Entièrement rénové 5 chambres, brique coloniale construite en 1912! Ammenities comprennent une cuisine entièrement refaite, salles de bains, garage 2 voitures, véranda, toit, elec / plomb voûtés, appareils électroménagers, toit, meubles (lits / etc). "Classic Clev Hts" Architecture !! Nous avons juste enveloppé cette rénovation majeure et est prêt à accueillir votre prochaine visite ou se réunir. Je voulais également mentionner que la maison a Internet sans fil et la télévision par câble.

Dernière rénovation: Nous venons d'ouvrir la suite parentale du 3ème étage qui comprend une autre salle de bain complète, un lit Queen et beaucoup d'espace pour s'évader.

Very comfortable and relaxing home base

The property was clean, fully-stocked with what we needed, and in a good, quiet location. It was easy to get to University Circle, Downtown, and the highway. Plenty of room for a group of 6-8 people.

wedding occasion

We were in town for our son’s wedding and wanted a place that we could gather with family. The property was very clean, warm and inviting - felt like a home away from home. We spent time relaxing on the front porch. The location was wonderful! The host was super nice. I only needed to contact the host once for a question and he responded immediately.

Home away from home!

The perfect location and home for a girls weekend! Close to John Carroll and downtown, with all the conveniences nearby! The house was large and clean and everything we needed for a fabulous weekend! Thanks Frank!

Just right for our family.

HUGE, solid brick home with lots of space. Perfect for a family like ours....3 generations, but no kids and no problems with stairs. (There are 3 floors!) Everyone had plenty of room and never a bathroom shortage! The neighborhood was quiet and it was wonderful to be able to have the dog with us!

Great home, location and space!

We stayed last week with another family to sight see around Cleveland and felt both families had plenty of space to relax. It was close to all the major attractions in Cleveland and the house was clean and well kept. Would recommend!

The perfect stay!!

The home was beautiful! We were in town for my father in law's memorial service and needed a place for the siblings and a gathering place for family. Frank's property was PERFECT. We were able to receive and entertain family and guests comfortably. Every utensil I needed to cook was there. The backyard was perfect for the little ones to play and tire themselves out. We had no issues at all. Thanks again Frank for providing the perfect stay during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

Perfect for a family

My parents and siblings were gathering for my aunt’s funeral. My parents have never rented a house before and always stay in hotels, so they were skeptical of this whole process, but I wanted my mom to have a place that felt like home where should could spend time with her family to help her in these first tough days after the loss of her sister. This home was perfect. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out, including the first floor primary bedroom with its own bathroom, so my parents could have space to themselves if they needed it. There were plenty of bedrooms for siblings, partners, and grandchildren, and the living room and dining rooms were perfect gathering spaces. My mom loved the porches and spent lots of time reading and drinking tea. Everyone kept talking about how grateful we were for such a wonderful space that allowed us to be together.

Crest Road

House was as presented in the listing. Very comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and going for walks in the parks in the area.

We stayed here while we seen sights in Cuyahoga National Park! Was a bit of a drive to the park but not bad. The property was very clean and served us wonderfully!

Super Clean Home

Frank's house is incredibly clean. Five bedrooms so we all had space to stretch out and 2.5 baths. Great rental property. Decent neighborhood, not really walking distance to anything but quick drive to some great restaurants. Frank is very responsive and the check in and check out were easy as can be.

Great place to stay!

This property fits our needs perfectly! We have a son attending Case Western Reserve University. We were just minutes away. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Nice kitchen with great appliances & basic utensils. Shopping close by. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house - clean, comfortable and close to all attractions

Frank's property was the best place our group stayed in OH. We had to leave a property booked through another service. I found this house and reached out to Frank on little notice. He was responsive and had the home ready for us earlier than expected. The updates to the home and attention to detail made the home an enjoyable place to return to at the end of our days, cook meals and relax in the family room area. The appliances, furniture and, most importantly, the mattresses are all new. Frank did a great job communicating with me and offered to help us with any suggestions we may need about the neighborhood and attractions. Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was modern, clean, comfortable and within close proximity to Progressive field, R&R HOF, Little Italy, the Christmas Story house and a ton more. The hosts understand that the most important thing they can do is provide a clean comfortable place to stay and they nailed it. Thanks Frank & Sarah!

Lots of space, including 5 bedrooms!

Stayed with my 3 daughters and granddaughters. We loved having room to spread out and esp. having 5 bedrooms. Located on a quiet street. House has a front porch, but we were disappointed there was no outside furniture. That would be a nice touch. Back yard is very small - it appeared to be larger in pictures. House was clean and well-furnished. Coffee maker was good, but there were only 2 full-size coffee cups. Others were only about half size. There were, however, at least 6 wine glasses. This property suited our needs and I recommend it.

Great place to stay in the Cleveland Area

Stayed here in early May 2018 for a long weekend with 7 adults. The renovation of the house was done very nicely and it made for an very comfortable stay. Frank and Sarah were very accommodating and I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Cleveland Area.

Great remodel in a quiet community!

The owners did a wonderful job rehabbing this beautiful old home. The house is very spacious and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet. We loved the old home and appreciated the efforts the owners put into restoring this gem. We had one issue with a toilet that was fixed the very next day. The owner was very prompt and sent over a plumber ASAP. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to many fun activities without the hassle of the city. Loved the home.
