The main house listed here is 3 bdrm/2 ba and is 1175 sq ft. This home has been completely remodeled and everything inside is brand new, from the furniture to the appliances to the kitchen & bathroom fixtures. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve for a small or large group. There is a studio apartment directly attached to the main house that can be rented at an additional cost. The studio will provide 2 more beds (1 queen bed, 1 full size sofa bed), another small kitchen, an extra bathroom and an extra washer/dryer.

We allow up to 8 guests MAX in the main house alone. If renting both the main house AND studio, we can host up to 11 guests with no extra charges. Inquire for more information. Extra guest fees may apply if trying to sleep more than 8 guests in the main house or more than 11 guests total between both properties.

There is ample parking that is free and safe in both our driveway and on the street in front of the home. The Folsom police department is located at the end of our street so you will often seen patrol cars up and down our street. However, the police station is still far enough away that you won't hear constant sirens.

We are centrally located in Folsom right off of Bidwell Street which is a main thoroughfare in the city. Everything is conveniently located!!!
