Outlaw Inn! Minutes from Main Street, 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, full living space
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish abode. This unit has a great living room space with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Great kitchen and open floor plan living room. Washer and dryer included. Great outdoor space, grill out with the family or play a game of cornhole! Great views of the San Juan Mountains from all windows, and close to the river for a cool breeze and relaxing sound. This property is a two-minute walk to Main Street in Ouray!
We had a great stay! The property seems newly renovated and is very clean with a spacious interior. It is very close to Main Street and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Clean and spacious, but has limited towels, blankets and linens. No extra linens or towels provided in the event you are cold natured or have a spill and need them. Fans were provided for bedrooms since no a/c but remote for it had no batteries and the fan would not run continuous and turn off every few hours. The only TV was downstairs. We utilized all 3 bedrooms and all wished we had a radio or TV in the bedrooms. There was a problem and when reaching out to the owner on the issue of limited linens we were questioned and accused of having more tenants than we reserved for and were told we were not allowed to sleep downstairs and that all tenants must sleep upstairs. Not everyone that books this house is married or want to be bunked up together and share the bed. Housekeeping did come the following day and change our linens.
This place was very clean and newly renovated. The check-in process was easy. I appreciate the AC units, fans, and heaters for comfort. Enough space for 4 people and two cars and a lot of storage for outdoor equipment. The location was quiet off the main strip but still close enough to walk to everything. The inside did feel empty with no coffee table, bare white walls, and minimal kitchen utensils, but I prefer VRBOs that feel like comfy homes, not empty hotels. The security deposit was a hidden fee and excessive when there was already a cleaning fee and no expensive accommodations at risk.
