Maison familiale amusante avec animaux & jeux

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all guest comments very seriously, as they help us continually improve. We were very disappointed to learn about the downstairs bathroom issue, but unfortunately, we only became aware of it three weeks after your stay. Had we been notified during your visit, we would have addressed it immediately to ensure your comfort. We also appreciate your suggestions about adding mirrors in the bedrooms and updating to a keypad entry system. These are helpful ideas we’ll keep in mind as we make enhancements to the property. We’ve been fortunate to receive many raving reviews from past guests on several platforms, and we regret that your experience did not reflect the standard we strive for. Thank you again for bringing these points to our attention, and we hope to welcome you back for a much improved stay.
