La famille Dosin invite à séjourner dans notre maison de luxe à Indian Creek, dans la crique Kissimmee, en Floride. La maison compte 5 chambres, 4 salles de bain et sa propre piscine avec jacuzzi et salle de jeux. We had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind and accommodating. The home is a spacious five-bedroom, four-bathroom property, which was perfect for our large family. The master suite featured an amazing soaker tub, and having a private pool and hot tub for our family to enjoy at any time was such a treat.The location is excellent—close to Disney yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cups, and seating for the entire family, making meals easy and enjoyable.We truly enjoyed our time here and had an amazing Christmas with our family. I would highly recommend this home to any family or large group looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

This is an older neighborhood and house with traffic but it’s SO CLOSE to all of the parks AND it is huge! Beds and furniture are comfortable. It is an older house with older accents and decor. The exterior of the pool does need pressure washing. Hot tub did not heat. But we were not there for house amenities other than the space and the drive to the parks. The host is VERY responsive and quick to meet needs. But again, it’s an older, dated house but for our needs, it was fantastic. Comfy beds close to the magic. Thank you Tony!

New Year’s vacation

House is very spacious, clean and great neighborhood near to restaurants and grocery store. Just need a update on linen and towels it seems very worn. Manager was very helpful and friendly, easy check in and check out. Overall we have had a great experience and we recommend the property.

This would have been a beautiful place to stay if it was not for all uncleanliness and terrible upkeep on this property. Found a medicine syringe under our sheet. Found food crumbs in other beds. Which obviously means that the sheets were not washed. Do not recommended at all. Sooo much hair(not on my head) everywhere. Gross. Told owner. Nothing but excuses.

So disappointing 😞

The house was SO dirty with cob webs, spider webs, dust all over (especially built up around door frames), dead bugs with one being the size of a quarter & it fell apart when I cleaned it up which tells me its been there awhile. I had to wipe out drawers & cupboards because of stickiness and just being dirty. The furniture was very scratched up & one lamp must of been broke at some point & glued back together with a hole in it which is a safety concern with little kids. Some of the comforters had stains on them like the color in the comforter ran when they washed it. The pool deck needed a good power wash, had issues with the spa and heating the first night, then the pool had a broken lid on one of the drain covers on the bottom another safety hazard with 3 kids swimming & some of the bricks on the pool deck were sinking and uneven which again is a safety hazard. The garage was so cluttered, both pool tables were not usable because of rips in the material, there was a tool saw in the garage with all the clutter in the back of the garage just out in the open and a blue wire was hanging out of the wall, needless to say the garage was off limits.It was super inconvenient that the thermostat was ran from the owners phone. We spent our hard earned money and when I told the owner all they said was sorry. It should of been fixed or given me a credit. Something should of been done and I made sure I documented everything. I was so grossed out and upset that I spent our money here

Great experience

Had a wonderful experience in this house. House was very clean, beds were comfortable. Very spacious house. TVs in every bedroom was also highly appreciated. The pool and back patio was the highlight of our trip. Our main goal coming to Florida was to relax and we definitely did. The location of the house is great, close to everything especially Disney. Richie was such a great host wonderful service, very quick to answer. Definitely coming back sometime soon!

Challenges

We were happy to find a beautiful, spacious, house in the location close to Disney. Unfortunately, the house was dirty. The patio and pool was so dirty we could not use it for the first 3 days (will not mention what we found)! Plus, a whole section of the screen in the pool area was missing and bugs would constantly enter which made it impossible to eat in the pool area. We lit bug candle repellent in order to BBQ to try and keep the flies away. We also had to constantly remove the bugs from the pool so we could swim. They never did anything about fixing the screens. The game room was trashed, dirty and unusable the entire time we were there. When we arrived the washing machine was not working but they replaced it the next day. Made us wonder how they cleaned the sheets and towels. If properly maintained, this would be a Great house to stay in.

Great location! Not far from anything at all. It was more than enough space for all 10 of us.

I will be recommending this house to anyone I know going on vacation. The owner was extremely helpful and very prompt on replying or calling back. Overall a very fun fabulous time.

Overall good stay

My family and I rented this vacation rental for Christmas for our family trip to Disney World. There was a mixture of good and bad things about the property. Overall we were satisfied with our stay although there is a lot needing improvement. Pros. The house was huge. The space was very adequate in size for our family of 12 people. Each bedroom had tvs which was convenient for everyone. We appreciated having so many bathrooms for such a large family because it meant we never had the restrooms tied up by the amount of people. Having a full kitchen and dishwasher was convenient while traveling with kids. Cons. The toddler bed advertised was missing main screws which made it a safety hazard and unusable as it was. We pulled the mattress out of it to use it, but there was absolutely no bedding in the house for it. I sent the owner a text but it wasn’t replied to. We also hunted around hoping to find extra blankets but found none. We had almost enough towels for everyone but not quite. The coffee maker was clogged so we spent extra time cleaning it out so it could be used. There was no extra toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, or garbage bags so we had to run out to buy some. Any other rental we’ve been a guest in has been fully stocked with basics. This home was not. The pool was extremely dirty. The cleaning people need to be checking the cleanliness around the pool because our kids found a small box with some previous guests joints in it. Totally inappropriate for items like these being overlooked and left around. Not sure if one area of the pool was supposed to be a hot tub or not but it wasn’t warm. We also found a lighter and someone else’s kids homework was under the couch. It’s safe to say it’s not being thoroughly cleaned between guests. The dishwasher works but leaks water and needs repair if the owner wants to avoid damage to the home. The clothes washer works but the dryer does not work correctly. It took 3-4 rounds to try to dry the clothes. This has been a complaint on many other review posts so it’s something that they aren’t willing to address and fix. Overall the house is a nice place to stay with a large family, but needs some tlc, maintenance and deep cleaning. Be prepared to bring extra supplies! The kitchen did not have enough dishes and utensils for the amount of people advertised for it to house. Again, overall our stay was good but owners should look into some of the issues.

It was great house but need some work around.

We like the house is.big location love it but there was some stuff in the house that didn't work like the jets in the didn't work correctly the dry u have to put 3 to 4 time to have the clothes dry the master there was not air coming in at all we had to.leave the door.open but we love the house the enjoy the pool...

Arrived and the pace was dirty and poorly maintained. Called the owner and he could not fix it. Had to find another place for more money for the week. Have initiated a complaint and request for a full refund.

Unable to go because of COVID -19

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and Disney closing we were unable to make this trip. We spoke with the owner and asked for a refund. Because our Disney tickets expire this summer. The owner stated that he did not want to give a refund. He agreed to an equal swap for the dates of Dec. 20 - Dec. 27th. Hopefully the virus and restrictions will be lifted by then. We have VRBO for about 15 years. We have always been satisfied with our trips. Wishing your company the best during these hard times. Kind regards, Greg and Lisa Simpson.
