Each year the tenants in the winter have first option for their same time period for the following year. New reservation availability begins end of April each year.

Nice neighborhood and walking distance to beach access. Walk to shopping, restaurants, convenience store and putt putt golf. Split floor plan, south facing pool with remodeled kitchen and both baths that now have showers, no tub. Pool is heated. Completely furnished home with bikes, cart to take chairs, umbrella and cooler to beach. Completely furnished kitchen, all linens provided. Washer/dryer in the garage. Comfy house with 4 TV's, one being on the lanai. Come relax and enjoy!

PLEASE note: June 2025 construction of new home starts on lot just to the south of this house. Construction should be taking place for at least several months. There will be workmen and at times also noise. Adjusted pricing during this period is reflected on this listing.

Family New Years trip

Had a great stay. Close to beach and pool was great. Good beds and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and nice appliances. The only detail missing would have been beach chairs and an umbrella. Overall great house! Definitely would stay again!

Oh Holly, you should have had beach chairs and umbrella in the garage. Please always contact me if you feel something is missing and beach chairs and an umbrella should be there. I'm so sorry. I'm headed there tomorrow to double check. Glad you enjoyed the house and in very sorry those items were not included.... they should have been. Great house

Very clean, modest but all that was needed for a month in the sun. Can walk to beach, restaurants, stores. Very friendly neighborhood. Great pool and first one we have had that was actually warm enough to enjoy.

Loved this property!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home on Marco Island. It is walking distance to the beach and is located in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and lanai area were wonderful. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Karen was awesome to work with!

Beautiful Island Getaway

The home was great and had everything we needed for our trip. The pool was awesome! There was plenty of information about things to do and places to eat. There were beach carts, towels, chairs and an umbrella available which was so nice for beach days. Easy check in and out process! Highly recommend:)

Wedding Week

When we were invited to a destination wedding in Marco Island, our family decided to rent a house vs staying at the hotel. This home was perfect for us - 4 adults, a 2-yr old and a newborn. Within easy walking distance of The Hilton and Marriott, along with restaurants. Property was exactly as described, a lovely getaway home with a pool, very clean and well appointed. Karen Peebles was a wonderful support both prior to and during our stay.

Nice Marco Island Home

Had a very nice visit to Marco Island. The home is very nice. Karen went out of her way to meet us at the property on Christmas day to let us in and greet us. Any issues we had were replied to by Karen quickly. We ended up leaving a couple of days early due to a family matter back at home. The exit process was not difficult. Would definitely go back.

Spring Break

The stay was great. There were 4 adult bikes to use for a short ride to the public access entrance of South Beach. Other beach equipment was made available to use. I would recommend having enough beach chairs for the tenants. We only had 4 chairs. The only problem we had was loss of water in the pool;luckily it started losing the water slowly on Thursday. Then it quickly lost water Friday and overnight into Saturday when we were leaving . We spoke to karen and she contacted the pool company. I am sure the pool issue was fixed by now. We would stay here again !

Perfect setup!

Our family of 5 (kids, 17, 14 and 11) had a great stay at this home! The house itself was very well maintained, decorated nicely, had plenty of space and was so close to many things. We appreciated the attached garage with laundry, bikes, pool toys, beach wagons, umbrellas and chairs. We left behind two skim boards for future guests. My older two loved using them at Winterberry Beach which was short walk away. The kitchen was well stocked and had nice appliances. The pool was great. I appreciated the lanai to keep out any snakes (the house we rented last year had a visitor slither by and I am not a fan)! Karen responded quickly and we had zero issues. We highly recommend this house!

Just what was promised

Loved our week at this property. The house was accurately described in the listing. Listing agent was waiting for us at the property, she communicated to call her when we were about a half hour from the property. House was very clean and had just what we needed for the week. We spent most of our time in the outside pool area when we were at the property. We used the bikes often, Marco in May is a great time to ride around the island, very light traffic! We had a great week, looking forward to returning!

Location!!!

This house is kept very organized and clean. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and relaxing in the the pool. We also loved the close proximity to restaurants, shops & the short 1/2 mile walk to the south beach entrance. The wagon & beach equipment provided made getting the beach very easy, so we never had to deal with the busy parking situation.. Karen met us at the house upon our arrival. Throughout the process she was helpful, a fantastic communicator and very responsive. We had one minor issue at the house and it was addressed immediately. We’d definitely want to stay at this home on any future visits to beautiful Marco.

Excellent house for everything Marco Island

Listing description was very accurate. House and pool condition and cleanliness was very good. Kitchen was adequately equipped and the grill worked fine. House floor plan with master bedroom on one end and other bedrooms on the other allowed increased privacy. We walked about 4 blocks to the beach access whenever we wanted to. Neighborhood had little traffic and limited noise through the backyards. Deciding to come back to this property was an easy conversation.

The house was as advertised and perfectly suited our family's (adults and college/high schoolers) needs for a restful vacation. Clean, comfortable and well-situated for the beach. The property rep Karen Peeples was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great Property

Great location on Marco Island, can truly walk to the beach. House was well equipped and when the coffee maker didn't work Karen immediately got a new one. The interior of the house was very clean with great equipment and beach toys/bikes, but the pool filter had stopped working and as such was unusable for the first 4 days of our stay. Karen's husband Jeff did a good job of finding the broken part but unfortunately the service was unable to work over the weekend and by the time it was fixed 4 days were gone.

Very clean, conmfortable, and great quiet location!

We had the best time at this home. It was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes, pool toys, grill and the pool itself was very nice with different temperature heating options. We ate outside by the pool every single day and the enclosed pool screen allowed for no bugs or mosquitos to come in which was a huge plus for us. The pool area was very spacious. The yard was also very pretty with all the plants and our dogs also enjoyed it. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to two different beach accesses. Overall it was a very enjoyable time in a perfect beach location and would definately recommend!

Good location-great pool

Ideal location (walking distance to beach) and larger than expected pool and pool deck. Bedrooms in good condition and kitchen small but nice and recently renovated. Had all we needed Only minor drawbacks were king mattress wasn’t real comfortable and tiny ants/bugs in house (which I assume is an issue for all in FL). All in all we were happy with the stay!

Outstanding comfortable home.

Easy, very clean, everything we needed was present. Comfortable beds! The property manager was responsive when we had a question or needed a new beach chair. Lovely setting on a quiet street. It was perfect for our family.
