Profitez de notre condo propre et abordable de deux chambres sur le canal à 100 mètres de Three Sister Springs.
Vous avez votre propre quai pour la pêche, apportez votre bateau ou utilisez le quai
pour la pêche, le kayak ou le soleil. Deux kayaks sont inclus
avec la location !! Votre dock est à 100
mètres du printemps - (un long bain ou un court kayak
pagayer) le premier spot pour observer les lamantins ou faire de la plongée en apnée!
Notre cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner -
réfrigérateur, cafetière, mixeur, cuisinière pleine grandeur et
four et micro-ondes ainsi que tous les nouveaux ustensiles, ustensiles de cuisine et plats.
La chambre dispose d'un grand lit queen size de haute qualité
linge de maison. La vue depuis votre lit donne sur la cour arrière et le canal
où vous pourrez être accueilli par un lamantin ou un dauphin nageant le matin
par.
Le quartier calme est sûr et sécurisé. Il y a un restaurant, un magasin de plongée, un parc national et un bar coucher de soleil en plein air à moins de cinq minutes à pied !!!
Une grande épicerie est à deux minutes. Un grand centre commercial avec 8
théâtres est à 10 minutes en voiture. Vous allez adorer le
emplacement, ayant tant de restaurants, banques et magasins si proches et
avoir la nature encore plus proche !!

The location was awesome. We were close to stores, restaurants, and parks. The property manager was great about checking to see if we were able to clear tv issues. The only problem was the cleaning crew wasnt very thorough in certain areas.

1st time in Crystal River, FL

It was wonderful! We’ll definitely e back for another visit. We especially enjoyed the location of this rental & the use of the kayaks. We were very close to manatee viewing and were able to enjoy them every day we were here. This rental had everything we needed.

needs a good cleaning

The kicthen and living room was very dirt, under the couch has a lot dust, the glass windows was very dirty. There were huge cockroaches on top of the kitchen sink at night. Upstairs rooms were clean.

Dated but convenient

The property was centrally located and it was easy to get to local attractions and grocery stores. However, everything in the place could use an update. The shower was filthy and still had hair in the drain and there was trash and food remnants left in the kitchen. Things were not labeled outside so we weren’t sure what kayaks to use and the neighbors let their dogs run free (not an issue for us but certainly something to note).

Close to everything. Enjoyed the dock, it was great to walk out of condo onto the dock and jump on our inflatable boat. Manatees in the canal.

Amazing location for manatee viewing

We loved our stay in Crystal River. We visited to see manatees and were not disappointed - the property is a very short kayak from Three Sisters springs and had a lovely time kayaking and swimming with manatees.We had a couple of small issues which Pete dealt with quickly and he was also very responsive to our questions.

Fun weekend!

Had a great weekend! Definitely book a snorkel adventure through River Ventures and see the Manatees. Eli and Captain Garrett were great guides, and the Seafood Seller is delish! This was a May trip, so we only saw about 6. Captain said there will be 60-80 in the bay in January! We may plan a winter vacation to return and see more. This property was conveniently located and right on the water for easy kayak access. The property has lots of bath towels, (bring your own beach towels), and only a few cooking utensils and dishes, but we ate out anyway. I apparently misread the provisions, so bring along a hair dryer! If you forget anything there is a Sav-a-lot grocery, and Dollar General just down the street (but they close at 8pm.)Host was pleasant and owner was very responsive to email. You'll get to visit with little dog Poppy from next door and she loves to play tug of rope! Book today!

First visit to Crystal River

We had the greatest time as a family. This little condo was a great location. This was the first time any of us had been to the Crystal River area and we loved it and will be back again. Our host Pete was awesome and even made a point to meet us in person before we left. We had a wonderful visit and fell in love with the area.

Location location location

The location was everything and then some! Close to all amenities in town and the springs. A comment on the listing, it didn’t mention the laundry was coin operated but they worked well. We didn’t use the kayaks so I can’t comment on them. The outdoor patio furniture was also not listed but a great bonus! The place worked well for us and we are already planning our next trip and plan to stay here. Thanks so much Pete

Overall, it was a good place to stay. We would love to stay again because the location is perfect! When paddle boarding from your backyard is minutes away from three sister Springs and the island where everyone swims and hangs out it’s perfect when you don’t have a boat! The only 2 negatives we have are the beds are very worn and I would suggest hiring a new cleaning company because it wasn’t very clean however we still had a great time.

Easter break

Great getaway. House was clean and met our needs. Kayak launch and bikeable neighborhood was huge plus! Plenty to do in the water and in nearby town. Definitely will be back!

Great spot

Not too fancy, but nice and homey. Great location. You share a building with three other condos, but the folks were friendly and you’re only down the canal from the Springs. Only downside was the kayaks need some maintenance, but they got us where we wanted to go!

Beautiful Springs

We are minimalists leaving on a boat and so staying at Pete’s condo was a treat for us, knowing that we would be a few paddles away from three sisters springs. Not only were we able to swim with a manatee from a distance being careful to not harass, We were able to see manatees off of Pete’s dock!

Pete Vega Manatee Property Mgmt, Our new family lives just outside of Orlando which is approximately 1.5 hours from Crystal River. We are all Florida natives; Pete grew up in Inverness which is the town next to our vacation condos and why we chose Crystal River. We like the laid back sleepy little town feel and fell in love with the areas springs, specifically Three Sisters. What started as a weekend get a way has turned into a wonderful place we are happy to share.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Crystal River because I grew up close to the springs and remember swimming in them as a kid. I enjoyed frequent field trips and summer camps to see the manatees and swim in the springs. My first scuba trip was in King Springs, around the corner from our place. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we have....

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Although the City officials do not want visitors for less than 90 nights and has outlawed vacation rentals, our property is Grandfathered in. Crystal River is a quiet little town with plenty to offer. The springs are beautiful and less than a 2 minute paddle from our dock. On any given morning you can see manatees and dolphin swim by our dock, boat or paddle to waterfront restaurants and enjoy the nature preserve in Kings Bay. A 7 mile scenic boat ride takes you to the Gulf of Mexico where there is fantastic fishing, nature viewing and in the summer, scallop harvesting. You will enjoy near by Homosassa Wildlife Park and Indian burial grounds which leave a lot to explore. Golf courses, bike/hiking trails close will allow for an active vacation if desired.
