Bénéficiant d'une partie spacieuse et paisible, cette maison de vacances de Waihi comprend une pièce à vivre décloisonnée et confortablement aménagée qui s'étend jusqu'au pont. Détendez-vous et profitez de l'atmosphère détendue des vacances, avec le barbecue à portée de main pour des étés idéaux de kiwi ...
Les chambres 1 et 2 s’ouvrent chacune sur le pont de cet hébergement de Waihi - la chambre 1 est dotée d’un lit queen-size et la chambre 2, d’un lit double. La troisième chambre comprend un lit superposé simple et un lit simple. Un canapé-lit dans le salon est également à votre disposition.
C'est une excellente installation pour les couples et les familles, avec beaucoup d'espace pour jouer à des jeux sur la pelouse ou simplement se détendre sur le pont! Vous êtes à distance de marche de la plage, avec la douche extérieure à portée de main après des jours dans le sable et le surf. Great spot

Great little spot. Location was good and the house had everything we needed. Has a fully fenced backyard so it was a pity pets weren’t allowed. Otherwise great.

Short and easy walk to the beach.

Short and easy walk to the beach. Short drive to shops, places to eat. Confusing finding the bach as not clearly marked from the roadside. Noisy neighbours with their loud music. Comprehensive and strict list of rules re cleaning, parking and general use of the bach. Felt anxious re using the bach. TV is a small screen tube which was challenging when watching the news and trying to read captions as part of the picture is cut off. Bach was comfortable. Thank you.

Property is great.

Property is great.Lovely place to stay only minor bad points is it took us a while to find it as its hidden down a driveway behind another house and they had a large bike in one of the rooms which we had to move around all the time.

The location and outlay of the property were really good.

The location and outlay of the property were really good. Although it was little things like no batteries in the remote and a can opener that didnt work that was disappointing, it really doesnt cost much for these things and they should be replaced. They also advertised they had sky tv yet the only channels we could get were 1, 2 and prime! The fridge also leaked! For the amount of money you pay it really wasnt worth it.

Hi Natasha sorry to hear about your issues. We have taken these on board and there is now a supply of batteries at the house. I also recently replaced the can opener. Sometimes it is hard to replace things when you are not aware that they are broken! We have a sky box in order to get reception, but advise people to bring their card with them in order to access sky channels. We have not noticed any leaks in the fridge so not sure what happened there. We do hope you will return.

Great location close walk to the beach. Tucked away down a right of way - which means it is surrounded by properties, however is still private. Good space for our family of 5. Good lawn space out front for playing for kids.

The location of the property was great, and good for our children.

The location of the property was great, and good for our children. Unfortunately we had to clean before we felt comfortable in the house. Dirty dishes in cupboards, water on the floor from the fridge and the floors were sticky if in bare feet. Cobwebs in some areas and lots of dust in the bedrooms. The duvet in the main room also needed to be washed. It was a shame as the actual house itself was really lovely and perfect for a family with little kids.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. The house is always checked before people arrive by the Bachcare managers so I am surprised to hear that it was not clean. I understand that the bachcare manager rectified these issues for you?

Property was really comfortable.

Property was really comfortable. Restful, quiet. A lot of dog poo on lawn so we couldn't sit outside (we have no dog). Cleaning charge was excessive (there could not have been two hours worth of cleaning after being there 3 days). Admin charge ($50) as well was not notified until payment was due, which was waived after asking. Left a sour taste after a lovely short break in this nice holiday home. Only there 3 nights. Would have liked to stay longer..especially to offset excessive charges.

Sorry to hear of your experience with the agent. Have feed back to them about admin charge which should not have occurred and cleaning. Also found a repellent for the neighbours cat so no more issues there.

Great house

Great house. We had an awesome 12 days at Waihi Beach. The house was perfect for us with everything we needed and was a great location, 5mins to the beach and easy walking to cafes and the shops. We would definately book it again and recommend to others!

Perfect bach for our family.

Perfect bach for our family. Was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a happy few days away. Great location, and whilst it was a good 5 or so minute walk to the beach, it was an enjoyable walk through the streets. We loved every aspect of the bach, and are already planning another visit.

We appreciate the efforts of the owner in contacting us and assuring us that the party next door was an unusual occurrence and unlikey to happen again. The owner seems a nice lady, genuinely concerned for the poor quality of our nights sleep. I have no reason not to believe her assurances that noise is not a problem usually, this was in fact reiterated by the agent in charge of the house. In this case I would consider renting the bach again for it's cleanliness and "newness".

The bach was just lovely

The bach was just lovely. It had absolutely everything that we needed and more. It was tidy, modern and new. If we were to be extra picky we found it a little dusty but all it would need is a good dust and clean under the beds. The location was perfect, close to cafe and beach and walking distance to the RSA. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your bach we hope we can visit again sometime.

Lovely new bach with everything we needed

Lovely new bach with everything we needed. Loved having a dishwasher while on holiday! Our whole stay was very relaxing, the bach is on a quiet street and the big deck and flat section were great for the kids. We found the location excellent, with a nice easy walk to the beach or to the hot pipi cafe for brunch or coffee. We're definitely keen to stay here again.
