Profitez de votre temps à la plage dans cette unité de condo au 2e étage impeccable et bien entretenu. Deux chambres et 1 1/2 salles de bains. Maître a reine avec de haute qualité, confortable matelas Sealy. 2ème chambre a des lits jumeaux avec matelas Sealy. Cette unité est bien meublée et est un "bump out" unité avec vue directe sur l'océan de la chambre des maîtres et le pont. La plage est à quelques pas! Condo dispose de 3 téléviseurs à écran plat avec lecteurs DVD et un assortiment de DVD ainsi que le câble et WiFi gratuit! Cuisine bien fournie! Espace de stationnement assigné. Douche extérieure en marchant sur la plage. Grill et tables de pique-nique. Belle piscine! Pier et Boardwalk sont à distance de marche musée Fort Fisher et aquarium à quelques minutes!

April Visit from NY

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay in Carolina Beach. Convenient to everything, but quiet and family friendly. A super short walk to the beach made morning walks and beach time beyond easy! The condo was equipped with essentials, including chairs and sand toys! We could see and hear the ocean and the morning breeze and sunrise was wonderful. We visited in mid-April so the pool was not yet open, and the town wasn’t packed with tourists. Lori was easily accessible and responded to all inquires quickly. She was flexible and kind. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Little Getaway

We were able to enjoy our little getaway even though the weather was not ideal. The location was perfect and we had everything we needed to have a very lovely weekend at the beach.

Great place by the beach!

We had a lovely time staying in this adorable condo! It was clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and overall a great place. The kitchen was very well appointed and even had a Keurig, which we loved! It's about a 30-second walk to the beach and really could not have been more convenient. We come to Carolina Beach every summer and will definitely book Lori's place again!

Great place for a quick stay

My family & I went to Carolina beach for one last trip before school started and to give our west coast grandma an east coast beach experience. The second floor was preferred and the ocean view was perfect for coffee in the morning. We took our own linens because who wants to wake up extra early to complete multiple loads of laundry before having to check out at 10am? Lori was great at communicating and even had the code for us a little earlier than the checkin time. We are definitely interested in visiting again.

Great location

Loved the spot! Right on the beach. Condo was equipped decently. I did have to clean all the surfaces upon arrival. Also the air conditioner unit is beyond loud, which was frustrating trying to sleep. Aside from those two issues, it was a good stay.

We have stayed here several times over the years. This condo never disappoints. Always very clean and has all the amenities you would need. The owners communicate very well and respond quickly if needed. We had a wonderful week, thank you.

Convenient, clean and comfy condo with beautiful ocean views! The kids loved the pool and the beach access was steps away. Lori was wonderful and check in was smooth. We had an awesome week and hope to come back soon!

Birthday getaway

I stayed with a friend to celebrate my birthday in May. The place was perfect for the two of us: great access to the beach, and great views form the balcony! It's also conveniently located to some nice restaurants. I came home well rested and relaxed.

Excellent Communication

The owner was excellent at communicating. Unfortunately my daughter got sick the morning we left. Lori was so understanding and quick to try to accommodate us. Even offered for us to stay an extra night if need be.

Good but checkout time + coin laundry not goot

Loved the place, the location is perfect! Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony and super short walk to the beach. Loved the beach chairs and sand toys. It could use a little TLC (peeling paint a few places) but that did not bother us at all, we loved the place. The only complaint we had is the checkout time is 10am and there is a coin laundry. I didn't know it was coin so I had to go out 2 different times to acquire enough quarters. I was expected to wash all the towels and sheets and fold them dry in the apartment by 10am or pay $45 per load. 10am would not have been enough time. Thankfully, the owner was really kind and gave me a very late checkout, which I was grateful for and allowed us more time at the beach. Had I not had that, I would have been more disappointed/ stressed about getting everything done in time. They should definitely let you know about the do it yourself early coin laundry so people can bring coins/ book somewhere else if they don't want to do the laundry. Other VRBOs I've stayed in say "throw a load in when you leave and we will finish it," which I liked way better and makes a lot more sense for the checkout time.

Perfect for a family stay

The condo was absolutely perfect for our first vacation as a family of three! Plenty of beach toys and items to keep our 14 month entertained. The proximity to the beach was also ideal. Inside we had everything we needed and it was a great home away from home for the week. The hosts were very communicative and provided great recommendations for the area.

Both my husband and I are native to North Carolina and have always dreamed of having "a place at the beach". We're excited to offer our condo to you in hopes that you will enjoy the beach as much as we do! My husband is a realtor on the island and property manager. I love being retired and exploring the area! In our spare time, we love to cheer for our favorite collegiate and NFL teams and relax at the beach. My husband loves to rock out on the guitar and I love making custom cakes.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location, location, location!! This property is convenient to everything on Pleasure Island! If you can tear yourself from the beach, there are festivals, the boardwalk, stroll the pier, watch the boats in the harbor, go to the aquarium, ride the ferry to Southport, stroll around the lake all within minutes of the condo! This property is well maintained. The common areas are kept very clean. The pool is gorgeous! The laundry room is on the first floor.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Sunrises, dolphins, shrimp boats, surf fishing, ferry rides, historical sites, aquarium, award winning clam chowder all found on Pleasure Island. Condo is right in the middle of it all but still far enough away to get quiet. Literally steps to the beach.
