The Grandmillenial Cleveland Time Capsule is located blocks from world-class healthcare and an ER (CCF Euclid Hospital and UH Euclid Campus) and Hospice of The Western Reserve. It is also steps from a revitalizing and vibrant block, E. 185th Street, where you'll find weekend activity, bars, restaurants and convenience stores. It is an urban neighborhood but is incredibly quiet and peaceful at night!

• 5 minutes (< 2 miles) to two Cleveland MetroParks locations (Euclid Beach Park, which has a walking pier, beach access and a playground; and Wildwood Marina which has a boat launch, beach access, Honey Hut ice cream concession stand, and walking trails)
• 9 minutes (2.5 mi) to city of Euclid’s Sims Park which has a walking pier and beach access as well as a frisbee golf course, playground and walking trails
• 16 minutes (15 mi) to the heart of downtown Cleveland and the oodles of attractions in the area

Booking confirms you agree to these terms. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
• No unregistered guests or events → $1,000 fine + cancellation
• No pets → $500 fine per pet per night
• Keep outdoor noise low → $500 fine for excessive noise
• No smoking indoors → $500 cleaning fee; outdoor smoking cleanup $150
• No glitter or confetti → $500 cleaning fee
• Flame-free home → $250 fine for candles, fireworks, incense, etc.
• Late checkout past 11:30 a.m. → $350/hr
• Excessive mess → $500 deep cleaning fee
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, cameras, Wi-Fi, or safety devices – fees apply
• ID & signed rental agreement required within 48 hrs of booking
• Exterior cameras active 24/7 for safety – do not cover or unplug
• No commercial photography without approval
• No mail or packages to the property
• No refunds for power/internet outages

Like anything 100 years old, this house has some quirks! These details add to the charm, but here’s what you should know so nothing catches you by surprise:
• Bedroom Outlets
Each bedroom has only one outlet—but don’t worry, bedrooms have been upgraded with sleek power towers (with long cords)! Wireless charging, USB-A, USB-C, and regular plugs are ready for all your gadgets.
• Kitchen Plug-In Spot
The kitchen has only one usable outlet. To make things easy, a banquette table with a power strip is set up in the eating nook so you can plug in and use any corded kitchen appliances comfortably.
• Historic Windows
This 1920s charmer still has its original single-pane windows. To keep you cozy and well-rested, we’ve provided blackout curtains, alarm-clock noise machines, and complimentary earplugs.
• Lake Erie Humidity
Because of our close proximity to Lake Erie, humidity levels rise quickly if windows and doors are left open. For comfort and safety, please keep them closed as much as possible—especially since floors and stairs can become slippery when damp.

Item of note for groups with limited mobility guests- all bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each of the two bathrooms are accessible by stairs only as well, one on the second floor and the other in the basement, which features a unfinished utility area with painted walls and concrete flooring.
