Meilleure rue de Shell Beach! Marcher 200 pieds jusqu'au parc et à la plage. Votre suite studio avec cuisine complète et portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur le pont. Profitez des aperçus de l'océan et des sons des vagues. Contemplez le coucher de soleil depuis votre terrasse.

Studio Suite Shell Beach. Convient aux sirènes.

La suite Shell Beach se trouve au-dessus du garage indépendant et du studio d'art derrière la maison principale. La suite est un beau studio avec cuisine complète et salle de bain. Propre et plein de lumière. Il y a un lit queen, une table et des chaises très confortables. La cuisine a un comptoir en granit, une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur et est entièrement équipée avec casseroles et poêles, micro-ondes, grille-pain, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle.

Nous avons Internet sans fil, la télévision par satellite et un lecteur DVD.

Sur la terrasse privée, il y a une table, des chaises et un parasol où vous pourrez déguster votre café ou vos repas.

Préparez votre café du matin et promenez-vous dans l'eau pendant 2 minutes. Asseyez-vous sur le banc et regardez les vagues s'écraser sous vos pieds.

Découvrez quelques-uns des plus beaux couchers de soleil à quelques pas du studio.

Shell Beach est l'un des endroits les plus merveilleux. C'est un quartier convivial et calme avec des gens qui aiment être ici. La vie océanique est spectaculaire! Baleines, dauphins, loutres de mer, pélicans et bien plus encore. Le studio est à distance de marche des restaurants, cafés, petite épicerie, magasin d'alcools, bureau de poste, bibliothèque, magasin de location de kayaks et parcs.

The greatest rental ever, without a doubt, the best host I have ever had.

I have rented several places in the past, and this is the first one that I have ever rented that was exactly as advertised matter fact it was better than advertised, and the host were the nicest greatest people I have had as a host if I needed something they were on it in a second, could have asked for a better trip fantastic place that’s because it was Vrbo instead of the others!!!!

The owners are super nice! This is a beautiful studio that is steps away from an amazing view! Kayak tours launch from just up the street. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay!

We had so much fun staying in Mary's studio. We loved the outdoor deck that had some peek-a-boo views of the water and great patio furniture. The studio was very clean and we enjoyed having the stocked kitchen. We enjoyed taking some drinks down to the parks on the water and watching the sunset (which was absolutely breathtaking!). We got really luck and were able to see some whales from the shore. Mary even texted me to let me know when she saw the whales so we could take a look. She also left great recommendations for food and coffee in Shell Beach. I would highly recommend this rental for all my friends and family. Thank you!!

Perfect location to enjoy Pismo

Couldn't have asked for a better location! You are just steps from a beautiful beach where you can enjoy the water with very few other people. You're also just a short walk from several good dining options. The host is very friendly, accommodating, and not intrusive in the slightest. You'll be greeted with a smile, given easy instructions, and left to enjoy the space. I would definitely recommend this and can't wait to go back!

Indescribable weekend!

I cannot say enough great things about Mary as a host and this beautiful studio. You cannot beat the location. It is literally steps from the ocean and the sunset of the sea is one of the most beautiful sights that I have ever seen. It is also close to amazing local food and entertainment! The home is impeccable to say the least. It is the perfect size for a couple and provides everything you could need (and may have forgotten) for your trip. We would come back and stay in a heartbeat!

Favorite Getaway Spot in California

This was the most relaxing getaway my wife and I have had in years, and by far our now favorite spot in California. Shell Beach is a secret gem! We walked 150 steps to the beach and watched whales from the cliffside benches. In just minutes, you can travel by car to Avila, San Luis or Morro; and the drive is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place for couples who want to just be with each other in a beautiful place. The people in Shell Beach were very friendly too; especially our guest hosts. They were so wonderful! We would (or will) go again; hopefully sooner than later.

Charming Studio

This was such an incredibly charming studio and Mary is the consummate hostess ... warmly greeting me upon my arrival, helping me with my bags and making sure I had everything I needed. This was exactly as advertised from ambience to features. This home is in a lovely neighborhood and is just 3 houses away from the beach which has grassy areas and benches where I saw a spectacular sunset. It is very convenient to downtown Pismo Beach. Had two of the most restful nights sleep I've had in a long time, lulled by the breaking ocean waves. I hope to be a frequent visitor and highly recommend this cozy getaway.

Best hosts ever!

Everything about the trip was perfect the room itself was private and love that it was in its own little beach house it felt like we had a mini home to ourselves and we would eat out on the patio. The way it was set up was so personal Mary left out chocolates, coffee, half and half, books and even toiletries. If there was anything we forgot they were happy to accommodate aND help out (including when we accidently locked ourselves out of the studio!) They were just the nicest people. Not only that the location is great it really is right next to the beach and there's a whole line of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is so friendly as well everyone says hello and every single Uber driver we had was SO friendly and recommended places to eat and to go. I would absolutely reccomend this place especially to couples and to people who don't have cars!

A Hidden Oasis

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in the studio for over a month. The location is ideal. The neighborhood feels safe and you can take a walk to the ocean, a park, a restaurant, or a market day or night. You also have easy driving access to many hikes, outstanding restaurants and delis, wineries, shopping, the San Luis Pier, golf courses, Avila beach, Pismo Beach and many hidden smaller beaches. I could go on and on! No wonder everyone you come upon in this area is so happy, including the owners, Mary and Eric! They are the best and will help you with anything you need and also allow you all the privacy you need. The studio is perfect for one or two to stay and can accommodate a dinner for four out on the lovely deck, but if you have out of town visitors they'll definitely need to stay somewhere else. Hopefully in Shell Beach! We absolutely recommend the studio and do plan to return soon, in fact our time there went by way too fast.

Our stay was wonderful!! The studio is very clean and had little extra touches that made it welcoming and inviting..The kitchenette had every thing you would need to enjoy a meal on the deck that has a small view of the ocean..big perk!! Comfortable bed and a quite neighborhood next to the ocean made for a pleasant vaccation stay . there are restaurants and a market within a short walk. Our hosts Mary and Eric were gracious and friendly ..They made us feel like we were old friends when we had time to sit and chat with them. We love Shell Beach and definitely plan on staying with them again!

Great location and very nice accomodations!

Carole and I stayed in this beautiful suite for seven weeks and even though it is basically one room, it worked great for us. It is in a really great location between Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo and only a few yards to the ocean. There is a partial view of the ocean from the nice deck attached to the suite and you can hear the surf at night and the seals on the beach in the morning. Overall a very pleasurable stay and the owners were extremely welcoming and helpful.

A lovely island of serenity

The studio is lovely, if snug, with a comfortable bed, great little kitchen, nice table by the window, and a tiny view of the sea. More important than seeing the Pacific is hearing it. A mere block from 101, one only hears the waves at night, not even distant traffic. Amazing! We walked to dinner and then back through the neighborhood of eclectic homes and fun gardens. A great overnight.

We have owned a home in Shell Beach since 2003. We believe it is one of the most beautiful places in the country. We love it here and love sharing it with new people. We enjoy hiking, bike riding, walking on the beach and spending time with our friends.

We are on the ocean. But have easy access to all the things we like to do, hiking, water sports, great restaurants, wineries and other adventures. Very friendly community.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The suite is comfortable, private and quiet in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We are on a larger lot giving our guests a more private experience. Many places in this area are not near the ocean. Our guests can walk 150 steps and downstairs to the beach. Or sit on a bench above the beach and enjoy the sounds of the waves and sea birds, take in the views, watch whales spouting, dolphins and otters swimming along the coast.
