NOUVELLE LISTE, bain à remous, piscine chauffée, toute nouvelle maison de 4 chambres, prête à louer.

Nouvelle maison intérieure avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain. La maison a une disposition ouverte spacieuse avec une belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Den a été installé la 4ème chambre.

Magnifique véranda arrière privée avec véranda grillagée comprenant une belle cuisine extérieure, un coin repas extérieur, une piscine chauffée avec un patio en travertin et un bain à remous encastré.

La maison s'appuie sur une piste cyclable / à pied avec un accès facile à Mackle Park, qui comprend un parc de pulvérisation, une aire de jeux, un terrain de basket et de nombreux autres équipements. À quelques minutes de la plage, des magasins et des restaurants.

Nous autoriserons un chien à la maison dans certains cas, mais nous aimerions en discuter avant de réserver.

Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. House is centrally located and we'll stocked. Pool was clean and refreshing and the hot tub was very relaxing. Marco Island seems extremely safe day and night.

Perfect Summer Vacation

I would definitely rent again from the host (Kevin)… the house was modern, immaculate and very clean. Wonderful home and location … 5+ stars all around!

Amazing vacation!

Great location with an easy bike ride to the beach, and a short walk to one of the coolest parks we’ve been to! There’s tons of space, and so many amenities to make for a convenient and relaxing vacation. We definitely plan to go back next year!

Best place we’ve stayed

We've stayed in many VRBO on Marco and this by far was the best. It was the most stocked, and the provided bikes gave us an opportunity to tour the area. We loved the hot tub and the location to the park. Kevin was very responsive and helps directly vs going through a management company. Would highly recommend this to those looking to enjoy the island.

Great Stay!

We had a great time staying on Marco! Kevin communicated everything very timely and the home had everything we needed. Family of 5 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay here again next time in Marco.

We give this property top scores! The amenities were on point and took away the need to shop, shop, shop but allowed us to simply lay back and relax on day 1 and to just enjoy the space. Our family enjoyed having direct access to Mackle Park and the walking path. The morning walks were special. The location was great but you will either bike or drive to the nearest beach. We scheduled our beach days and kept parking to a minimum. Overall, we had a great time!

Appreciate the kind words, I really work hard to ensure the house of in perfect condition for the arrival or each guest. We try to keep the houses stocked well to ensure guest can arrive and begin to enjoy their stay. Mackle Park is a great perk they many guests don’t consider until after their stay. We have had numerous guest renters return for 2nd and 3rd stay, and Mackle Park was a factor in returning to my home.

Gorgeous rental property close to everything

We absolutely loved this staying at this house! It's a beautifully designed house with a very modern style. The beds were amazing, the TVs were brand new, the appliances and fixtures were sleek, and overall it was incredibly comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen were also amazing. Moreover, Kevin was very helpful and responsive the whole time we were there. I can't wait to hopefully visit the same spot again next year!

Excellent Rental

Kevin the owner was very attentive and responsive to tenant inquiries. He takes much pride in his rental property and meeting our needs. He went above and beyond! For example, I told him I enjoy making pizza, voila, a pizza pan was shipped from Amazon. You will throughly enjoy this property which is conveniently located to a park with a lake and Pickleball courts.

Relaxing Family Getaway

Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. This home is beautiful and well equipped for a relaxing family stay. Really enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen. We ate nearly every meal outside! Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful before, during, and even after our stay. The location of the home was great for us and our two year old child. A quick bike ride or walk to Mackle Park was great to keep us all active and entertained. The beach is also a short bike ride away, primarily on bike paths separate from the roadway. This home was perfect for a mid-winter family getaway. Cannot wait for our next visit to Marco Island!

Was a please having Tim and his family stay at our place in Marco. The bike trails and Mackle Park are one of our favorite activities as well. Love how Marco has the bike trails separate to keep you away from road traffic. Please consider us when you return to Marco Island!

Beautiful house in Marco

We arrived and were very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the house. In fact, the pictures don't do the house justice, it is much better in person. Kevin was extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs. We had a few minor questions and requests which he addressed promptly. The pool area is very nice with a separate covered area with lounge chairs and a dining table and chairs. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and we loved the open concept of the home. There is a bike/walking path directly behind the house easily accessible. The kitchen and remainder of the house was very well stocked with all of the necessities. When we return to Marco, this house will be our first choice for sure!

Beautiful Home

Owner was great to work with and very attentive. Home came with supplies that we would not have expected. Which was very thoughtful and worth the price paid. Home is tastefully decorated and set up for a family of many different ages. All rooms are very tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We did take our small goldendoodle with us and he too was very comfortable during the stay. House is conveniently located next to Mackle Park and right off the bike path. Home is centrally located on the island and within biking distance of just about everything with the bikes provided. The outdoor kitchen is a plus and we used it to cook many meals. We would definitely stay here again if we are in need of a home on Marco.

This property and its owner we both amazing. The house was completely ready to use. The pool/ hot tub were perfect. Everything was clearly marked and detailed in the owner emails. We will stay there again.

Relaxing Getaway in a Beautiful Home

We had a great time in a brand new house that was set up and decorated beautifully. It’s was fully stocked and furnished with everything we needed and more, including floats for the pools and toys and chairs for the beach. Owner was very responsive and communicative. The pool was amazing and the central attraction during our stay!

Two minute walk to Mackle park, which features playground, splash pad, covered basketball courts, plus other indoor/outdoor activities for families. Walking/bike path behind house that leads to Mackle park. Also features fenced in dog park.

House is also minutes from public beach parking and beach access.

Library and historical center is also across the street from house.

Just read my reviews, you will see that my home has a well stocked kitchen and I take meticulous care of my home. I am constantly making improvements to keep house looking new and inviting for renters. I guarantee you will not find a cleaner home on Marco.

Plus, unlike most other owners, I am very responsive and helpful in making recommendations and answering any questions regarding house, amenities, and Marco area in general.
