605W is a beautifully decorated one bedroom/two bathroom condo with all of the conveniences of home. Walk out onto the balcony and listen to the peaceful waves. Relax and watch the dolphins play in the mornings while you sip on your coffee, then fall in love with the sunsets in the evenings.

Your kids will love playing in the on-site waterpark! Just past the pool lies 400 feet of gorgeous white sandy beach and emerald sea.

About Splash Beach Resort
Splash is the perfect spot for families who want to get away from it all, spoil themselves with a bit of pampering, and spend real quality time together. As the property name promises, there is a splash for everyone here! The swimming pool and jacuzzi are located right next to the main kids' play area where you'll find water slides and an enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds. There is a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river, and a poolside Bar & Grill with tables and a reasonably priced menu.

High Speed Internet access is available in many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories, and surf shop. A mini grocery store, coffee and ice cream shop located onsite mean Splash guests have access to just about everything that they may need on their vacation and may not leave until ready to check out.

Loved it

My friend and I came with our 3 little ones and we had such a great time. Very good and prompt communication, the condo was updated and clean. It was a little chilly so having a heated pool and hot tub was perfect! Will definitely be booking again!

Great aparment for a vacation

I spent the last week of August 24 with my wife in this apartment. I highly recommend this place because it has very good service. In addition, the price includes beach service. We really like the Splash resort, we have been coming here every vacation since 2012. I hope that the next vacation will also be spent in this apartment because it is great. I highly recommend it

Great getaway for a family of young kids!

Had a wonderful time at this location! The owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with things. We loved the view of from the place and the kids loved the bunkbeds. The room was next to the elevator which i was concerned with noise but it wasn't a problem at all. My only major complaint was the elevators are slow and the carts sometimes arent put back right away so checking in and out can be difficult but definitely had some help with the owner which made it easier if we werent aware of the problem. I recommended packing extra stuff for use of the appliance, they supply with about 2 loads of laundry and dish washer use, and small little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. About a day or two worth. The property has some tricky things to know, like the lazy river had floats but isnt clear which ones are guests and the facility's. So go earlier and they are easier to tell. The second is, once you check in in your room, go to the beach stand and check in for your beach chairs. They are assigned! So you have to come and hope for the first row, you do have the option to move up or closer each day as people check out but we werent lucky. Overall, would stay again!

The best spot in all of PCB

We absolutely loved our stay at Splash in Amanda's 6th floor condo. It felt like our home away from home. Some of our favorites about this condo, besides the obvious (adorable condo right on the coast!!): parking on site, beach chairs and umbrella, unit close to elevators for ease with young kids, laundry in unit to come home with clean clothes, fully stocked kitchen, cozy beds and soft bathroom towels, plenty of patio furniture on balcony, games in sideboard for when the weather didn't cooperate, and Amanda! She was so wonderful to communicate with and really wanted us to feel at home. We can't wait to be back in the future. Side note: If you like donuts and DELICIOUS breakfast sandwiches, check out Thomas donuts just down the road from the condo!!!

"Family-Friendly Stay by the Beach: A Perfect Getaway"

During my stay at this accommodation with my family, we found it to be ideal for families with children. Its proximity to the beach was very convenient, and the provision of chair service added to our enjoyment. We also appreciated the pool and spa facilities. The check-in process was seamless, and all necessary kitchen utensils and cutlery were provided. Overall, everything we needed was available. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Stayed for a family getaway

The owner is so easy and great to work with and she communicates wonderfully! It's close to the elevator, easy access to everything on front beach rd, and far enough away from the trash chute to not smell it from the room! We have 4 kids, and this was the perfect place! Condo was clean, and had anything we needed to use! We will def be using them again next time around! Wonderful stay all around!

Beautiful and relaxing long weekend

This is a great condo. Everything is provided and all the bedding and towels are great. The check in could not be easier and Amanda is wonderful and very responsive. Having the blue chairs on the beach as part is epic. I will be back.

Great spot

Great spot, clean. Beach area is beautiful but fairly busy and you have to get there early to get a spot. Lots of kids due to the water park which is on the West side. Only complaint is parking which is across the street and you have to walk through a walkover tube.

Great family location

The condo was in a fabulous location right on the beach with a beautiful balcony view. My kids loved the splash pad area. The condo was very clean and just as pictured. Such a nice perk to have beach chairs included! Amanda was a wonderful host and was in communication with me weeks before the trip as well as the day of check-in. You’ll read about long elevator waits, and yes, that happens. We would take the stairs when possible or just tried to avoid peak elevator times. My only complaint is for the resort itself not having ramp access to the beach- only stairs. Yes, it was inconvenient for us and others with beach wagons, but also concerned me for physically handicapped guests. Wish they could change that. We would absolutely stay here again- and for longer!

PCB vacations

The condo is everything advertised. Its in a perfect location near restaurants, and shopping centers. The balcony view was picture perfect, and very relaxing sitting on it. The kids loved option of having two pools, and splash pad. Then having beach within few feet away was perfect. The only negative as stated by previous comments the slow elevators. The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, it's pretty worn out. However, we had plenty of room for our family of 5.

Property was as advertised. The property mgr was great to work with. Any questions or correspondence was answered quickly and with results if needed. She was able to get us in before the 4p check in time. The unit we stayed in was well kept, clean and just like in the pics on line. Would definitely recommend.

Great family place

We had such a great time. The room was amazing, and the owners were so good to us. We only left the resort for dinner, and was completely lazy the rest of the time but the resort had everything we needed. The kids loved it. The only downfall like any condo is the elevators, but that isn’t something you can avoid at the beach in the summer.

We live in Plano, Texas and I'm a stay home mom with a special needs son. After having our son, we decided to buy a couple of condos in Florida for me to manage and be home with our son. We love traveling to the beach and PCB has become our favorite beach to visit. We have two updated beachfront condos at Splash! This is an amazing resort with so many things to do.
