Vous passerez tout votre temps à flotter sur la mer! Ce trois chambres lunatique, deux salles de bains appartement a été récemment r������������nové, et dispose Beachy décor de traîner dix sur les vagues, à traîner en dessous avec un banc de poissons tropicaux! La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain privative, ainsi que d'une porte coulissante en verre coulissante allant du sol au plafond et donnant sur le balcon en forme de L. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont une reine et deux lits jumeaux, respectivement, et partagent la deuxième salle de bains. Toutes équipées de TV, câble Wifi et internet. La cuisine entièrement équipée ouvre dans le salon spacieux avec beaucoup de sièges confortables pour toute la famille, et la porte coulissante en verre menant au balcon ouvert. Bien Summerwinds est situé derrière une maison, il y a une grande vue partielle sur la plage depuis le balcon. Ce bâtiment fermée a un accès facile à la piscine et de la plage, et est idéal pour une famille ou d'un groupe sur un budget!
Beachside Colony se trouve sur la plage, en plein milieu de l'��le de Tybee, un endroit qu'il met un mile de la jetée, la plaque tournante de la vie nocturne de l'île, et un mile de la station de phare de Tybee, l'un des seuls 7 de l'époque coloniale de phares encore en usage en Amérique. Le complexe dispose de 3 piscines, dont la plus grande chauffée en automne et en hiver, et du Marlin Monroe, un restaurant et bar sur place, réputé pour ses rôtis d’huîtres et ses spectacles. pas les animaux de compagnie

Our stay was great. The condo is beautifully updated and nicely kept. Everything you need is there. Great balcony space and view of the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. The shower water pressure was low. Overall, we would stay again.

Spacious, clean, heated pool, beach, playground!

Great condo and location for grandparents, parents and two young children to be close to the beach, heated pool, playground and tennis court, bike path! Three bedrooms, one had two queen beds that worked well for two children. Lovely deck for enjoying sunrise. Reservation personnel were very helpful in providing check-in directions for late arrival. Our first visit to Tybee!

We stayed a full week and enjoyed every minute of the oceanfront paradise. We had most meals in the condo, but loved ordering lunch by the pool at the onsite restaurant. The heated pool was great for the kids during our stay in March. We cannot wait to come back in the summer.

Great condo!

We loved this condo! We had an ocean view from our balcony and beach access. The renovated pool was open and the attached restaurant was very convenient. We walked to ice cream and a good seafood restaurant one night. The balcony gets a nice breeze and makes it very comfortable to hang out on. A few things to know - this place is on the second floor so make sure you are okay with stairs. Also, bring any cooking supplies you might want (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) as these are not provided (or left behind from other guests). Overall we enjoyed this place and would stay again.

Disappointed

When we arrived the floors where terrible. Your feet stuck to the floor. Food still on the floor between the couch and love seat. The freezer had a mountain of ice that we had to chip out. With this quick impression made us uneasy how clean it really was. With the cleaning fee we paid we sure didn't get our money's worth. But on a positive note, nice view from the balcony, good food at the restaurant and nice pool. The cleaning service needs replaced.

This is the 3rd time staying at Beachside Colony and we have loved it everytime! This time we had a wonderful time as well!! The last night we had a medical emergency and had to rush my SIL to the hospital in Savannah. The staff at Beachside Colony were so compassionate and caring during our unexpected situation. They did everything they could to make our extended stay as comfortable as possible. We would not have received the same care if we would have had to move to a hotel. I cannot express enough how nice it was to have people so kind & considerate during such stressful time. I highly reccommend Beachside Colony, the staff & the wonderful restaurant, The Deck Beachbar. Please check them out, you won't regret it!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not satisfied. For the cost of the rental...nice view. Cleaning not up to top standard. Not enough towels for three guests. No blender. Not enough kitchen equipment for a nine day stay. Went to the office to ask about issues. A lady said she was a stand in, but took our requests and said she would pass it on to her manager. We never received the items requested nor any communication from the manager. We actually left the place cleaner than when we arrived .

In addition to managing condos here, I’m also an owner at Beachside Colony, which means I care for this property the same way I care for my own.
