Il s’agit d’un logement unifamilial comprenant 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un salon, une salle familiale, une salle à manger formelle, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un garage pour deux voitures situé dans la section Rotonda West Long Meadow. Si vous êtes un golfeur, alors ce sera une grande propriété pour vous. Cette communauté très prisée compte 5 terrains de golf différents situés dans l’association Rotonda West. Vous pouvez jouer au golf sur un parcours différent presque tous les jours de la semaine. Englewood a le choix entre quatre plages. Il y a la plage publique d'Englewood, celle de Blinds Pass, celle de Stump Pass ou celle de Manasota Key. Après un long après-midi au soleil, à jouer au golf, à peigner à la plage ou à profiter des sentiers de randonnée publics des comtés de Charlotte, rentrez chez vous pour vous rafraîchir dans la piscine rafraîchissante qui surplombe le parcours de golf de Long Marsh. Situé dans une rue calme de Rotonda, vous pourrez ainsi faire une belle promenade ou une agréable promenade à vélo. Cette propriété est située entre Englewood et Port Charlotte. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and will plan on doing again in the future. We like the location of the property as my husband is a golfer! They are dog friendly and have a fun pool area and Florida room. We had a situation where the heater of the pool quit working and Jean (management company) had the part ordered and replaced quickly! She is easy to communicate with and takes care of issues fast! The host provides bikes to ride, beach chairs, and umbrella, and a portable bean bag toss as well as beach toys for children and a grill to use at the house. It is located close to a wide choice of restaurants and to the beach on Boca Grande. Although the house is a little older, the decor of the house is fun beachy feel with three televisions. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary dishes, kitchen gadgets and dishwasher, the fridge has its own icemaker and water dispenser so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Overall I recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in Englewood and the Rotonda area.

Nice home

Three weeks in the Rotunda

This was the perfect house for us as it was so centrally located between family members in Punta, Port Charlotte, Placida and Venice. It is charming decorated and has enough rooms to give families individualized space. Especially loved screened in porch for coffee and wine! Although no garbage disposal the kitchen has adaquate amount of dishes and utensils, bathrooms with towels and bedrooms with linens. The pool was having a few issues but management addressed the situation quickly. Hubby appreciated close golf courses. We hope to stay here again!

My stay

Really enjoyed the house only set back was having to leave the thermostat at 75 we kind of roasted .. I’m used to 69-70 due to my asthma .. but overall the house was beautiful and would recommend it to others .

Not what it seems

The property is not what the pictures on VRBO show. It is badly in need of a good maintenance person. Floor tiles are cracked or broken. Half the light bulbs were missing. The pool chairs are rusted and a lighter had to be used to start the grill. The gutters are overflowing with leaves, etc. This is not what we are used to in Rotonda West. Good maintenance and a good cleaning would make it a much better property

I'm so sorry for the issues at he property, but rest a sure when you contacted the management company and was notified of these issues, someone was at the property promptly to address any and all issues. The badly cracked tile was replaced and light bulbs replaced. The owner is going to be purchasing new chairs for the pool area to replace the ones that are there now, and also having the gutters cleaned out.

Terrible experience

Villa was not up to standard at all, broken lamp, outdoors was a mess, mouldy cushions, dirty floor with a dead frog and insects. Pool hadn’t been cleaned. The sunroom was very dirty. Bedroom ceiling patched up but not painted. Netting around the pool had numerous holes in it.Very unkept around villa area, not in line with other villas on street. Made our way to main office where the owner was very defensive and making loads of excuses. Although they brought. new cushions and fixed lamp, they made us feel we should be grateful. We realised there was no iron or board, this took a couple of days to verify with the owners to provide one although it is advertised as having one. I know they are going to come back with the damage from previous storms but I feel this should have been reflected in the price. They did refund one nights stay as we wasted a couple of days hoping for a villa change. We were made aware that no one had been in the villa for 5 weeks, I would have thought a freshen up for new guests would be in order. Will think again about booking through VRBO as they obviously do not check the agents.

I'm sad to hear that you were not satisfied with the service provided at the house during your stay. I would like to address some of the accusations you made towards the homeowner and my management firm. When my firm was made aware of the broken lamp, the outdoors being a mess, and moldy cushions on 6/20 after your arrival at the property, we were able to get the broken lamp, moldy cushions and the messy lanai taken care of in the same day, including the pool maintenance company to take care of the issues with the pool. When we were made aware that the iron & ironing board were not present on the property, which is a requirement of all our properties, was not present, we were able to have an iron & ironing board delivered to the house. As most of our travelers know, the summer months are known for strong weather systems that could bring damage to the screens, and the exterior of the house from tree/landscaping debris. This is not an excuse; it is a fact. The house prior to the tenant’s arrival was cleaned by our professional cleaning company to make sure the house was ready upon arrival because it had been sitting empty for 5 weeks. As for the price, summer and fall are already reduced in price because in Florida, summer and fall are the off season. This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, pool home for the cost of a hotel room. The owners did refund a night stay for the inconvenience and were very apologetic. As for the accusations about the management firm, we treat all our tenants/owners with the highest respect and take all concerns the highest priority. Unfortunately, in this case, there was no pleasing this tenant. During their stay was also high time for rentals because it was a holiday week of July 4th, and we had no other accommodation available. Even then, I don’t think this would please the tenants. I hope your future travels are better for you.

Nice Rental

Nice property with great pool - golf course was great - location nice between venice, punta gorda and fort meyers ... kitchen well stocked - good restaurants (Farlow's and Leverock's and others) ... house was very clean ... quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Great place for a family of four

Great property for our little family. Working and learning from home was a breeze. All the amenities our little ones needed were there! Comfy beds, tv was easy, WiFi was strong and the pool was beautiful. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials. Plenty of linens. Property manager was attentive and timely for small issues. Simple but met all our needs. Quiet neighborhood felt safe and the home was very clean when we arrived. We had a nice stay!

The Dim house

The property had several light/lamps that did not work or were very dim. Many tiles on flooring broken. Guest bath shelves were tipping down. Windows and tracks on doors dirty. Terrible odor. Landscaping needs help.

I'm so sorry that the property did not meet your satisfaction. The lighting in the house was due to light bulbs needing to be replaced, and have been. The broken tile has been repaired/replaced, as well as the shelves in the bathroom. We have spoken to the cleaners about keeping us informed about any and all issues and I'm assured these issues will not be a problem anymore.

Great escape for the family!

We spent 3 weeks at this property in December (2 adults, 2 teenage children, dog) working/schooling remotely. The house was perfect for us, great location, very clean, wonderful pool, and fast internet that let us all work remotely with no issues. The house also has bikes, pool toys, beach chairs and anything else you could need. Had a minor issue that the property manager quickly remedied. We highly recommend!

Great vacation rental!

We had a great stay! Loved the house and was perfect for our family. House was clean and had all the essentials (beach and pool gear, kitchen essentials, and board games)...yard needed to be maintained but brought it to property manager’s attention and it was taken care of promptly! Would stay here again!!!

Outstanding experience. Highly recommend!

We rented this beautiful home for a 4 day visit. Our expectations were exceeded. The home was perfect, not only beautifully decorated and spotless, but so much care was taken by the homeowner to ensure the experience was truly wonderful. Sweet touches like board games and beach items were such a convenience. The beds were very comfortable and the linen/towels were nice quality. The home itself has wonderful light and a great layout. The neighborhood is safe, welcoming, and well maintained. If we are in the area again, this will be our rental of choice. Thank you for an amazing stay!
