Not what Was Expected

Several maintenance issues.....VERY EXPENSIVE ON-SITE PARKING.....which we were told was included. A RCI time share property.....think twice before booking. The only plus is that our unit was unique but definitely not worth the price.

Hello! First off, I want to thank you for allowing me to service your vacation needs. Please allow me to address your concerns. This is a brand new resort no more than a year old and I will address any maintenance issues you had with the resort staff. Secondly, it clearly states in the listing the following when it comes to parking, "Parking is available at the on-site garage for $30 per night with in and out privileges. Vehicles must clear 7 ft. in order to park in the garage."; therefore, I do not know where you were informed that parking is free or included because is is clearly published in the listing. In addition, this is a Wyndham property, managed by Wyndham staff. Please do not let this experience be your lasting perception of the property. Again, I apologize for your experience and the resort not meeting your expectations; however, this is a brand new 5-Star resort and I will try to address all your concerns with the resort staff. Thank you.

Early 75th birthday celebration

The property was beautiful. The space was so much larger than in the photos. Everything was so clean and it was such a comfortable space. There were three of us, me, my daughter and son and we all were very impressed with this property.

Great Stay!

We loved the room, it was super nice, with plenty of room for the four us. We also enjoyed the view of downtown. We were able to walk to many locations, which was very convenient.

Wyndham Resort

Great 2bdrm, 2bath condo with balcony was a fabulous location. Close to everything. This was a business and vacation trip. Niece with us visiting UT, and enjoying everything Austin has to offer. The only thing that we did note was pillows were not that comfortable, but it was very minor thing. Water pressure for showers was very weak and we expected this due to a large resort; something we’ve encountered at other resorts we’ve stayed in. All in all we loved this place, the location, the views from our balcony, etc. We’d definitely stay/book here again.

Good Location for Walkers

Great location and very nice accommodation. we like walking the city a few miles at a time. This works for music, LBJ Library, Capitol. Didn’t care for time-share pitch at checkin.

Remodel of reception area was a bit inconvenient. Sales people for cost shares were like a pack of vultures every time you walked by, wanting to give free tour. Very clean, room was spacious.

Girls Weekend

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham! The staff was fantastic and the concierge was so helpful. The place was clean and we loved the contemporary decor. We had plenty of space for the five of us to hang out. The rooftop pool was an awesome bonus and we used it each day to cool off in between checking out the sites of Austin. The owner, Michael, was available through the messaging system to answer questions and point us in the right direction. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place. Great price. Great location.

Really was great. I would however improve the elevator situation and one of the property people said the parking was included but it was not. Otherwise good spot. Also had to call to “fix” the a/c. My guess is that they leave it blowing low to say money until you call about it.

Parking was $30 per day- . On arrival the TV and dishwasher weren't working. The TV was fixed promptly. Only noticed dishwasher wasn’t working the last day, and reported that. We declined the pitch to see the building and units. If we had we would have received free parking or a $150 gift card. Staff was friendly

Awesome views and Spacious Condo for our Family of 5

Michael was kind enough to upgrade us from the normal 2 bedroom condo to the presidential 2 bedroom on the 21st floor. The views were spectacular, decor was very nice with a vintage touch and a record player. My oldest daughter and wife can't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the condo and how much fun they had in Austin. The condo location is very convenient to downtown and the Capitol. The staff were all very friendly. Our TVs weren't working when we got there but my son called maintenance the next day and they got it working right away. Would highly recommend the Wyndham Austin.
