House was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Views are beautiful, location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and short drive or bike ride into town.

The photos accurately portrayed the house. The view was great. The walk to the beach was great. The house was pristine. We would have loved to have beach chairs available. Nice to haves: Beach towels (maybe thin Turkish towels to dry quickly?) town was great with good restaurants. The local hike was great. Hearst Castle and Morro Bay were great excursions.

Family Birthday get away…

We usually stay in moonstone, decided to change it up a bit. The home met all our needs and was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Main Street and the Moonstone Beach Drive, which made it easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and the ocean without needing to drive. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’d happily stay here again

Maybe this should be in the description.And the fact that this home is in a neighborhood.The proximity to the beach, though, Overall, we had a great stay.Also, there were some issues with understanding the tv,Yes, I would recommend this location & lodging to my friends .

We apologize if there was any confusion in the description of the home. The house is a Tri level design, and it is in a neighborhood, directly across the street from Shamel Park and the beach. I believe all of the homes in Cambria are in neighborhoods, as you may have to travel further to find something remote. Operating T.V.’s that are not your own can be difficult. Hopefully you were able to locate the instructions by each T.V. and that they were of help. We are glad you had a great stay and appreciate your recommendation.

Fabulous views

The house was so well stocked, immaculate, with a great short walk to the beach. The views of the stormy beach were fabulous. Our two families had a wonderful time there. A trip to the Captain's Sea Chest, on Moonstone Beach, for terrific seafood, especially the Chioppino, is well worth it.

Refreshing views, cozy evenings

All-day views of the green park, beautiful trees, and blue ocean beyond made for a delightful location. The kitchen is made for cooking—if only my home kitchen had so much space and was so well-equipped! Turning in the gas fireplace in the evening made for a warm and inviting living space, and the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable. The dining table fit 6 nicely. Our only suggestion for improvement is to add an easy-chair to the living room so that 6 people can comfortably gather in the evening. Cambria is such a beautiful place—we will be back!

Our teen kids enjoyed it. It was easy to work with Scenic Coast Property Management. We were not able to get wifi but their staff tried to help even though it was the Christmasholiday. It still turned out great. I have recommended this property to my family and friends.
