À propos de cet hébergement

Inspiré par la chanson, cet endroit est aussi proche du ciel que nous l’avons trouvé. Entouré de bois luxuriants, vous vous sentirez en harmonie avec la nature dès votre arrivée sur le perron. Une terrasse avec table et chaises vous attend à l’extérieur.

Lorsque vous entrez, vous êtes accueillis par un mur de fenêtres qui capturent la beauté des grands arbres matures sur la colline. Une grande cheminée en pierre avec des bûches à gaz confortables se trouve dans le coin du salon et une cuisine entièrement équipée est à l’autre bout. Regardez votre émission préférée sur une télévision à écran plat ou plongez au cœur de la nature dans le bain à remous situé sur le pont extérieur avec vue sur les magnifiques bois de la maison.

L'étage principal comprend également une chambre lit king-size avec une salle de bain privée (bain à remous et douche) et une télévision à écran plat avec câble. Si vous avez quelqu'un qui ne peut pas monter les marches, vous pouvez entrer dans la maison et à l'étage principal sans prendre aucun escalier.

Se sentir compétitif? Tentez votre chance à un jeu de billard sur la table dans le grenier au-dessus du salon et laissez les enfants se détendre dans leur propre espace.

En bas, vous trouverez une deuxième chambre avec un lit King, une salle de bain privée (baignoire / douche), un bain à remous et une télévision à écran plat avec télévision par câble et une terrasse privée.

Mountain retreat

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in the mountains. Our cabin was very nice, clean and comfortable. Loved waking up to the great views, will use these folks again.

Awesome chalet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third visit with Mountain Laurel Chalets but our first stay at Sanctuary Song and it was fabulous! We brought another couple with us who had not visited the area and they loved the area and the chalet. The view is great - we spent so many hours sipping drinks on the deck and enjoying the view and solitude. The chalet is very clean but the deck is in need of a power washing and staining. We saw bears every day and love observing them on our trips. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this cabin. Everything was so clean and decorated well. We had bears visit almost every single day. So be prepared to see bears. As with any stay in the mountains the hills can be pretty steep to drive up to if you aren’t used to mountain roads. You will definitely need a 4 wheel drive in the winter months. The cabin was not too close to any other cabin so we felt we had our privacy. The only thing that needs to be updated is the deck. It really needs to be sanded and repainted. Also a swing chair outside would be awesome. During our first night we realized our blender was broken. We called and they brought a new one the next morning. The man who brought it was very kind and knowledgeable about the area as well.

The guest book needs updated. Most information and flyers are over 10 years old. Bees are living in the outside wall on the deck. Only 2 batteries worked for the three TV remotes. And remotes were in the wrong rooms. But, this was a nice place, and I would recommend to family and friends.

Awesome Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome experience at the Sanctuary Song Cabin... the drive is slightly steep but is doable in any vehicle! I do not know what the previous reviews are saying about the cabin having no view as we had an incredible view of the Sunrise and mountains every morning (it looks like maybe the trees that were blocking the view at one point were cut down- in any case, AMAZING view!!). The Hot Tub was an added bonus we were able to enjoy. Highly recommended cabin to stay at with your family.

Christmas Week in Gatlinburg

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hill to get to the chalet was very steep, but hey we have a Jeep! Our daughter and son-in-law’s car was more like the “Little Engine that Could” in getting up there. Loved the Christmas decorations- simplistic but inviting, loved the openness of the cabin and fireplace, loved the huge downstairs bedroom suite and the other bedroom was also a nice suite, enjoyed the pool table, didn’t use the hot tub. We brought much of our own specialty cooking stuff (crock pot, Ninja Foodie Grill, etc), but it has the basics of what you need. We stopped at the grocery store before check in, as it saved time.. The office is convenient and very accommodating.

Rustic cabin with gorgeous mountain view

Relaxing interiors w beautiful furnishings and super large master suite. Wonderful views, specially at sunrise and sunset. We are seniors and enjoyed relaxing, reading and painting, but we also joined the kids for some hiking, tram rides, shopping and the Christmas Arts and Crafts show. We saw bears, raccoons and a large buck. The drive up the mountain is challenging, but the serenity and views up top are worth it. The cabin is handicap accessible and we were greeted with a Christmas tree and beautiful fire place.

Good Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at Sanctuary Song for 7 nights in October of 2021.The home was very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of room to park. I drive a full size pickup and had room to turn it around in the driveway. The roads to the house are narrow with a lot of curves. that`s to be expected when you drive on the side of a mountain. We had bears and even a coyote in the driveway. Nothing to be afraid of just view the wildlife from inside. One bear with cubs tried to get in the truck, make sure to keep your doors locked at all times. The Mtn. Laurel staff were very helpful and answered any questions that I had. The only complaint I have is that the hot tub needs updated. There were some jets that didn`t work, and the lights in the tub didn`t work, not a deal breaker for me it is still usable. I highly recommend Mtn Laurel Chalets and Sanctuary Song to anyone planning a stay in Gatlinburg. Give these good people a try I`m pretty sure you will not be disappointed.

Great weekend getaway

Spent 4 days in Gatlinburg and was a great time. Cabin interior was very nice and had great decorations that matches the area. Only negative aspects were no hand soap anywhere and had to use bar soap we bought at the mountain store. Hot tub was nice but outdated, burned out lights, broken cup holders, and not all jets worked... views were awesome and the road up was very interesting (steep and curved) Highlight of the trip was the two sets of bears we seen walk right past the driveway!!! Awesome! Driveway needs some additional gravel/rocks to raise up to the street. I have a full size pickup and still scrapped the underbody pulling out/in. I feel a car would probably get stuck on the lip to the road.

Sanctuary stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in clean and in decent condition, but there was some maintenance that could have been done prior to our arrival. There were multiple lights and a ceiling fan that we could not get to work. There was a panel on the bathroom door, which I assume was covering a hole. The hot tub cover was breaking down. We could not get jacuzzi tubs to work, and we would have appreciated having a drain board when hand washing dishes. The info book also was outdated with info from over 10 years ago. Great location for getting away from it all.

Perfect cabin for privacy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and everything worked as it should. The hot tub was clean just wouldn’t turn off completely. (After turning off it would turn back on low/not a big deal) Pool table was nice. (Little close to the walls but totally fine for friendly games) The roads are a little tight to navigate in and out of the mountain which was expected. We also had bears stop in every evening to visit. We had a overall great experience and look forward to returning in the future for another stay.

A quick trip

Very private. We enjoyed the bears coming down to try and eat dinner with us. The road up/down is not for the faintest of hearts. Make sure your breaks are new. The home itself was very nice and cozy. We loved the split levels and separate bedrooms/bathrooms. There isn’t a view of the mountains so if you’re looking for one this isn’t the place for you but it’s super secluded from neighbors which we liked.
