Located on the Boardman-Ottaway River, the condo is perched above a community-owned building that features food, family, arts, and wellness activities onsite for guests to enjoy. Guests are steps away from the Boardman Lake Loop Trail and within easy walking, biking, or busing distance to all the cultural, natural, and urban attractions Traverse City has to offer.

The condo can accommodate 2 guests (No Pets) and is easily accessible via an elevator from the basement garage level all the way up to your condo floor - no need to climb stairs. This condo is a single level with no interior stairs.

This Traverse City studio boasts a cozy sleeping area with a queen-sized bed tucked away from the living space by a dividing wall. If youâre traveling with a young one, youâll find a Pack and Play crib and a highchair in the entry closet.

The condo has one full bathroom featuring a standup shower and high quality amenities. We have furnished everything you may need for a stay away from home.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything youâll need to cook up tasty meals, including new stainless-steel appliances and a coffee station with an assortment of coffee and tea. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils, glassware, dinnerware and pantry essentials. A crockpot and blender are available for use in our common library area. We also supply kids' bowls, utensils, and a highchair for young families.

The bright, open concept living area features large picture windows to enjoy the view, plush furnishings to sit and relax, and a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with HULU live cable channels, Netflix, and Disney+ for your own logins. LAUNDRY: Staying longer than a couple of days? Check out our laundry facility conveniently located on your floor and available for your use anytime. An Iron, Ironing board and vacuum are also provided in the laundry room.

WELLNESS GYM: Craving a workout away from home? Check out our gym located on your floor in the hallway near the Roost patio. Use your building key-fob for access.

Onsite Metered:
The basement parking garage offers free parking from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM (despite signage indicating "no overnight parking," as it's not metered or monitored until 8:00 AM).
From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, 3-hour metered parking is available. Payment is accepted via ParkMobile, online, toll-free, or with coins.
Free:
Open Street parking is available on Boardman Ave., Webster St., Washington St., and surrounding neighborhood streets. Vehicles found parked on any street or alley between 3:00am-6:00am may be towed at the owner's expense. Overnight parking is generally permitted during the spring and summer months on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday only. Follow street signage.
Old Town Paid Garage: 125 E. Eighth St. Enforced Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:00pm$1.25-$1.50/hour max $20.00 or monthly permit for $30.00.
Hardy Paid Garage: 303 E. State St. Enforced Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:00pm$1.25-$1.50/hour max $20.00 or monthly permit for $50.00.
Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250.00 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

Guests pay an amenity fee per guest per stay for access to the gym and other community facilities located onsite. If you use a board game or a lounge chair, please return to its home for the next guest to enjoy. If you see another guest or a neighbor, say hello and offer a friendly wave and smile. And when using common areas or resources, be mindful that others can hear you or may want to share use as well.
2. PARKING. Guest parking is available for free in a parking ramp located .3 miles away. Guests may pay to park nearby or onsite a public, metered parking.
3. NO SMOKING. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises, including marijuana, vaping, or other types of smoking.
4. QUIET HOURS. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours between 10pm-8am daily.
5. PETS. There are no pets allowed in the building. (This applies to birds with feathers, but please feel free to bring the bird in your soul along.)
