Appartement au bord du lac. Trois chambres, deux salles de bain, parking sécurisé pour deux voitures. Cet appartement offre le meilleur de la vie de vacances, un hébergement absolument 5 étoiles. Ouvrez une bouteille de vin et avec un verre à la main, sautez dans le juccuzzi sur votre terrasse privée et profitez de la vue la plus étendue sur le lac Tuggerah et le plus beau coucher de soleil. Dans la soirée, prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'à la nuit arabe et savourez le meilleur de la cuisine méditerranéenne, ou faites une courte promenade au célèbre restaurant Lakeside pour le meilleur de la gastronomie ou simplement un barbecue sur votre propre terrasse sur le toit privée. Vous êtes en face de la promenade du lac et de la piste cyclable et en face de lancer une ligne pour commencer la pêche ou de la location de bateaux. Faites une promenade de cinq minutes à Memorial Park pour les cafés et les divertissements en direct le week-end ou à dix minutes de marche supplémentaires de la plage d'entrée et de la piscine. Vraiment un super endroit pour un week-end ou des vacances pour un couple ou une famille.

Great location and outstanding unit , clean , spacious and comfortable .

Plenty of room for six adults and a 2 yr old Great views in a quiet area with a park Cross the road. Located right on the lake you can drop a line in and have a fish anytime. 5 minute walk into town centre for a range of places to eat and shop plus a kids pool and rides. If you like a spa it has that and an outdoor eating area with BBQ for breakfast lunch dinner or just sitting back with a drink enjoying the view. Michael was super helpful making sure our stay was relaxing and trouble free. All in all it was a very memorable family holiday we will remember with fondness. Many thanks Michael

Beautiful location and views

The location is fantastic and the views incredible, however the property is looking a little run down and in need of some updates. BBQs dirty and not working properly. Pots and pans need replacement. No coffee machine even though it says there is one. Even the kitchen power stopped working on our last day. Could be great with some updates.

Where do I start...

To put it simply, awful. I’ll try and keep this within the allotted word count. - Owner did not know even know we were checking in the day we arrived. Had to call for him to reply that he thought we were checking in the next day. - Booked this particular apartment to enjoy the private rooftop terrace with spa. Spa was unclean and malfunctioning, with two of the 3 jets inoperable. I spent the good part of an hour cleaning the water with a strainer only to find that the spa also didn't heat up. - Whilst the apartment itself was tidy, we did find mould on the exhaust fan in the master bedroom, along with yellow stained sheets. - The guest bathroom had a leak under the sink that was being absorbed with paper towel that had gone yellow, and there was another leak above the fridge that was being collected by two foil trays with stagnant water above a warped over fridge cabinet. - The building pool was also not fit for entry, being dirty, half filled and containing numerous roaches. I understand that this is a strata issue and not in control of the property owner, but was also a sour experience. - All of the above was communicated to the property owner who after specifying "The apartment was clean and is separate from those issues that really do not impact that much on your stay, after all the weekend is about experiencing The Entrance and not totally the apartment." We were not able to stay another night and requested that instead of an additional night, that night was removed from total cost of the stay and of course for obvious reasons, the cleaning free waived. This was refused and after back and forth with the property owner settled on a partial reimbursement of the cost of stay. I thought this was the end of this saga, but I was mistaken. The next morning, after I had sent the owner photo and video evidence of the aforementioned, I received a text from him trying to dispute the above which included the below. "I have to give it to you, you played your cards well, going on a witch hunt. Money comes and go, and has no defining value, what defines us is our honesty and integrity." This was followed by further phone calls and messages to the property owner who was incredibly unprofessional and down right rude. We were expecting a relaxing weekend away and to experience an apartment and facilities that we paid good money for, that didn’t happen. Following this experience, I can’t, in good conscience, recommend staying here to anyone.

There are always two sides to every story. I have a great apartment in a great location and my cleaners are very good, the proof is in the overwhelming reviews that are there for everyone to see. I stick with my opinion that this guest is an opportunist, it started out with the some of the jets in the spa not working and after I apologised and offered compensation, the next day all other problems appeared. Spa water was not clean, apartment dirty, mosquitoes and flies and on and on. Guest demanded unreasonable refund. The apartment was inspected after the guest left and the claims were unfounded. Opportunist or not, read the other reviews and make your own conclusion.

A quiet getaway

Riviera at The Entrance was a lovely spot to relax with the family. Very quiet, almost too quiet due to travelling to a seaside town off season. But the apartment was spacious, private and delivered with a perfect view. Main bedroom was fantastic and plenty of room for the kids. Walking distance to town and a large park across the road ideal for children.

Relaxing Stay

A great place for a relaxing stay. Apartment has everything you need and is very modern and spacious. We enjoyed spectacular views and wonderful sunsets while sitting in the Jacuzzi. Property Manager was very easy to deal with and gave us all the information we required and more. A really fantastic break.

Property and its inclusions were as advertised. View was awesome too. But the weather didn't help. Anticipating good weather Michael was generous enough to extend our stay at the property. He even arranged internet pack for us. ***** for Michael. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic Weekend Away

I am not normally one to write reviews but we had such a great time at The Entrance I needed to share. The apartment is well located, spacious, bright, clean and has amazing views over the water. The Spa on the private roof terrace was fantastic and we spent hours in there watching the sun set over the water. The host was most helpful at check in and the apartment had all the mod cons we could have asked for. We will definitely be back again :)
