Maison de ville confortable et pratique à un pùté de maisons de la plage et à proximité d'autres attractions. 2BR / 2BA avec 1 BR et BA avec douche en bas, et salon principal, salle à manger, BA, BR principal, buanderie et balcon à l'étage. De nombreuses améliorations récentes, y compris une nouvelle cuisine et des appareils électroménagers, de nouveaux tapis, des téléviseurs à écran plat. WiFi haut débit. Pratiquement tout ce dont vous aurez besoin dans la cuisine, les chaises de plage, la glaciÚre et bien plus encore. Apportez simplement vos serviettes de plage et votre crÚme solaire!

Perfect for our purposes!

This unit was perfect for what we needed--a place for extra family to stay that was convenient to where we were celebrating a 90th birthday! Easy access, close to the beach, very functional. Great communication too.

Extremely disappointing.

The property was described as modern. However, the inside space was dark and very "unbeachlike". Although it had new kitchen appliances, the small living room was overstuffed with heavy "frumpy" furniture. There was no dining area except a small table that sat 4 after moving it away from wall. The "second bedroom", which was entry level, had no door and no privacy. The steps to the main level and the slider to the patio were in that room. All the windows had to be propped up with sticks. The bed in the main bedroom was old and extremely uncomfortable and the sheets did not fit properly. The patio furniture was unappealing and the patio was fully shaded and covered in leaves. The upstairs balcony was very small and overlooked a busy street. If you are looking for a light, modern, sunny beach rental with outdoor space, this would not be a good choice.

Would Rent Again

This is a great location, centrally located on Anna Maria. You can walk to Holmes Beach, Publix, and many restaurants. The apartment was well equipped with comfortable furniture , beach chairs,, king size bed, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything your own kitchen has. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely condo close to beach.

Bruce responded quickly to emails, and it was a pleasure to rent from him and Sharon. The condo is well-appointed, and it was a pleasure to spend most of February there. Proximity to the beautiful Gulf beaches is a bonus. We look forward to staying again next year.

Great experience!

The property owners were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. The location is perfect! You are a 3 min walk to the beach, Publix is right across the street, and there is a trolley stop right at the corner. Accommodations were great!

Lovely townhouse at the beach

This property was exactly what we needed. The owners made sure that the check-in process was flawless. It was a very easy walk of just over one block to a beautiful beach, and the owners graciously provided beach chairs, new umbrella (which we did not use), and small cooler backpacks that were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the little water spicket just outside the door so that we could rinse the sand off our feet without tracking it inside. The owners also sent us a list of restaurants and additional beach access with parking. We followed many of those recommendations, and they were spot-on. A supermarket and pharmacy are about two blocks away which made it convenient to obtain food, beverages, sunblock, etc. I highly recommend this property.

Anniversary Celebration

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary on Anna Maria Island and made the best decision to go with this home. This place was perfectly located to everything and you can tell the owners decorated and care for it with love...we had the time of our lives and will definitely be back!

Great place, perfect location!

We loved everything about this vacation rental! The owner was wonderful to work with, he got back to me very quickly whenever I had a question. The unit worked out great for us, a bedroom and bathroom on each level. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The location was perfect! It was right across the street from CVS and the grocery store. The beach was right down the street. Strongly recommend this property!

Our vacation property was absolutely ideal for walking to the beach, gift stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was clean. Nice King size bed. Nice layout. Easy parking. It was an ideal place to stay while vacationing on the island.

Both my wife and I grew up in New Jersey and live there now (when we're not in Florida). Graduated from Colorado State University. We love the beach, fishing and golf -- just some of the reasons we love Anna Maria Island.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We had been going to Anna Maria for several years and loved it so much we decided to buy there. Been to many beaches throughout the world and the beach here is by far among the best. Great fishing, great restaurants, numerous golf courses and plenty of things to do.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Quiet residential neighborhood. We love sitting on the balcony for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Love walking to the beach in the evening to catch the amazing sunsets.
