Perfect for divers and those wanting to explore Rainbow River, Devils Den and Blue Grotto! The host is awesome and the house is well appointed. The garage makes this place excellent for divers to load/unload and set up and store gear. This is our 2nd stay and we will be back!

Place was very clean with good space for our family. Felt very safe. Nice washer and dryer but didn’t need to use on a two day visit. Beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly when you needed him. We didn’t cook but there was a great stocked kitchen with everything you would need for a week plus. It was less than a mile to Rainbow springs headwaters! Very nice perk. Restaurants around were very good. People were nice too. Great area to set up base camp!

This was NOT the property I reserved. And it was not fully ready. Check in is theoretically at 3 pm and I finally sent a note to the host at 4 pm asking for entry instructions. The instructions were for a property over 1/2 hour away and more than 30 years older than what I reserved.

Slightly mixed feelings about this place. The house is absolutely lovely and so comfortable. Fit 6 adults (3 couples) with no issue, and we made good use of the kitchen every day to cook meals and hang out. Comfortable beds, decent shower pressure, and they even have a washer/dryer which was lovely. The proximity to Rainbow Springs was also perfect for us. Only slight complaint about the inside of the house was the lack of dish soap and no fresh clean sponge or brush to wash dishes with. Now, if you’re looking forward to making use of the backyard, the owner has quite a bit of work to do to restore it to the promise made in the listing. We were looking forward to using the grill, fire pit, outside seating area, hammocks
 unfortunately we were only able to use the grill (yay for us and our burgers/steaks). The outdoor furniture was quite unusable, dirty and moldy and hadn’t seen any repairs or love in quite some time. The hammocks are their own ecosystem. The Adirondack chairs around the fire pit were also super dirty, with two of the six being fully broken and unusable. Also, there were three active wasp nests around the back, and one of us got stung before we realized what was going on. Thank god he wasn’t allergic, but this isn’t a safe situation for people currently. Overall, if you’re just looking for a comfortable inside space really close to the springs, this place is for you. If you are searching for a weekend home with excellent yard perks, maybe wait till they

Check in was easy. The house was nice. We were only there for 1 night, but the outdoor area looked really nice. The host was quick to respond to questions. Rainbow Springs was very close. This was a nice mini vacation.

A vacation within a vacation

We wanted to bring our grandchildren who were visiting us to the springs and booked this home. It was exactly as described in the listing. It was perfect for our excursion to the springs which was close by. Unfortunately for us it rained but we were glad to have a dry home to go to. Still used the grill and had a fire in the fire pit. The home was clean and it was easy access. We would definetly rent again.

Home was conveniently located to the rainbow river, grocery stores and tubing. House is new and provided enough space for our family. The neighborhood is safe and for the money, it was worth it. I did have an issue checking in and wasn’t able to reach the host via phone for 25 minutes after check in time. After contacting Vrbo, they were able to reach him. My code to the front door never worked and we left the doors unlocked the whole time. The grill was falling apart and some of the chairs around the fire place were broken. The grass was kind of high and needed to be mowed. I think host would benefit from a property management company, or maybe a new one but nonetheless, would stay again if I was certain I could get in on time and lock the doors when I left.

at place to stay almost right across the street from rainbow river park. We had an issue with the grill the owner was not aware of sent him a message he came and fixed it while we were out on the water all day so we were able to enjoy our steak dinner when we got back to the property! Quick replies from the owner via the VRBO app great , great back yard! Plenty of room! Thank you sunny!

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was perfect! The property was in a great location in relation to Rainbow Springs. The house was very clean and pleasant. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Check in and check out procedures were very simply. Highly recommended.

Memorial Day stay

Very beautiful listing. The back yard was not as expected so did not stay outside. The hammock were covered in green ish mold or maybe the pollen/grass? Back yard grass was pretty long. Sadly that was main thing we were trying to do while here. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were not. Bath mats still really wet and found a cockroach in the bathroom. Kitchen was alright, dishes were not clean what so ever had to rewash pots and pans along with silverware and plates. Virtual pretty and the rooms were clean which I guess all we need but we did cook while there so clean kitchen would’ve been great. Over all probably a 2-3 rating.
