Le coin salon-cuisine à l'étage est ouvert et ensoleillé. Doté de canapés confortables Tv et Dvd cuisine bien équipée avec cuisine électrique, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle.
Il y a un système de chauffage et de refroidissement split dans la zone à l'étage.
Il y a 3 chambres dans cette propriété avec la chambre principale ayant une salle de bain. La 2ème salle de bain est en bas ainsi que la buanderie avec machine à laver fer et planche à repasser.
Le jardin est entièrement clôturé et aménagé simplement.
