Ce condo au premier étage avec deux chambres, deux salles de bains peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes avec un lit king, un lit superposé queen et un canapé-lit queen. Wonderful Time

It was the perfect size for our family and the location was great for sitting outside and listing to the music while the kiddos slept. We couldn't figure out the hot water in the shower but other than that, it was wonderful!

Great place and area

The stay was for a wedding with lots of family staying all over the complex and it was perfect. My only issue was with the check-in process when we got there 20 min before check in and had to wait till the check-in time to get the process started. It does not give a very good impression to begin your stay.

Beautiful, fun, and EASY!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just as pictured! Very clean, cute, welcoming. My daughter was so excited about the bunk beds. The primary bedroom bed was fabulous. The perfect amount of space for our family of 4 plus a dog. We LOVED the location. It was perfect for all the fun activities but I could easily run back and put the baby down for bed and still enjoy hearing the live music from the front patio. (But it the noise never disturbed us inside). Great location for easily getting to the pizza and coffee places and all of Cinnamon shore is so walkable and convenient. We had the best time!

The condo was nice had several things wrong but who wants to call to get it fixed when you’re not there. My daughters condo was nice & there was nothing wrong with it. So I guess hit and miss.

Great time but some issues with AC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great sized condo for 2-6 that is well stocked and good location on 1st floor. Unfortunately we did have some trouble with the Ac, the kitchen/living room kept cool but the bedrooms were both quite hot at night so much you couldn't sleep well and the AC can't be set lower than 72 to prevent a freeze and you are told if it does freeze you are responsible for the cost so we didn't turn it any lower and suffered through the heat. Also the shower had a leak that you could hear, even tried a noise machine to help but still could hear the leak (the office did say they are working on the shower just needed a part!) but besides those issues it is a good place to stay, would just make sure these have been resolved before staying again!

Loved our time at Cinnamon Shores!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with small kids. The location was very central and close to all the action in Town Center. My only complaint is the dishwasher didn’t wash dishes very well and the washer was extremely loud when spinning and sounded like it was going to make the dryer fall over. Be cautious of that if you plan to wash clothes. Otherwise, everything was great and we would stay at this same condo again! Suggest you bring beach towels and maybe your own dish soap if that’s something you care about. They provide dish soap but it wasn’t great. Overall, we had an amazing stay and wish we could have stayed longer but we’ll have to save it for our next trip!

Summer vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean condo. Great location if you want to be in the mix of the social circle. However noisy on the weekends due to bands playing until 10 and if you have little kids it’s not good as there bedroom is facing the social circle. You get 2 parking spots which is great for your car and golf cart however on Saturday night a car parked in our spot that was not staying at CS. Overall if you are staying around the social circle expect business. You can also hear the guests in the condo above. Beach was clean and great as usual!Lastly, the pools were not refreshing— it’s been a really hot summer so understandable but given the heat it would be nice to cool the pools or provide more shad over the pools. We love cinnamon shore but just wouldn’t stay in a condo again given the noise factor.

My son's favorite place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 3104. We appreciated the proximity to the movie nights and Lisabella's. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen. Two spacious bathrooms.A couple of drawbacks--it was so bright with outside lights in the master BR--maybe some curtains would help? Also, a few beach towels to leave on site would've been nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at our stay. The property is beautiful and the amenities are perfect. Easily the best place I’ve stayed at in Port A. We will return. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a personal matter and the staff went above and beyond to save me a return trip the next day to return a golf cart and even mailed us some items we left in our room in the rush to leave. Customer service by Amanda and Megan was amazing!!

Reviewer Comments: The property was okay, but did not live up to the pics and had a number of minor maintenance items that were not taken care of (leaky faucet, no blinds on the back door that led to the main square, stained linens, very dirty/missing grout in showers, etc.). The general condition and cleanliness of the bathrooms also left a lot to be desired. The furniture layout and arrangement in all the rooms was very well done and practical, but the items above made the property less than stellar which is unfortunate.

Would definitely recommend Cinnamon Shores again, great for families!

Check in was slow, check in stated 4:00 but didn’t get in until 5:00. Condo was great, only issue I had was that I don’t think the bathroom floors had been cleaned well. Overall, condo is in great location to experience the onsite events! Thank you

Great Condo and Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this location and the condo was really cute! I will start off by saying, I will stay in this condo again. There are some things that are easily fixable. One of the blinds to the double doors to the patio was not able to to be lowered. We called maintenance and they came right away. They took the blind to try to fix it, and when he brought it back he said that he wasn't able to fix it.He said had to get approval from the owner to get a new one, but he would make sure he would figure something out to get the privacy we wanted. He never came back, but the blind ended working relatively speaking. But there was no follow-up.Hopefully, that blind is fixed by now.The bunk bed was also super squeaky and wobbly anytime someone changed positions. However, we never felt safety was compromised, it was just really annoying. I would also suggest getting a couch a bit more comfortable. We also had to remove the smaller rugs because they were a slipping hazard with two small kids around. Overall, the condo was comfortable, clean, had plenty of bath towels and games in the cabinet, and kitchenware. Cinnamon Shore is SO family friendly and accomodating! We will be coming back and will hopefully stay in this condo!

A few maintenance issues

We overall had a wonderful time in cinnamon shores. However we had some bad luck with this particular place. First off, it was literally freezing outside and the heat didn’t seem to reach the front bedroom where our 1.5 year old was sleeping. He woke up around midnight (due to a wedding in the town commons area right across the street). When I went in there, he was freezing in his crib. So we ended up having to move his crib to the bathroom where there was heat. So be prepared for the front bedroom to either be hot or cold depending on the season. The noises from the entertainment in the town square can definitely be heard in the front bedroom as well. The dishwasher in the unit also wasn’t working. A maintenance person came while we were out and wasn’t able to fix it and ended up leaving a mess of water all over the kitchen for us to clean up. Totally understand that maintenance issues happen. But what would have been nice was some k-cups to go with the keurig machine. After a sleepless first night, we were desperate for coffee and a bit shocked that there wasn’t any in the unit.

Another Fantastic Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once again, we had a wonderful vacation in the perfect location. Our stay was in fantastic Port A weather, and we had a huge section of the beach to ourselves. Our condo owners had done a great job of stocking the condo. Clean and beautifully decorated, it had everything but wine bottle stoppers ( we bought our own). The Cinnamon Shores staff is always cheerful, efficient, and accommodating. They make it all easy. Early November is an opportune time for a stay: students are in school, and most folks are tied to a job. Our rental of a golf cart made the beach even more accessible and allowed exploration of the Cinnamon Shores community and the beach. As usual, we indulged in the great food at Lisabella’s, Snoopy’s, and Tortuga’s Saltwater Grill. That’s one of the reasons to make a November trip to Port A. My wife discovered the “Mermaid Water” drink at Tortuga’s and became a big fan.A fantastic getaway, after our last year’s 50th Anniversary stay. We highly recommend Cinnamon Shores. We will return for multiple small or long vacations.
