Thank you so much for staying with us Helene. We tried very hard to accommodate Helene via text through her stay. Each time she reached out my husband or I answered her questions within 1 minute. -In our description it clearly states that the best option for parking for a long stay is a $45 monthly pass. We did not now that Cherry Fest changed that so we offered a credit back. - In regards to the upstairs unit. I have it clearly stated twice in the listing. “ 2nd floor condo and not handicap accessible. and “Condo is the 2nd floor which requires 16 steps upon entry up to the main floor.” - The blinds snap into place. She sent a text. She had to release the blind and then it closed. - The light switch she found behind the 2 coffee options after she asked about that, Yes we have a Keurig and a Regular coffee pot with a huge pantry so they can be moved if not needed. We like to have both options for our guests. -We have numerous pots and pans in this condo as people stay for several weeks. - I told Helene if she needs anything during her stay to please reach out as she did. I thought we had fixed all of her issues she brought up on the spot so was surprised at the review. I definitely would have purchased more pots and pans and dropped them off if needed.
