De nouveaux draperies personnalisées dans toute la villa, ainsi que de nouveaux tapis pour les lits et le salon !! En outre, de nouvelles chaises dans la salle à manger!

Notre toute nouvelle villa en bord de mer comprend 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, une cuisine entièrement équipée et du carrelage.

La cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux plats alll et pots en acier inoxydable et des casseroles, beaucoup d'ustensiles pour la cuisine et une machine à café Keurig, donc apportez vos dosettes de café.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, ainsi que d'une zone de causeuse pour se reposer et profiter d'un bon livre. Nous avons le choix entre plusieurs. La chambre est également équipée de deux grandes commodes. Il y a aussi une télévision 42 "à écran plat dans le Master.

La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits queen. Il y a une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD ainsi. Cette chambre dispose également de deux grandes commodes.

Les deux salles de bains disposent nouvelles armoires ainsi et comptoirs en granit.

Le salon dispose d'un téléviseur à écran plat de 50 pouces et le DVR pour enregistrer tous vos programmes préférés pendant que vous profiter de la plage. Salon dispose également d'une marque canapé nouvelle et causeuse.

Le balcon a une table haute-haut afin que vous puissiez profiter de ce point de vue !!!

Wonderful Experience!

What a beautiful condo! All aspects of this property are 5 stars. From the furnishings, design/decor, cleanliness, supplies in the kitchen, etc. There was no detail that was missed. It was like staying in a high end luxury resort. The property, pools and grounds are very well cared for and the location can not be beat. Our host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We can't say enough good things about this property and definitely plan to return!

This is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in at Villamare.

Besides the amazing decor and updates made to this condo, it is stocked so well with all you would ever need (kitchen amenities, hangers for clothes, and more). The view of the beach and pool is great. We have been to Villamare the past 12 years and this is by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in while in Hilton Head. I highly recommend staying here.

Just Wow!

This was our second time in Hilton Head and could not have been more impressed! The condo is everything and more, the pictures really don't do it justice! So well stocked, really just needed some food (not that I like to cook on vacation!) We would absolutely stay here again and again! Great host, easy to communicate with and answered all questions!

Absolutely Beautiful Condo with upscale everything!

This is the most well furnished and upgraded condo we have ever stayed in ! The beds and the furniture were very comfortable . The kitchen was stocked VERY WELL and not with cheap beach items you usually find in condo rentals . We were extremely impressed ! The outdoor furniture was in great shape and I could go on and on . I highly recommend this outstanding condo!

Perfect Location

Exactly as shown and described. Wake up to breakfast and ocean sunrise on either balcony - just what we wanted. Great location - walk to bike and kayak rentals, beach is down the elevator, past the pool - right there. Kroger close enough the bike to. A great place to relax or take in some activities. Very well equipped for anything you want - coffee makers, tea kettle, utensils - everything.

First Class Condo

This is one of the nicest condos I've stayed in at Hilton head. Everything was clean and upgraded. We found the 2nd bedroom bed to be softer so we wound up sleeping there instead of the master bedroom. Great shower and upgraded patio furniture was nice as well. I would definitely stay in this condo again and would recommend it!

Perfect set-up for 2 couples dividing the cost!

We loved that this unit had 2 master suites — each with a king bed and large private bathroom, and each bedroom had a balcony with ocean view! It was perfect for 2 couples splitting the cost! No one was stuck with a tiny bedroom at the front of the building, viewing the parking lot!! Both bedrooms were equally great!! Also the unit was extremely clean and decorated like a magazine cover!!

We loved this unit. The view from the kitchen is amazing. Making breakfast one morning, I spotted dolphins swimming in the ocean! The decor is is tasteful and updated. This place is very clean and well maintained. This may become the 1st unit I check for availability on our next trip out. The owners are attentive and wonderful to work with. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. The owners checked in on us periodically to make sure our stay was going well.

Fantastic condo, great location

We had never been to Hilton Head before, so had no idea where to stay/what we should be looking for. I’m so glad I happened on this listing on VRBO. The condo is gorgeous (we are looking at renovating our kitchen and my husband and I took notes from the kitchen in the condo!!). The kitchen may be better equipped than my own, lol, and the in unit washer and dryer meant we are going home with no dirty clothes. The view is phenomenal. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and loved watching the dolphins in the water. The pool and beach were great fun for the kids, as were the turtles in the pond. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Just a few minutes walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store and Hilton Head Outfitters for bikes. It’s location on the island is great - very central so quick drive to anywhere really! There’s a Kroger conveniently located at the entrance to Palmetto Dunes. We were able to bike to Putt Putt and Lowcountry Celebration Playground. This was a fantastic place to stay that gave us plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy family time. We aren’t even home yet, and my kids are already asking when we will return. Can’t recommend this condo enough!

Even better than we expected!

As a very picky traveler, it takes me so long to decide on a place to stay. I have been to Hilton Head and specifically Palmetto Dunes many times and this was easily the best place I have stayed to date. Villamare is so conveniently located; right on the beach and a very quick walk to the general stores,and the Dunes House restaurant, which we ate at almost every day for lunch so we didn’t have to leave the beach. Also, it is a quick drive to anywhere else on the island. The location really can’t be beat. We prefer the beach over pools but the pools are beautiful and well set up for lots of guests. Everything on the grounds are clean, beautifully kept, and remarkably quiet. As for the unit itself, it was absolutely stunning. The views are of course the highlight, but so are all the updates. I have never seen a kitchen in a vacation rental so well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the baths were large and beautifully remodeled. Most important to me was how clean it was. It was absolutely spotless. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to have a full length mirror some where. I notice a lot of vacation rentals neglect this and I’m not sure why. I’d easily forgo the mirror to stay here again, it was that wonderful. We are so grateful for our stay and hated to leave. Please have us back, Karen!

Our 30 th Anniversary

My husband and I have a special fondness for Hilton Head.We have been there many times and have stayed in hotels in Palmetto Dunes.Most recently, We have booked condo s for our stay.I had heard from friends how nice Villamare was. When I started to look for a date in October to stay over for our Anniversary , I had difficulty finding a place.I didn’t know October was such a popular month. I did find a few , but none really jumped out at me except .It was alittle pricey , but I wanted a nice condo with a water view and the amenities to celebrate this special occasion. This condo is exceptional! Very CLEAN.! Beautifully redone. Kitchen is top of the line..just beautiful! The bedrooms are tastefully done too with large closet areas outside of each bathroom. Loved the shower with the seat! The best part for us was sitting outside of one of the two balconies off the bedrooms having breakfast or a drink at night before dinner. The views of the pool and ocean were magnificent! We would even come home after dinner and sit out in the dark listening to the roar of the ocean. The owner Karen Huxhold was very easy to work with and would get back to you promptly if you had a question. There are nice thoughtful touches there. We were late getting in and didn’t have time to go to the store till the next morning. There were thoughtful touches there, large boxes of Kleenex in each bathroom. Even starter detergent if you needed to wash clothes. In fact there was every starter available in the kitchen! In the desks there were scissors, staplers, pens,etc. Very Well equipped! It was a pleasure to stay there! It is thoughtfully thought out.I highly recommend this condo! Diane &Bill Fagan

Great escape to paradise!

Beautifully renovated top floor unit overlooking the ocean, great location, just steps from the pool and beach. Property owner anticipated everything we would need and even threw in a couple of great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely come back!

The property was newly remodeled and is absolutely beautiful. Great view and quiet since on the top floor. Great kitchen and the unit was well stocked with most things you could need. Trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap at all sinks, paper towels, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Excellent Beachfront Condo

We were really happy to find this listing on VRBO. We were looking for an updated beachfront condo but I was a little concerned from looking at the pictures that we might be a little too far from the beach. That didn't end up being the case at all. We were able to sit on the balcony, enjoy the view and hear the ocean. The pictures look really nice but this condo looks even better in person, you will not be disappointed! You can tell a lot of thought was put into the renovation and decor of this unit. This property did not feel like a rental at all, it felt more like home. We stayed for 7 nights that overlapped with Labor Day and were surprised that we only ran into another group of people in the elevator one time. Even though the beach was a little busy, there was plenty of room at the pool and the property was quiet. One really important thing we figured out part way through our stay is the ice machine next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. It was great to fill up the cooler before heading to the beach. Overall this property was very well appointed, very clean, in a great location and just steps away from the beach. If you're looking for a quiet getaway to HHI, this condo is for you. The property owner (Karen) was also very easy to work with and checked in on us during our stay. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us! We hope to be back again next year!

Better than the pictures

This rental property is gorgeous. The design style is wonderful and the location is amazing. The views of the ocean from the unit were even better than we expected. The entire property is well kept and the unit itself was spotless. Our group all agreed this was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at! Fantastic location and upscale remodel

Perfect place for a small family or 2 couples to stay. Recently remodeled and feels like a hotel. Runnable/walkable location w/ easy beach and pool access. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Excellent Condo

The condo was excellent! You could see the beach from the balconies, and it was so nice to sit on the balcony and hear the ocean. We all agree that it was one of the best stocked kitchens and we wish that we could have that as our kitchen. We will definitely be looking up this condo again when we make a return trip to Hilton Head.

Great Place to stay

My friend and I had a lovely stay. Soo clean, EVERYTHING we needed. Unlike other places where you get tiny packets and one roll of toilet paper, this place was well stocked and they thought of everything. Renovation was spectacular, I am a interior designer so I was impressed. I don't say that about very many places I stay. Thank You for the stay. Highly recommended.

We are Karen and Gene Huxhold from Charlotte, NC. We bought our first villa in 1993 and our second in 1996. We bought our third villa in 2015. We strive to make our guests have the best experience they can on their vacation. Every detail has been taken care of and we are available if there is ever a need. We have great customers and our goal is to keep them coming back year after year.
