Sur la belle Manasota Key. Propriétaire géré, ce condo est situé dans un grand complexe de deux bâtiments sur Lemon Bay. Condo a quai privé, (beaucoup de stationnement de la remorque sur le site) piscine chauffée, espace barbecue. Pêchez sur le quai ou observez les lamantins et les dauphins ou les kayaks. Court trajet en voiture ou bonne promenade aux restaurants et aux pubs. Agréable et calme. Deux accès à la plage publique à deux minutes.

The condo was really nice. It was very clean and close to all the excitement on the key. The host was very responsive when we asked questions and very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this condo! The condo has been recently remodeled and is very clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was heated (around 80 degrees while we were there during a warm week of the winter). The beaches on the island were great and we found hundreds of small shark teeth while we were there. I recommend this condo for people interested in a low key visit to Manasota Key!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Tony was a phenomenal host! He is very accommodating and goes above & beyond to make your stay memorable! The condo has everything you need while enjoying your time away from home. The condo was very clean & the air conditioning will freeze you out! The condo complex is very quiet and has a great dock to enjoy fishing as well as the morning sunrise!

Perfect, relaxing vacation!

My stay was wonderful, and very relaxing. The condo is just a short walk to the beach. Tony was very communicative and helpful during my stay. The condo is equipped well for cooking and coffee. The bed is very comfortable, too! The condo has chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Everything was just lovely! Many shark teeth found during my 8 day stay.

Host went above and beyond working with last minute changes to my booking due to son being hospitalized. The outside of the building doesn't compare to how nice the remodel is on the inside. The place was nice and clean. It had some extras to go shark tooth hunting and sit on the beach. Even tho I ended up leaving in a rush and left the kitchen a bit messy. They were still extremely nice and professional about things. I honestly can't recommend it enough.

Condo was not as represented. Was advertised as sleeping 4 and remodeled. Kitchen and bathroom were remodeled, the rest of the condo was not. Light fixture in the closet hanging by electrical wires. Only 8 mismatched hangers in closet. No dresser in bedroom to put clothing for 2 people let alone 4. Bathroom door had not been painted. Ottoman in the sitting area stained and covered in paint splatter. Only 3 matching plates and bowls. 2nd mattress was a inflatable mattress. Exterior photos were before hurricane, should have been updated. No end tables, had to use stools from kitchen table. Wi-fi very unreliable. Would have contacted the owner but this was not something that could have been corrected with one visit. We should have reported this the first day but didn't realize that was an option. One reason we chose the condo was because it was very highly rated. No way this place should have gotten any 10's yet it got several. I would give it a 5 and that is being very generous. I have photos of some of these compaints. All in all very disappointing.

GREAT: the host was very accommodating by providing 100% cotton bedding at our request right away!BAD: We rented this property because it offered a full kitchen. However, we were not able to use the oven at all as it had white cleaning stuff residue on all oven walls. We asked the host to get it cleaned, but it was never done during our 10 nights stay .

The condo was excellent and had everything we needed. It was clean and well-stocked. I would recommend putting in an additional mirror and a bedside lamp. We were disappointed that we were not made aware of the damage still present in the area after the storms from last year. It was saddening to see the destruction it caused. It would have been good to know that the public beach across from the condo has been almost decimated. There were no signs to show where the public access was for the condo. We ended up sitting on a private beach without knowing. Thankfully, the resident was extremely understanding and allowed us to stay. I pray that this season does not bring damaging storms to this area. Residents were friendly, and the Waverley Restaurant is worth a visit. There is a free shuttle from the units to a number of local restaurants. Guy works for tips.

Beautiful stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This condo was larger than I expected with beautifully updated furnishings. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Easy beach access directly across the street. On the beautiful Back Bay with a clean pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice time at Manasota Key

It was great to be really close to the beach. We enjoyed the beauty of every sunset ( if that evening was not raining). The apartment has everything for two person, maybe three, but four will be a little uncomfortable.

This condo is perfect for a small family. We had a very relaxing weekend here.

I would suggest that the AC unit be replaced or serviced. It was very warm and difficult to sleep. Aside from that I would definitely recommend to friends and return for another stay myself.

Satisfactory Stay

We were satisfied with our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable and worked fine for 2 adults, but I wouldn't add any more people. The kitchen is decently set up for basic cooking, although there is no disposal (is this a FL thing?) and the dishwasher is tiny. As others mentioned the air conditioner does not cool the living room and kitchen area very well, especially if you close the bedroom door. Not bad in the evening, but a little uncomfortable during the day....or if one of you is freezing in the bedroom and the other sweating in the kitchen! We weren't there during the day a lot but it helped to set a fan in that doorway to pull cool air from the bedroom to the living room. One great thing over a lot of other condos we've stayed in: the bedroom can be darkened for sleeing in or napping! As noted in the description: there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. (Coin operated machines are available $2 per machine in quarters). The complex was quiet and well landscaped, the pool was nice and never crowded. The nearest beach access is about a mile and half. It was nice to have beach chairs and other supplies from the condo to use. The bay is at the end of the parking lot and has nice swings to enjoy sunrises! Communication with the owner leading up to the stay (through VRBO messaging) was not prompt, in that I asked about payment options (no longer taking Discover) and check in procedures in the last few days leading up to our stay and did not receive a response until we were in route that morning. Had I needed to contact him during our stay I assume responses would have been better since I had a number I could text or call at that point. I would say, once you weigh the pros and cons, it is a very average property for a reasonable price. It was clean and functional and nothing came up that needed to be fixed by the owner. I won't go out of my way to stay again but I wouldn't rule it out either. It worked fine as a home base to our beach time! More importantly, our rankings (starting with favorite) for the all the beaches we visited are: Gasparilla State Park Beach Manasota Beach Blind Pass Beach Venice Beach Englewood Beach

Fun family stay

The apartment was more spacious and airy than the pictures show. The apartment has everything we needed from the kitchen having spices and plenty of dishes plus a grill by the pool and beach chairs and toys and umbrellas in the closet. The pool was very nice and clean and we were the only ones using it so it was like we owned the place! Used Stumpy’s to get to the beach because there was no public beach parking.
