Condominium de luxe dans le développement Forest Ridge à Lincoln, NH. Cinq minutes de Loon Mountain. Grand lieu de vacances d'été. Accès facile à pied au centre sportif Forest Ridge avec piscine intérieure et extérieure et courts de tennis. Maison de ville a / c central, WiFi, télévision par câble, trois étages de vie et de nouveaux meubles et appareils. Surface habitable a une télévision à écran plat, système audio Bose et une cheminée à gaz. Tous les nouveaux appareils dans la cuisine et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 10. Terrasse extérieure avec vue sur la montagne sud et un gril à gaz Weber. A l’étage comprend une chambre principale avec un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat, un bain à remous et une douche à l’italienne. Il y a deux autres chambres à l'étage, une reine et une avec deux lits simples. Laveuse et sécheuse à l'étage. Niveau inférieur comprend une salle familiale avec télévision à écran plat et un système de jeu Wii. Niveau inférieur chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés et une salle de bain complète. Maison de ville comprend également un garage une voiture.

Great, relaxing stay!

Great clean space for relaxing and recharging after active days in the White Mountains. Kids loved the ping pong and basement. Adults loved the deck and many quiet spaces to unwind.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice condo unit in quiet setting. AC was nice for the unusually warm weather. Nice base for going to Clark's, Santa's Village, hiking, fishing.

Great location

Wanda was great and gave us great recommendations for the area! She was very responsive.. Property was very clean and spacious! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 kids. Would definitely stay again!

Winter 2022 Getaway

This property is great, pictures are an actual reflection of the condo. Plenty of room to spread out, relax and close to Loon , shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay

My family and I just got back from a great week in Lincoln. The condo was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The condo is also close to some of our favorite restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back.

Forest Ridge Woodland Loop

Communication with owner was great very responsive ! Rental location was central to everything unit was immaculate kitchen was well stocked with every kitchen gadget beds were very comfortable plenty of linens. Amazing family vacation !!! We will definitely be back !!!

Fantastic!!!

Our stay was truly amazing! We had a great skiing & snowshoeing weekend with family. Our friends own a house in the same neighborhood so the location was perfect. The house was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Thank you so much Wanda!! We will definitely book again next year.

Nice Home in Lincoln

We’ve actually stayed on this property before but in the unit next to us. This property definitely has been kept up very well. We had no issues the whole time, and hope to be back next year. The host was great, and many great memories were made.

Quick family ski trip!

The townhouse was great. Very spacious, location fantastic for skiing at Loon. There is even a shuttle to the mountain. So close by. The finished basement is a whole other living area with its own living room bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed was there in terms of kitchen utensils and cookware. Great long weekend spent with the family. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect for a large group

This place was perfect for our family getaway (4 adults and 4 kids under 10). It has everything we needed plus some. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, large dining room table and open to the living room. There are no photos of the deck, but it's a lot larger than expected (spans the entire width of the condo). The place was very clean and spacious. Wanda was extremely responsive to any questions I had before and during my stay. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we return.

Perfect extended family vacation

This 3-level townhouse was ideal for my husband and me, our three adult sons, our daughter-in-law, and two year-old grandson. The property was clean and well stocked. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Central A/C and instantaneous hot water were big pluses as was the on-site Sports Club with indoor and outdoor pools. The location is perfect with lots of family friendly activities in the area. The host was very responsive to our questions and the description and pics of property were very accurate. We would definitely rent again and recommend it to others!

Forest Ridge never disappoints

Wanda advertised her property as newly renovated plenty of room for the whole family. We loved the new renovations the beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of bedding for everyone. The basement (2nd family room) was very cozy and comfortable. If I had to recommend anything I would say the couch in the main family room could be larger but would had a blast and would rent there again And again.

Townhouse in the mountains

Nice house in great location. Modern floors. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable and esthetic master bedroom. Very nice reclining furniture. Only negatives: garage was not clean (however rest of the house was fine) and ping pong table there could use maintenance. Also one of the couches was somewhat falling apart. Would stay here again.

Glad you had a good stay at the condo. I just went up there sorry for the messy garage, the last people did a number on the ping pong table and left a mess. Also they knocked out a screw on the couch and has since been fixed. Thank you for your review.

Beautiful scenery

While renting this property we had some issues with power outages and no backup generator, no candles, no flashlights . When I contacted the owner , she said there were no flashlights at all. Try to navigate 3 floors in the dark for a few hours. There also wasn't enough information enclosed in the booklet concerning information on what was expected and also how to connect to television and cable. Also ,the pool seemed to be in need of updating. As for cleaning services, for the price I paid, we shouldn't have had to do what was asked of us and they were rude. I have traveled and stayed all over the world. I will be choosing another option next trip, which is in Seattle.

I'm sorry to hear that your stay was less than you expected. Unfortunately, I had no control over the two hour power outage that occurred in the confined area of the east end of Lincoln. I did attempt to keep you apprised of the ongoing situation. I contacted the Lincoln Police and NHEC, the local utility, and was assured that power would be returned imminently. Also, townhouse communities like Forest Ridge often don't have generators for individual units. I don't provide candles, but will provide flashlights in the future. If the power was going to be out for a substantial time flashlights would have been brought to you. As far as the unit's information and House Rules, this information was set forth in your contract and also the second set of papers I sent you along with entering the property. Your difficulty with the WIFI would have been remedied by simply reading the first page of the unit binder left in plain view. Check out is at 10 am. Cleaning people operate on a schedule. The House Rule mention, in two places, to strip the beds that were used. One of your guest that spoke to the cleaning people was extremely rude.( I actually heard him on their phone.) Sorry you thought you could stay as long as you wanted, not follow the house rules, and be rude. I also stay in a lot of places and stripping the beds and starting towels is part of it. Perhaps, the greatest takeaway for this visit and these issue is that I was available to you at all times for a simple phone call. If there were issues, you could have simply called me. I hope you find other accomodations in the future. To my future guests, I will maintain my availability on the phone should any issues arise.
