Louer ce 1 chambre 1 salle de bain Dunnellon Location saisonniĂšre front de mer Ă  Tranquil Old Florida. Le Birdhouse est situĂ© Ă  Dunnellon en Floride, sur la pittoresque riviĂšre Withlacoochee. Toute la maison est un espace ouvert de 200 mÂČ, un intĂ©rieur rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec un lit queen-size dans la chambre Ă  coucher, un immense porche avec Ă©cran pour protĂ©ger des insectes, une cuisine entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e avec four Ă  micro-ondes et tous les petits Ă©quipements, tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat la salle de sĂ©jour; entiĂšrement climatisĂ©.
Du quai, vous pouvez voir le confluent des riviĂšres Rainbow et Withlacoochee. Le Dunnellon Birdhouse est situĂ© Ă  15 minutes d’Ocala et de Crystal River. Il y a beaucoup d'espace libre Ă  l'arriĂšre pour le stationnement des bateaux.

Le Birdhouse est idĂ©al pour la pĂȘche ou la navigation de plaisance, car vous aurez un accĂšs rapide Ă  la riviĂšre Rainbow, Ă  la riviĂšre Withlacoochee et au lac Rousseau sans lancer votre bateau. We had such a wonderful stay at the Bird house. We loved the property and so dig our dog. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, having a fire pit or two and drinking coffee on the porch. There are great restaurants nearby and so hiking at the Rainbow Springs park was a treat! The cabin was stocked with so many extras that were greatly appreciated! We will definitely be back!

Pros: Dana is a great communicator and host, the cottage and property are beautiful, especially the waterfront dock. Our dog loved the expansive and beautiful backyard, and Dana even had fresh flowers waiting for us.Cons: the pillows could be more comfortable and the refrigerator was a bit noisy, but not unbearable. Dana did come over right away to work on it when we let him know.Generally, it was a very pleasant day and we would stay again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Withlacoochee River Bird House! The location right on the river and the property was exceptional. The house was unique with its decor and had a lot of charisma and character. Very thoughtful touches to welcome guests. My pup loved it and didn’t want to leave! The host, Dana, was great and very kind. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The cabin was extremely cozy for my husband, myself, and our lab. We loved the yard and the dock that sat right on the river. We saw a couple of alligators in the river our first night, so I would not recommend jumping in! Dana was extremely helpful and even left a dog toy for our lab. We sat on the porch almost every night. It was perfect for our few days away.

The house and amenities were attractiveThe bed was not good for me. I have back issues and for some reason the bed set them off. My husband slept fine. My dog loved the fenced in yard and the house and screen room as she could play easily. Loved the screen porch and the areas for sitting in the yard. Just looking at the water was soothing. Walking the dog in the neighborhood presented many rundown homes which was sad to see. It was such a surprise given the Bird House and the attentiveness to that and some of the other properties. Hopefully the city will address some of the immediate area blight. Overall, we felt safe at the house and property and would recommend friend and family to stay.

The Birdhouse is a lovely little cottage on the river. There are many options nearby for food or you can stay in and all you need to make your own is provided. It was a great little get away. We had a great little stay.

This was our 8th stay! It's such a relaxing and peaceful place. we fished off the dock and caught alot of little brim. Which we returned back to the river. Watched a baby gator eyeing us. It's truly a natural paradise! Enjoyed our coffee on the porch,while watching the cardinals,woodpecker,and hummingbird. Thankful for a few days there, but didn't want to leave there!Hope if God wills it we will be back!

The Birdhouse is a very special place for a couple and a furry friend. A peaceful setting which is close enough to all the activities, restaurants and shopping. Who knew rocking on the lovely screened porch while watching the beautiful cardinals feed would be the highlight of every day?!

Peaceful Adventure

There are not enough words or space allowed to describe this wonderful destination. The Birdhouse and its owner, Dana, is one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. The house is so clean, comfortable and has everything you need. From the tasty goodies in our welcome basket to the expansive screened porch to watch the river flow by. Kayaks, a charcoal grill, hammock, firepit and chairs on the dock to sit and have your morning coffee. What a great place to unwind, unplug, relax and take in the beauty of nature. The proximity to everything you may need or wish to visit is perfect. We highly recommend for any time of year and will return again soon.
