a few things I remember we took photos of that we thought could and or should have been fixed.

Dishonest owner

I’ve stayed at 7 VRBOs in the last 3 years and this is the first negative review I’ve ever left. VRBOs get abused and you have to overlook things some times. This is different. Owner is not being truthful in the listing. He is advertising an indoor pool and 2200 SF. Both are lies. The pool heater is permanently broken and the place is only 1,560 SF according to Zillow, realtor, etc. It’s obvious as well when you walk in. Afterwards, he wants to “make it right” but I rely on reviews and I’ll protect the integrity of reviews here. I would have been able to overlook the burned out porch lights that make navigating the front steps difficult, the fireplace that didn’t work, the back yard that is a mess as others have mentioned, the scary railing situation that others have mentioned, the dining table that is on its last leg, the AC that can’t keep up in the afternoon, the tight parking being on top of 3 other cabins, the trash that won’t latch that brings in bears (is this a positive), the blankets that do not get washed at checkout, and all the silly small things that simply just adds up to the cabin being rough. What I can’t overlook is paying $1500 more than I would have paid for a 3 bedroom and not had to share a bedroom with my kids, just so my kids would have a pool, only to find out the pool is absolutely freezing and they never have fixed the heater and do not intend to. “There is no timeframe for getting a pool heating engineer out.”

Great Experience

Beautiful cabin! Highly recommend!! Great location. Hot tub, deck and fireworks nightly made it a nice getaway a night from the busy days with the family. Very close to Dollywood which was very convenient. We recommend the Kick Back Shack!! 5 stars

Great cabin

A quaint cabin with everything available that you may need. The host was timely with answers and helpful during our check in and check out process. The hot tub was amazing. The location of this cabin is a great spot with a nice view from the back deck. We could see the fireworks at Dollywood right from our porch. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cabin Ankur! This was my first experience booking a stay and I was not disappointed. Thank you.
