We’ve been to Santa Rosa Beach five times and have stayed at five different properties, and this one is by far our favorite! The check-in process was seamless, they sent us all the information we needed for our stay before we got there, texted us the day of to let us know our condo was ready (it was ready before check-in time!!), the location is perfect, and the checkout process was just as easy. They also had all the essentials readily available for us to use in the unit so we didn’t have to buy those just for the week. If this is available the next time we go back to Santa Rosa, we are definitely staying here again! Thank you YFAB team!

We always choose to stay at San Remo for the privacy and the features that it offers. This was our first time using YFAB, and it was great! The room was ready prior to our arrival and everything was clean and just like you would expect. There were more than enough soaps, towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags. It was everything they said it would be and more. Actual real sized washer and dryer, I hate getting a room that says they offer this - only to find out that it’s a stacked unit that can hold about 3 towels. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and book it, literally nothing to worry about.

The property manager did a excellent job making sure everything was perfect, once we arrived we were surprised to see the effort they put in to little details that ensured customer satisfaction such as complimentary beverage, laundry soap and beach towels. We enjoyed the pool and we liked that we could walk out the back of the property and onto a short boardwalk that went straight onto the beach. Since the property has its own section of beach it wasn’t crowded. They provided two nice complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella.The property is gated so it feels secure. We highly recommend and plan to return.

Great Family trip

Our family stayed in units 202,203 and 204 for the week. We had a wonderful trip and the condos all were very clean and well kept with plenty of accommodation's. We are already planning our next trip.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was very comfortable with updated furniture and flooring. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Perfect size for a couple or couple with small children. Great location, short walk to the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

Everything was great! The unit is in a great location and had plenty of room for our family. The beach service was wonderful, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the balcony on the unit is spacious. We had a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful stay! Condo was clean and well maintained. Beach access was a very short walk away and the beach itself was not overcrowded (traveled during spring break). The pool was heated, which was a pleasant surprise given how large it was and that the weather was cool during our stay. Size of the condo was perfect for our family of four. Great communication from the management company ahead of our stay. No issues experienced during our stay and would absolutely recommend. Only critique was that the master bath could use a renovation. We ended up showering in the guest bath shower most of the trip because the lighting was better and the shower more comfortable, but this was only practical because we were traveling with our own children (13 and 10). It wouldn't prevent us from staying again, but it would have made our stay more enjoyable and might be important to others.

1st July C's Vacation 2025

Very cool and clean property, the only staff member was the swimming pool lady, she was great, funny, and very friendly. We had a great time at the pool and the Beach with an umbrella and two chairs. The condo was clean and nice. The views were breathtaking. Warning, the walkway to the beach can get very, very hot for your feet, and needs a sign to wear shoes, flip-flops, or slides.

Great location on quiet premises

Great location on quiet premises. And walking distance from restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had on our unit was the sliding door needed repair and ended up accessing the balcony thru the master bedroom door. And the guest room air flow (vents) was poor.

Great location, great setup, best maintenance mgr ever!

We stayed at San Remo with a large group for a family reunion. We had multiple units and they were all in great shape and well maintained. It was great to be so close to the beach and to have the pool area to gather as a large group in the evenings. We also loved being able to walk to gulf place for dinner. And Arnell, the maintenance manager on property is the friendliest, most helpful person ever! She was amazing!

Thank you, Carrie and Your Friend at the Beach takes excellent care of our seven San Remo condos - checking each one weekly before and after our dedicated housekeepers clean them to our five star standards. And we do agree, the onsite maintenance Manager, Annette is one of the best in the business - plus truly concerned for every guest's San Remo vacation!

Perfect beach vacation!

We absolutely loved San Remo. The view from the balcony was excellent and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. Furniture was comfy and more than enough towels and amenities. We loved the big table on the patio for meals and playing games. Our family of four had more than enough room. The pool was heated and clean and well maintained and the property was very nice. The condo is within walking and biking distance of many restaurants, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly. We will definitely be back to San remo!

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay away from all the crowds this is a good choice. Condo is nice and clean. YFATB keep it stocked and make your you have enough supplies for the week.

Property management was available and did check in to make sure everything was good.
