Récemment rénové 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain dans un état impeccable. La maison possède des plafonds vertigineux, des puits de lumière surdimensionnés, des murs de verre, des appareils en acier inoxydable et plus de 10 portes coulissantes qui mènent à près de 3000 pieds carrés de terrasses flambant neuves. La piscine creusée et surdimensionnée est entourée de feuillage mature et d'un étang. Calme et privé mais à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage / baie / ville. La maison est équipée d'un système de son central air / chaleur / wifi / barbecue / Bluetooth, de nouveaux W / D et d'une télévision intelligente. Trois chambres ont des lits queen, une chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Deux caméras de surveillance à l'extérieur du pont. Peut être désactivé pendant le séjour sur demande.

Gorgeous pool and nice host

The pool deck at this house is huge and a fine way to spend lazy days on the island. The house itself is nice with top quality appliances and a good layout. The house had some cleanliness issues on arrival but the owner was communicative and extremely helpful, and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Overall a nice house in a great location steps away from the pier and activities.

This IS the place to stay

I couldnt be happier with my stay at this property. The property looks EXACTLY like the pictures. The house is completely renovated and everything is clean. The location can not be beat. Its SO close to the main harbor, restaurants, stores, but further enough to not be in the chaos. Its also such a quick walk to the beach. The sonos sound system within the house was pristine. The heated pool and covered hottub area were the highlights. The rooms were spacious and all the furnishing comfortable and new. Check in and out was extremely easy. The owner (Bryan) was SO communicative and always responded to my questions within minutes and always checked in to see how we were doing. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Amazing Location With EXCELLENT Outdoor Space

Staying here was amazing! The location was great. Really central without being too crazy loud. Very easy to get to the beach. Walking in, we all gasped. The pool and deck are beautiful and the perfect place to hang out. Lots of places to sleep and Bryan was super communicative and kind. We'd deff rent again!

Ideal stay

The stay was lovely from start to finish! Check-in was smooth and the amenities (including the hot tub and heated pool) were wonderful. The location was perfect--the walk to the Pines Pantry is less than 5 minutes. When we had a small hiccup with the heated pool, Bryan responded immediately and we were able get the heater working within minutes. Highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be looking to stay here again next summer!

Amazing renovated and vacation home for friends!

This vacation rental was in the perfect location and a great amount of space for a 6-8 person friend group looking to enjoy fire island pines. Super close to the center of the pines and amazing pool front area and hot tub. Absolutely love this house! Very clean upon arrival and very accommodating before our check-in!

Late Season Stay

Renting a home in Fire Island Pines during the high season can be a substantial investment, typically requiring a min 7 day stay. So the fact that Bryan allowed a late season rental of the property for just a long weekend was greatly appreciated. The property was as advertised and Bryan was very response to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. All guests enjoyed the get away! The only negative comment made by others in my group were that the property was beginning to look a little tired and worn. I attributed this to the fact that our stay was at the end of a long season of use. Some repairs, organization, and deep cleaning before next season is probably needed. I would recommend the property and believe anyone who stays there would enjoy their visit.

Incredible Location and Property with Very Minor Kinks

Our group had an amazing week staying at this property! The location is incredibly convenient to the harbor and the beach and the accommodations are as advertised. The host was super responsive throughout the week which helped us to figure out a few minor issues early -- namely that the dishwasher was on its last leg (which the host will be replacing when he returns to the property). Please note that the pool here does not have steps (only a step ladder), and the hot tub needs an entire night to heat up if its temperature falls. But that all doesn't diminish the fact that the set up of the property's entire pool deck is wonderful and a definite highlight, especially with the lights on at night.

Our friends recently stayed for a week, and we barely left the amazing deck and heated pool! We loved the home amenities too. Bryan responded promptly to questions and all the listing details and pictures were accurate. Hope to be back again!

Such a great house! The heated pool and operational hot tub were game-changers after staying at a house with a cold pool and a broken hot tub last year. Easy walk from the ferry and to tea. Bryan was a great host!

Best Weekend of my Life

The house was perfect, the location is prime - a short walk from the ferry and town and a short walk to the beach! You really can't go wrong with this house. The pool and hot tub are amazing and well kept, the rooms are spacious and clean and the kitchen and living room are great for hosting. The host's were very accommodating and we look forward to coming back next year!

We enjoyed the house, it has a really nice pool and the location was fantastic. The only negative was the landlord charged for a couple of items on our insurance which we didn't cause without checking with us first.

Great house in a convenient location!

This house lives up to expectations. The house is very clean, modern, and has everything you need for a great visit. The bedrooms are a great size with comfortable bedding. The location is very convenient to the harbor while still being peaceful when relaxing by the pool. I definitely recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.

Best Pines House I've Stayed At

The house absolutely stuns, even more so than the photos lead you to believe. When we arrived, the owner had just recently stained the deck and we were floored by how beautiful it was upon entry. Additionally, the owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, even when we asked for a later checkout. I can't wait to stay here again.
