Il dispose de 6 chambres, 5. 5 salles de bains et presque toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bains. Avec 2 espaces de vie et une grande cuisine entièrement équipée, il est parfait pour que votre famille se détende ensemble et profite de la compagnie de chacun. La fabuleuse piscine faisant face au sud avec une barrière de sécurité pour enfants et aucun voisin arrière ne vous procurera plus de plaisir et d'intimité après une longue journée à Disney.

Cette maison est idéalement située dans le populaire Solana Resort -Davenport, une résidence gardiennée avec club-house ouverte 24h / 24 et 7j / 7, qui est située sur l’US 27, entre les autoroutes 192 et I-4. C'est ce qu'on appelle le «triangle d'or» des villas de vacances. Solana Resort est l'endroit idéal. Il est très proche de la I-4 à Champions Gate, qui vous mènera à Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, des plages des côtes est et ouest, des centres commerciaux, plusieurs terrains de golf de championnat, Busch Gardens et le centre spatial. . Il a certainement le meilleur des mondes. Au cœur de la station balnéaire, à quelques pas de cette villa, vous trouverez une zone de loisirs, un café Internet, une salle de remise en forme, une immense piscine et un spa, des aires de jeux interactives pour les enfants, un terrain de mini-golf, un terrain de beach volley, un magasin de souvenirs, une bibliothèque pour enfants et ainsi que la location gratuite de DVD et de clubs de golf. Plenty of cozy space

We had a large group in town for a convention at the Gaylord Palms. The location of the property is great - far enough away to be out of the bustle but convenient to restaurants and amenities. Our group had plenty of space and really enjoyed the game room and pool.

Property was great having the six bedrooms was awesome. Five bathrooms pool and spa. Great needs to be updated a little. Needs a good paint job and furniture updated specially mattresses. In the garage needed to be swept out lots of bugs in the corners. Of course they were dead. The drive to Universal is a little further than we thought and there was a mixup on the property that we got sent the first time other than that everything was awesome would recommend.

Misleading

The number of bedrooms & bathrooms worked great for our group. The location was good as it was not a long drive to Disney properties. The pictures that are online are misleading according to what we found at the house. Examples: the pictures showed 2 family rooms with tvs, but there was only one. The pictures showed a bright game room in the garage, but there was only one small light in the ceiling which wasn’t even over the game tables. Overall it was an enjoyable week. It just had some disappointments when we first walked through the house.

Family getaway

The house met all of our needs for a quiet family getaway, close to most everything you could want to do in central Florida but far enough out to be very relaxing and quiet. Very comfortable and clean. Michelle was very attentive to our needs and very courteous as a host, no complaints there, and the community is a very nice one clean quiet and very well kept, the clubhouse was very nice we went there a few times. All in all a very nice time had by us all.

Love Michelle’s Place!!

Michelle’s home was perfect for our annual family gathering. We had 8 adults and 4 children ages 4 to 10, so the six bedrooms were perfect - the cousins especially loved sleeping in the bunk bed room! We made good use of the open floor plan between the kitchen and family area. However, the pool was our happy place. Everything we needed was convenient, and Michelle was wonderfully responsive when we had a question or need. Anyone would be blessed to be her guest!

Larger Family's first trip to Disney

Our family of 7 stayed at this house and had a really nice time. We were about a 30 minute drive from the Disney parks (depending on traffic). The house was very big with more than enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The property managers were really great and came out to address a few minor things that popped up during our stay. The community center was a big hit with our kids. They've got a small mini golf course and a great pool. Wasn't the cleanest place we've ever stayed at, but also not so gross we wanted to leave instantly.

Great Family Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed the stay it was so much fun , All children had fun swimming everyday , We had the comfort of cooking all o our meal and use of the grill. The con I have is internet was bad and I just think it was the area it self. There was a Jacuzzi but it was not heated that was an extra cost. but other than that we hard a great time stores was very close.

Perfect house, great neighborhood, fantastic pool and the best communication!

We really enjoyed the home, there was a total of 9 of us, 2 teens, 4 young adults and 3 adults. It was insanely hot so we just spent most of our time hanging out in the pool, inside in the ac or getting ice cream lol. The house is very large, and everyone was able to have their alone time when needed or hang out all together without feeling crowded. I’m my opinion, the best feature wasn’t the amazing pool/hot tub, or the fun game room bit it was the fact that everyone (couple) had their own bathroom, there were a TON of them and it was so nice. The house was clean, had all the things we required to cook/eat. I knew in advance to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries so we were fully prepared for our stay. A couple questions came up and I emailed Michelle and got an almost immediate response. I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! Thanks for letting us stay!

Property was in nice, quiet neighborhood. Not too far from many of the things we were in town to do. Property was not as clean as advertised. Built up dirt and dust on fans, along baseboards and in corners. Walls could use a coat of paint. We didn't spend a lot of time at the property so it didn't matter that much. It was just disappointing given the photos on the listing.

Great spacious place.

We had a wonderful time there. Lots of room for our family. We’d come back but would be prepared. We had to buy items after arriving. There were not a lot of kitchen supplies; no dish clothes, 1 kitchen towel, 1 hot pot holder, no dish soap or aluminum foil, etc.. The knives were extremely dull & the pizza cutter was so cheap it did cut. In such a nice home we felt the kitchen utensils should have been higher quality. We were told ahead of time that there would be just one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. It was an inconvenience to run out & have to buy supplies yet we loved the place & enjoyed our time there.

VRBO has incorrect information on this rental

I secured this property with the information of it being only 8 miles from the Disney parks. It is indeed 45 to 90 minutes from all parks depending on traffic. VRBO has the wrong address on file. This property is in Davenport, not Orlando. Owners were great but house was not cleaned properly upon our arrival. floors not even swept much less sanitized. Maintenace was very prompt and efficient. Pool was very heavy in Clorine. My grandkids had reaction to the levels. The most annoying item was a high-pitched chirping that we believe came from the smoke detectors. We did enjoy our stay but will not be renting from VRBO or the homeowners again.

Nice but...

I was not able to cancel the trip once I received the "physical" address of the property. I thought we were staying in Orlando. I wanted to be closer to Universal. Traffic is a nightmare. We arrived Tuesday afternoon. The previous tenants did not take the trash out on time, so all of their trash was left in the bins and we were inundated with flies the entire time. The house is a bit dated but it was big enough to accomodate us all. The lock on the sliding glass doors was a bit sketchy, but the neighborhood was nice and quiet so we didn't worry too much. Maybe these were minor but we paid a lot of money to stay for 3 nights. I did call about these issues. None were resolved during our stay.

Great large family vacation home

My family of 11 (7 adults and 4 kids) stayed here in the end of September. We had plenty of room with the 6 large bedrooms (4 of which have ensuites and the other two share one between them) plus there is still a two piece off the family room. I actually cook full meals for the family when we are on vacation and found the Kitchen well stocked for accessories. It had all the basics you need plus a crock pot, large electric griddle and a blender. The indoor seating comfortably sits 12 and seating for 8 outdoors. All rooms had a tv so that was nice for everyone having their own downtime. We opted for the pool heat on and the kids spent a lot of evenings in the pool after long days at the parks. The hot tub was wonderful but you had to turn the jets on to heat it up ... it only took about 10 minutes and it was really hot. The patio area is very spacious was lovely for socializing on. We all used the wifi at the same time and had no issues what so ever however none of us were gaming, just on Netflix etc. My only complaint was it lacked an ice maker... I bought 4 extra ice cube trays and made ice twice a day so we all had ice for our water bottles at the parks and drinks at home. Property is in Solana resort which was a lovely gated community between Davenport and Four Corners. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by but if travelling to Disney/Universal it will take you 25-40 min depending on day/time and traffic. We would definitely rent this property again

Do not Rent if you want a clean home

I will start by saying the water was hot even with several showering at the same time and I had good communication with the folks. BUT...This house was INCREDIBLY dirty, holes in several doors and walls, floors and baseboards caked in dirt. We were afraid to use the very small and very few towels (at least 1 stained) and the sheets, who knows if they were clean. Bathrooms all needed several flushes to clear and the powder room sink was clogged since the first person washed their hands. We were greeted with over a dozen or so cigarette butts at the front door and the entire house had a musty smell (mold?) I was advised that you could not cook for a large family (even though we were renting a house for an extended period of time for a large group), but in fact you could not cook at all. Not even enough cups for our group (smaller than the max amount of people) to all have something at the same time. "Spa" only worked 1/2 the time (even prior to the 9pm cut off) which we paid an extra $30 a day for and the pool itself was very dirty, especially considering it is screened in.

Needs a lot of work !! Beware!!

The address listed is not the address of the property. The owner did make me aware of this before booking. The house itself is ok. It needs a lot of work. It really needs a fresh paint job. The microwave door is broken. Several lights don't work. There are wires sticking out of the wall in the garage. The pool sticks need replacing. The oven sensor came on while we were there and wouldn't go off. 5 out of 8 pool chairs were broken when we arrived. We paid extra for pool heat, I got in the hot tub and was immediately electrocuted twice by one of the jets. We let the owner know and she basically called me a liar saying that there was no way I could have been electrocuted in the hot tub because since it didn't have lights in it, it didn't have electricity to electrocute me. My father is a certified pool technician and used to work for the power company, so he knows its possible. They sent out several people to check it out and supposedly fixed it the next day, so I tried again and was once again electrocuted. I asked if we could possibly be moved to another house and was told that, that wouldn't work because she couldn't guarantee that the same thing wouldn't happen at another location. Needless to say we were unable to use the pool or hot tub at the house which was one of the main reasons I rented this house in the first place. A lot of the furniture is falling apart and needs repair or replacing. I wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend these owners to anyone.

Great place

Perfect for our Adult Sibling trip, we each had our own room with a bathroom. House was big enough to give everyone their own space and still allow for family movies, games and meals.

Great place to stay

Property was just as in photos, manager and property manager were very helpful before, during and after our stay. Its a great place to stay with your family if you are going to any of the parks.

Great home for larger families

Our 4 adult kids met us in Orlando for the week and this was a perfect house. Really nice that each bedroom and a connecting bath. Mattress in the Master is identical to the brand we have at our home which was awesome!
