Hunts Florida Villa est une villa magnifiquement située dans une sous-division appelée Slivercreek. Notre villa est située à environ 15 minutes de l'entrée principale de Disney et est proche de toutes les attractions principales. Il est entièrement meublé et équipé avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin d'avoir des vacances fantastiques en Floride.

La villa a un total de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Comprenant:

· Une chambre de maître avec une salle de bains

· Une chambre double avec une salle de bains

· Deux chambres à deux lits (garçons / filles)

· Une chambre à coucher complète

· Une salle de bains familiale.

Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'un T. V écran plat

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Y compris les appareils de base:

· Réfrigérateur, avec un distributeur d'eau et de la glace

· Micro onde

· Cuisinière / Four

· Lave-vaisselle

· Kettle

· Grille-pain

· Machine à café

· Unité d'élimination des déchets

Dans la cuisine il y a une table à manger 4 places, avec un petit bar 2 places. Il y a aussi une grande table à manger 6 places situé dans le plan ouvert salle à manger / salon.

Le garage a été transformé en une salle de jeux. La salle de jeux a une table de billard, panier de basket shoot et une table de football. La machine à laver et sèche-linge sont également situés dans le garage.

La villa dispose de sa propre piscine extérieure fermée privée et un spa. Avec un coin salon extérieur, y compris des chaises longues. Le pont de la piscine a été récemment élargi, donc il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre au soleil.

La maison a été récemment mis à jour et remis à neuf avec des meubles modernes. Tels que des canapés en cuir et d'une télévision à écran plat. Les deux chambres doubles ont été décorées de couleurs vives comme amusantes chambres d'enfants.

La villa dispose également des supermarchés et des stations d'essence à proximité, y compris Wal-Mart, Publix et un 7 onze.

En face de la villa est une aire de jeux pour les enfants publics, qui comprend un cadre d'escalade avec toboggan et balançoires pour les enfants à jouer.

Great spaces for everyone to have quiet downtime alone and for the whole family to gather together. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing wrong with the property is that it does not actually have a hot tub. The water was colder than the pool. In the guide book they offer it says you can pay extra for someone to come out and heat it with a solar cover but it would only last 24 hrs and it was for the hot tub and pool. Also why would I want to pay more for what is already supposed to be an amenity. We didn't want the pool to be warm just the hot tub and Ive never heard of a hot tub only able to be hot for 24 hrs. The jets work just no hot water its like a jacuzzi but no warm water, doesn't make sense. Honestly I probably would have went somewhere else if I had known this.

Left early due to cockroaches

Though the host quickly responded to concerns, didn’t feel comfortable from the time we arrived. Felt that the place wasn’t nearly as clean as it should be. Air vents caked in dust, mold in the grout in shower, pool dirty….then the cockroaches! I know bugs happen, but I just cant deal with the creepy crawly’s where I sleep! The host did have the pest control guy come to the house, but seeing them everywhere, I just couldn’t deal. The cockroaches continued to come out. We ended up leaving 4 nights early and stayed at a hotel instead. Lots of rooms for large groups, which is good. Neighborhood felt safe and was nice.

Quiet area

The location was great. We were able to go to Disney but then leave for a quieter atmosphere. Very convenient to Walmart and restaurants. Outside of a little extra dusting, home accomated all of our needs.Due to rain we were able to use the pool but kids had the game room and plenty of channels to keep them entertained.

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for our trip. 3 of our days were spent at the parks so we didnt get to utilize the pools as much as we wanted. We did use the game room and pool for our last few days and it was pefect. The house was clean and as expected. Neil was great with communication and answered questions I had quickly.

Great location with tons of room for whole family

Amazing host who went above and beyond. Home offered plenty of room for us to spread out. Family loved the game room. It was an amazing bonus. It’s a little bit of drive to get to Universal Studios but we knew this when we booked. There is excellent access to get anything you may need. There is Walmart, Walgreens, tons of restaurants and even an urgent care and a free standing emergency room within 5min of the house. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area! Thank you!

Disappointed for the 1st time with VRBO

Bugs bugs bugs Dusty furniture and base surfaces Limited towels, wash clothes No kitchen seasoning (I know this is not required but has been in all other bookings) Outside area daunting and just not inviting to be outside Poor quality—game room —air hockey table just fell —absolutely DISAPPOINTED!!!

The home is exactly as listed. Neil was communicative when we needed. Only thing was not being able to turn the thermostat down past 72. We are not used to the humidity and definitely felt uncomfortable at times. But the ceiling fans did help!

Great House, Exactly as Listed

Everything was wonderful; all amenities were as listed. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. There was enough room for everyone as far as sleeping arrangements and eating together. There were enough plates/mugs/utensils for everyone. There is even a Keurig coffeemaker! The host replied to questions and requests within minutes. We were missing dishwasher detergent and he brought that over within an hour of me messaging him. He also brought extra trash bags and heated the pool at no charge. If we ever travel to Orlando area with such a large group again, I'd be happy to stay at this property. The only thing is, it is very far from Universal Studios (about 40 minutes without traffic).

All the comforts of home

The listing is accurate... everything we needed was there. Beds were comfy and neighbors were nice. Location was perfect! Owner was easy to talk with prior to our stay as well as during our stay!

The house is located in a decent neighborhood. Took about 30 min to get to Disney and 45 to universal. Some items like the basketball hoop were in disrepair. Overall, it was a good stay.

I would like to start with "Kindness and Constructive criticism can go a long way. These reviews are

First, I do feel the home was lovely. The location was convenient. The price was not bad at all. I do also feel however the following things could have made the experience better. A few remotes did not have batteries and others had only one. The refrigerator was not getting cold. The pool jacuzzi would not turn on. There were small roaches roaming around, as a previous reviewer indicates. We were not comfortable with the temperature the AC was locked on, which was adjusted a couple of times. The owner did address these issues in a timely matter. I do feel however, some of these issues could have been taken care of prior to our arrival into the home and not at the time when we are trying to get settled. Owner did address most issues, as we contacted him. We did feel that at times he was not focused on the "main" issue at hand. For example, when it was brought to his attention that the internet was not functioning. His attention seemed to be focused on the amount of people that were in the home at the time the internet went out. These things are not related. He then indicated that there was an outage in the area, which appeared to be only at the home we were in. I would have not wished to have contacted the owner the number of times that we did. In the future, I would say focusing on the main things and making improvements on preparing for the quest arrival would allow communication to flow better. Not very clean

The property is as advertised and has good amenities. However I had major issues with cleanliness and bugs. There were tons of roaches of all ages especially in the kitchen on countertops in dishwasher, everywhere. After notifying the property owner pest control was promptly sent to spray but it was a little to late as the roaches has been here for a while and were thriving. The rugs and floors were in need of cleaning. Due to this I did not feel comfortable during my stay.

Great stay for our needs! Owner very responsive to any questions and helpful with our needs to arrive early and helped with the rental of a grill. Easy keyless entry, home was neat and clean upon arrival. Kids enjoyed the pool and game room often

Just as described

This was a perfect home for our family to stay in for our trip to DisneyWorld! It is spacious & was very well laid out for the needs of our group. I really appreciated that it looked just like the online pictures. We had a couple of questions during the week and the owner/manager was extremely prompt to address anything we asked. We would certainly stay here again.

Vous êtes reçu par owner/property manager

I moved to Florida along with my wife and 2 children 5years ago. I am a property manager within the Davenport / Clermont area and have a fair knowledge of the area now. I also rent wooden Cribs, highchairs and pack n plays.
we also arrange food packs at a price for rental properties that we manage.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property has been updated and modernized since we first bought it and have tiled it throughout and put in Granite worktops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
This year we are updating the shower in the 2nd ensuite master bathroom to keep in line with all the up to date things the property should have.
We put TVs in all bedrooms and also added a games room which is in the garage.
there is a Nintendo WII and a PlayStation to keep the kids happy.
