Terrific House

The house was better than advertised. Great location. Wonderful spot for a large family gathering or 4-5 couples. Common areas were great, and bedrooms were very comfortable. The hosts were terrific. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous house

We were very impressed with the accommodations. All the rooms had bathrooms which our party appreciated, the pool was beautiful, and the host was great. There was no cell service and the WiFi wasnt great, but that didn’t bother us because we were there to relax and disconnect. Overall we’d love to go back to Palm Desert and stay there!

Sorry about the WiFi. I pay for the very fastest that is offered. And there is a home phone there just in case the cells don’t work. I’ve added boosters through the house now.. I’m so happy you had a good time.. please come back soon :).

Solid property, good location.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Property manager communicated well. The location was great for us as its close to golf, close to the market and not off the beaten path. House layout was nice and functional and we were satisfied overall. The backyard was a little messy when we arrived. Umbrella tops on the ground, leaves and debris on the floor and in the pool and dusty patio furniture but it may have been the wind, who knows. Also, golfers and their stray balls can come close so if this bothers you beware. Few times the golfers were right outside the backyard fence looking for their balls and we had small children. We never used the bbq outside or the spa or the audio so can’t comment on those but they were all available and we loved the pool basketball hoop.

Thank you for the review.. yeah the wind comes up super fast at night. Sometimes there is nothing we can do. We also pay for the pool guy to come 2 times a week and if the guest needs it cleaned again we always arrange it. Sand storms crush the desert homes.. thx again..

Amazing Home and Stay!

From booking to check-out, the experience at this property was flawless! The owner was tremendous! So communicative and accommodating from the start. It put me at total ease that I had chosen the right property. The manager was wonderful, as well. He showed us every detail and amenity the house had to offer, which was endless. The home was stocked with supplies! Everything you might need in a kitchen: paper towels, cleaning supplies, spices, condiments, pots, pans, platters, any type of cooking utensil, spices, etc.. Same in the bathrooms: shampoo, toiletries, plenty of towels. The home itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, comfy beds and linens. I can’t think of one thing amiss. The living room literally “opens up” to a beautiful resort-like pool and patio with fully retractable glass doors. We were able to enjoy ourselves with some music and games without worrying too much about an overly-restrictive neighborhood. The pictures do not give this listing the justice it derserves in terms of how big and beautiful it is. Location was perfect. Near golfing, restaurants, shopping, and Ralph’s about 2 minutes away for groceries. We were all sad to leave. I hope we can come back soon. Thank you for sharing your amazing home!

I don’t recommend this property

We did not enjoy our stay at this property. The very first day the owner called and texted me nonstop. He has cameras all over the house and calls for everything you do- it was a windy day so we turned on the fire pit by the pool, in 5 minutes the owner calls asking why did we turned on the fire pit, later the day the police knocked the door asking if we are renting here and for how long, while I am talking to the police the owner calls me saying to lie to the police and tell him I am friends with property owner(unacceptable), most likely he has no permission to rent the property.we never had any loud music and didn’t bother any of neighbors (the police confirmed that) My grandpa goes out to take a walk and again the owner calls me to say he can’t go out to walk on a public walkway...it was lot of stress overall, he didn’t let us enjoy the weekend. The house is nice and clean but the property owner gave us lotttt of stress. I rented many homes with VRBO but this was my worst experience. Don’t rent this house unless you want the owner to call you and text you every 5 minutes. And I am not sure about privacy in this property since he has cameras all over and definitely sitting and watching at what you do.

First off. The cameras are there to protect you. I have gas protection on the fire place to let me know when it’s on. It was weird that it was on at 1pm in the afternoon , 80 degrees outside.. so I called him to ask why.. If you read the reviews from other guests this has never happened.. the neighbor called us because an old man was walking back and forth from our drive way to the neighbors driveway for over an hour. None stop. It made the neighbors uncomfortable.. 2nd off. They were allowed to have 10 guests and they showed up w 19 people.. this is why the city got called on them. 3rd of all. Palm desert had changed the rules on rentals w our zoning but I did not want to cancel there vacation last minute so I went ahead and allowed them to rent the place knowing I could be fined. My stress levels were through the roof w the 8 cars and 19 guests inside my home for 3 days. Do not rent to this group ever again. Unless you want a party of 20 filling up your home playing middle eastern music all night making all your neighbors upset..

thanksgiving get away

The house was perfect for a family of 7 to get away for a week. Nice pool and yard. Any tech issues that may have come up we’re easily addressed with the owner who we had complete communication with and we’re resolved ASAP. Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone!

Family reunion

Terrific home for several families and many people under one roof. The common areas; ie kitchen and 2 family rooms, allowed for the early risers or the late-nighters to not disturb those sleeping. Every room has a full bathroom and there is also a powder room off the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were nice but a bit small for large groups. 4-5 adults can fit in the hot tub at a time. Kitchen has Kerig coffee machine. We had to buy butter and olive oil. Ralphs is very close and I used Ralphs’ InstaCart pre-order and had the groceries delivered - easy! The owners were sweet to leave us coffee pods. water and a nice welcome note. We will definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars for location & neighborhood is because 5 stars would’ve been a gated community and this wasn’t.

Thx you for the amazing review. We have done lots of remodeling since your stay. The non gated community is actually a bug plus. Due to the HOA requirements, most desert communities are against Short term rentals.. our location will allow you to rent for years to come :)
