Votre camp de base vous attend dans cette fantastique maison récemment rénovée à Ridgway. Organisez l’évasion parfaite en toute saison avec un accès illimité au plein air. Situé sur le parcours de golf du club et du ranch Divide, profitez de la vue incomparable sur la montagne San Juan en vous rendant sur les pistes en été ou en faisant du ski de fond en hiver. Cette maison est également située à seulement 35 km de pistes de ski de classe mondiale à Telluride, à 24 km d’Ouray, la Suisse américaine et d’une incroyable pêche près du barrage de Ridgway.

Vous aurez beaucoup d'espace pour votre groupe avec trois chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. La chambre principale a une salle de bain et un lit king size. Admirez la vie sauvage en sirotant votre café du matin depuis le pont de votre chambre principale. Les deux autres chambres ont des lits queen size. La maison a une cuisine complète avec four / cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur complet et lave-vaisselle. Laveuse et sécheuse sont également disponibles.

The townhouse was perfect for us and our pups!!! It was quiet and relaxing. Great location to Ouray & Telluride. Shannon communicated well and answered all of our questions. We had a really good time.

Great Location!

We made the right choice with this townhome! The home was great and our dog was welcome! We loved the layout of the home. We came home one evening to find deer standing at the living room window, looking in at us! We had a great time!

Returning Customers!

We enjoyed our stay so much the first time that we had to come back again! This condo has everything that we needed as a family traveling in for our spring skiing. It’s spacious and well stocked. Shannon, the property manager is easy and professionally prompt with her communication. We will definitely be back again.

Great Winter Property

We had a wonderful stay with our teens for skiing. Shannon, the property manager, was outstanding! She was very responsive to our requests and questions before and afterwards. The property was very well supplied and spacious. It even had an airfryer which we used to make fries! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Neighborhood

Be aware that the golf course doesn't allow leashed dogs on the sidewalk during business hours. We did not know this on the first day and got yelled at by the golf course owner. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Excellent location and setting

The townhome was just as described. It was very spacious and the setting was amazing. The furniture in the living area was not very comfortable and a bit “tired”. New furniture there would make all the difference. Also, adding an iron, ironing g board and hairdryer would complete the amenities. Our host did get a clothing steamer and hairdryer into the townhome before we arrived and that was much appreciated. Excellent communication with the host was very helpful and much appreciated.

Stay at Divide Ranch

Despite the property being nearly 30 years old, it was very clean with a well-furnished kitchen. It is professionally managed and we enjoyed our 8-day stay. The location is great for hiking in Ouray, Telluride and Ridgway.

Loghill Village

Shannon, the property manager, was amazing to work with. We were notified on our way to the house that there would be construction/painting occurring during our stay. She was very accommodating and paid for one of our meals while out and gave us a small discount as there was more noise and commotion than we planned for. The only thing we would recommend is new furniture in the living room. The couches were very uncomfortable, so if you have a party greater than 2 it makes hanging out in the living room more difficult. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated all that Shannon did for us. The owners of the property are very lucky to have her managing things .

Nice and as advertised. Our group was surprised, when opening the door to the unit at 5:30(after 4:00PM check-in time ) to literally run into the owners inside the unit. Although, they did not introduce themselves, we determined they were the owners after one of them showed us how to empty the dehumidifier and we subsequently googled the owners and located a picture. One of the elevators was not working but we were grateful for the 2nd elevator that was slow due to doing double duty but worked! Building staff were very nice and all good otherwise.

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it's between Telluride and Ouray. Her main interest was to hike the Blue lake trail which we did on our last day. Everybody was very impressed with this trail and the lake was gorgeous. A few notes on the property. The beds in the smaller rooms need to be replaced, the door needs to be fixed to the bedroom over the garage and the couch in the living room is not very comfortable. Other than those things we are impressed with the townhome.

Beautiful Condo

We were in Ridgway for the wedding of our son which was held at Top of the Pines camp ground. The condo was in excellent condition, clean and very comfortable. The two and a half baths was important because the ladies came there for makeup and dressing. The owners were next door and very warm and helpful. We would recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.

This house is perfect. Very quiet, nice neighborhood. The managers were friendly and wonderful. Loved the Divide Golf Club and the trails just a short walk out the front door.

Even better than we expected!!

I usually wait until I get home to write reviews, but I write this as I'm about to check out of this beautiful and cozy getaway home here in Ridgway bc I don't want to forget leaving it a review! My husband and I (and our welcomed dog that's 40 lbs) came to celebrate my 40th birthday in January to see snow and the stars, and this home was everythingwe expected and even more. My husband and I are both clean freaks, so even in 5 star properties are usually a bit lower in our standards. This home was spotless, and had everything we could think of to need!! For anything else we needed (suggestions and sled equipment) Shannon and her husband's hospitality (property managers) really made our trip that FULL 5 STARS!! SUPER fast with communication, spot on with directions and suggestions, we really couldn't have asked for more. Thank you both so much!! The location is about 2-3 miles from town up the hill, so it's perfectly private in a huge well maintained community, with the quiet acres of land in the back to enjoy serenity, and yet a quick 10 minutes away from anything need in town. It was our first trip to Colorado and Ridgway, and this stay definitely has made us decide to come back!!!
