The view is spectacular!

The cabin was clean and furniture was comfy. The owner was available when needed. Very quiet, rain and the tin roof made it perfect for napping. The rockers on the back porch looking out at the mountains was our favorite, the view was spectacular!

Everything was great - starting from the booking to our last day at the cabin. The cabin is located near the end of the road, so especially for early April it was so nice and quiet! The pictures on the page are accurate, I was slightly worried with this being my first time booking on the site. The manager was wonderful, answering all of my questions. Beautiful views every day, we got to experience both the smokiness of the mountains, but also had some blue bird sky days where you could see for miles! We had an amazing time!! Totally recommend this cabin!

Great place

Great location, Great house great host and very clean. The only negative I would give is if you’re traveling with dogs there’s not a lot of yard for them but other than that, I would definitely come back and stay at this place again.

Amazing Views! Comfy King Beds!

We loved this cabin! Very private and quiet! The beds are very comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you cook a lot on vacation. The location is PERFECT! Super short drive to the Parkway. We had one snafu at check-in but the owner responded immediately and it was resolved that night! We loved everything about this cabin!

Great Space!

Our group of five adults gathered for 3 nights around New Year's Eve and had a great time. The main living area is roomy and airy. The views off the covered back deck are fantastic, and we were able to spend a lot of time out there the first couple days before the temps dropped. We all liked the separated ensuite bedrooms and king beds. It's a solidly built cabin and quiet compared to others in the Smokies. We had an unpredictable (and very dramatic) kitchen plumbing issue, but the owner/management were readily available and everything was resolved to the satisfaction of everyone in our group. Five star cabin. We'll be back!

Christmas Getaway

It was a great property for our family! We loved how it had 3 couples suites. So no one got stuck w 2 queen beds. The cabin had a booster seat and baby gate though the stairs banister is round which makes it difficult. They had a beautiful tree decorated and everything!

Fall retreat at Cub House

The cabin and area was just beautiful. My family had an amazing time. We bbq one night at the house watching the sunset. We could see the mountains and trees changing color. There was wildlife in the area. Place was clean, very spacious and comfortable. We played multiple games of pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Cant wait to come back.

Great View

We had a great stay as a family . Stayed for 3 nights . Fireplace did not work so called the owner . He had someone fix it on our last day and then we enjoyed that . It was cold when we were there so we did not sit on the balcony much . The beds were so comfortable ! Would definitely book this cabin again !

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The Cub house has a very relaxed vibe. The views are absolutely stunning. Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Other than a few light fixtures needing dusting and the TV remote in the living room needing to be replaced the cabin was in excellent condition. The host was outstanding. The best part was the amazing view off the back deck. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed here over the July 4th holiday for several nights. Three families (9 people), ranging in ages from 8 years old - 65 years old. This home had something for everyone, including handicap accessibility. The game room and hot tub were a win for the kids and the quiet views were a hit with the adults. We were even able to catch some firework views from the balcony! The host was incredibly responsive and easy to reach. Would stay here and again!

Very Nice

This is a nice cabin in a nice quiet area. Plenty of room and beautiful views. Gatlinburg is a short drive away. If you plan on visiting Gatlinburg, I recommend this cabin.

Cub House

We enjoyed this wonderful cabin. It was as advertised: clean, beautiful views, and everything needed for a wonderful getaway. It was especially nice to be able to bring our pup. It’s hard to find pet friendly cabins that are kept so clean and welcoming. We would have never known there were animals there before us. We would definitely stay here again.
