Unité non-fumeur au deuxième étage. Peut accueillir 6 personnes. Le salon a une fenêtre de 110 "avec une vue directe sur la plage / le golfe. La salle de télévision a une fenêtre de 90 "donnant sur la plage / le golfe. Nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond dans la cuisine et dans chacune des chambres étendues

The unit was amazing with breathtaking views of the Gulf. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and more! The Office manager was amazing and so sweet. She always was smiling and very personable. We had a minor issue with the TV and maintenance was able to fix it quickly for us. I would definitely recommend this unit and resort and hope to visit again!

Quick LBK getaway

This is our second time staying at the Sand Cay. Location is perfect! Unit was great but could use a few items, better sleeping blankets, full set of cutlery.

Girl Cousins weekend

Sand Cay 204

First night not good. Shower drain in one of the bathrooms was clogged. Even worse, we had no tv, phone, or internet access! Office was closed. Called the following morning and maintenance fixed everything. No light bulb in hall socket either.

wonderful getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I came with our 3 young sons for a 4 night stay. It was so refreshing. We met several nice people staying there as well. We loved the view. My husband enjoyed cooking at the grill and chatting with the other guests there, it was a great way to meet people. The beach was lovely, and we enjoyed a snorkeling excursion. Next time I hope to get us all out for a jet ski excursion too. We will be coming back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is very good. Staff is excellent. Unit was in very very poor condition. Dirty, exposed nails, poor lighting, kitchen cabinets falling apart, window cranks broken, screens broken, bird droppings on deck plus more

A lovely and low key weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent the weekend in unit 204 and it was the perfect set up for a relaxing weekend with family. The unit was comfortable, clean, and the view was perfect. Not too fancy and just what we were after. We played cards in the living room with a view of the gulf; sat on the porch to watch dolphins swim by; cooked great meals in the modest but well appointed kitchen; and had an easy time heading to the beach for walks and lounging. Staff at front desk were very welcoming and helpful. Got the sense that this is a place that people come back to time and again. We will!

Beautiful view!

We absolutely loved our Gulf front view at this rental from our balcony, as well as the huge living room window! Condo was clean and well supplied- only issue we had was a problem with our refrigerator staying cold, but the property managers were wonderful- sent someone right away, and they brought a replacement refrigerator the next day! Also provided us with a space to keep our refrigerated items cold in the meantime. Naturally appliances break down, but the way the staff handled the issue was above and beyond!! We would 100% recommend this property! Longboat Key is so beautiful and quiet, but still just a close drive to popular attractions- an absolutely perfect vacation for our family!

The tv in master bedroom had a loose wire or connection. We had trouble getting it to stay on. Moved the tv stand around and got it working so left stand in middle of floor to not mess it up again.The view we had was awesome!

Paradise With Easy Going Vibe

Everything you need for your stay is provided: free laundry facilities, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and also toys for the beach as well as items for other activities. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The resort is well cared for and has a nice vibe. Grocery stores and restaurants are easy to get to from the resort. Our unit had everything we needed to prepare food when we wanted to. The unit itself was in good, not great condition and slightly dated, but the view was spectacular. The A/C, thankfully, worked really well to keep us cool! The beach is an absolute GEM, truly paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came here for Christmas vacation with my adult kids and their spouses. We enjoyed the view and the location to the beach. You cant get any better. We wouldve loved for the pool to be closer to the beach.The cons were the bedding was very outdated and needs to be replaced. Would've loved more bath towels as we only had 4. I had to run the dishes through the dishwasher as they had food on them. Furniture had some stains on them. I did speak to the manager about all of this. She apologized and they are working on fixing all this. Very spacious condo .

A bit disappointed

The condo had a wonderful view which we enjoyed each day. The property is in need of a face lift feeling very worn. The twin bed mattresses were extremely worn and hard on our adult children The kitchen was not great for cooking as supplies were limited and very disorganized there were 2 umbrellas in kit unit and both were broken. When we asked for another one at the office they did not have any and we're unresponsive with a solution. TV area was the bright spot, lots of room and a great TV.
