Le confort des clients est assuré par une climatisation entièrement gainée dans tous les espaces de vie et des chambres avec unité de climatisation séparée pour la salle de jeux, ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond.

Great property for Families!

We enjoyed our stay at Fig Tree villa...so close to the Theme parks it made it a perfect stay for my Family. The villa had all we needed already there & a great entertainment area with BBQ to have friends & family over..Excellant place to stay in the hinterland of the Gold coast..Our Family loved...thank you & we will be back...

Excellent location, 5*, fantastic facilities, beautiful surrounding areas. All the modern conveniences. Plus a bath :-) This villa is a little home away from home paradise. Highly recommended.

19 of us and it did not feel over crowded!

Massive house that was perfect for our large group of family. Kids LOVED the games room, location was great for the theme parks, Coles, and close to the M1. The house has everything you could think of or need. Got a bit tired of driving to Sufers and Pac Fair but no major. And The neighbours dogs were very annoying barking all hours of the morning but I'm happy to report that they were moving out. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend to others.

Thank you Kerry, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at the Anaheim Entertainer Deluxe. It is a great property for larger families and super close to Theme Parks. A 20 min Drive to Surfers and Pacific Fair, however Robina Town Centre is only 12 min. With the New Coomera Town Centre being complete by 2018, all the shopping and entertainment needs will only be across the highway 3 min drive - can't wait!! We are so pleased the tenants next door and their dogs are moving. I am sure it was due to a combined effort of neighbours complaints plus council that have forced the issue. "Thumbs up"!! Great Family Stay

Hi My family (Mum, Dad, 2 kids, 4 and 6) stayed at Figtree Villa over the Christmas break. We really enjoyed the home, it is in a quiet suburb and feels like a home away from home. The house was in good condition, well appointed with a front and back yard. Most importantly, all the air conditioners worked. It is located close to the major shopping centers (5 minutes drive), petrol station (Shell, 2 minutes drive) and the major theme parks (15 minutes drive). Our lasting memory is of the family sitting outside, having breakfast with birds and parrots chirping away. Majestic. We would definitely stay at Figtree Villa again. From my family, I would like to thank Keri and John for their hospitality and for providing a holiday home that was exactly what we were looking for.

Falsely advertised, run down house with cockroaches

Pros: large house. Close to everything. Colour scheme was light and made it relaxing. Not cluttered yet styled nicely, felt like a home. Cons: The pool table was broken. The balls fell on the ground as the bottom was broken, the felt was ripped up and 1 cue stick was already broken. The aircon was not working in some of the rooms which meant we could only use them to store our luggage. We texted Keri for assistance and were ignored. Received a phone call from John the next day to say they needed a part which would cost him thousands but he would try his best. Not sure what that was. There were cockroaches all over the property, especially in the kitchen which meant we could not leave any food out and washed everything before using. There was only 2 toilets in the house. One had no lock on the door which meant we could not use it. The ensuite advertised is not an ensuite. It’s a 2 way shower, bath & sink without a toilet. A tradesman for the house antenna was also sent to the house without much notice which felt very invasive yet nobody fixed the aircon. Keri accused us of having extra guests. She said that the day beds were all used. I advised that this was because the aircon in the room was not working. Departure checklist was to clean the house for next guests. Yet we were charged a cleaning fee. I would not recommend staying here until everything is fixed and exterminators fix cockroach problem.

In reply to this review, we would like to advise that Fay admits to extra guest, also snapping the Three pool ques. We were unaware of any insect problem until now. Pest control is done regularly and I will be contacting out pest company to re do. In regards to the Aircon, Fay is incorrect regarding her statement, as it has now be fixed, which did not cost thousand, as she claimed. This is a large home for families and we did not charge Fay for her extra guests due to her issues, just replacement of the broken ques. Some families are a tough crowed.

Great place needs some attention

Place fitted us well. Disappointed to find items not functioning correctly. Ie games table pool table & games room a/c. Whilst this wasn’t major for us as the weather was great had it been wet it would of been different. Also a spare gas bottle for the bbq would help. To run out on our second bbq was annoying. Thankfully we could finish the cooking in the oven. All in all we would stay again.

Hello Dave, thank you for your feed back. We do wish you had of let us know regarding the Gas bottle, we would have replaced it immediately. We normally to have a second one there, and unfortunately it was removed unknowingly. Apologies. Great property with welcoming and flexible owners.

Great holiday house

Had a weeks holiday here with multi generational family celebrating birthdays. Everything you could want is here. Initially concerned over the narrow street but nil problems parking off road. House is like the Tardis, goes on & on! Great set up for little kids especially. No need to bring porta cots, buggies, linen or plastic plates etc. All very good condition. Pantry items especially coffee pods made a great start until we could get to shops. All attractions so close by as well as shops. Very clean presentation & free wifi a bonus? Had a minor issue with the hot water which was quickly remedied by property manager. Will stay here again

It is great being so close to the theme parks (quick pop home for lunch). We always try to ensure all ages are catered for, we are so pleased we were able to do this with your family. Thank you for your consideration in relation to the hot water usage, with larger groups it can always be a little challenge with any home and particularly in winter when those extra bit longer showers are enjoyable. :-) We do look forward to you staying again, and wish to extent our thanks for looking after the home during your stay, it is always appreciated. Great property

House was spacious & close to major attractions & shopping. There were 7 of us. Property can sleep 16 people but our concern is having enough hot water.....we were only able to have morning showers due to cloud coming over and the solar hot water system was not sufficient.

Thank you Renae for your review, We are so pleased you had a great time. Unfortunately, with having longer showering, the Solar hot water heating (including a booster) is hard to manage. We do advise in all of our properties to be considerate in the water usage during your stay. Fantastic Family Home

We had fun time with our family and friends, this house is fully equipped and amenities provided are great, an extra entertainment room added some extra fun in our stay!

Perfect

Although we rented it for the workers mainly the kids and i had an excellent time at the hoise when we stayed. So close to all the theme parks and shopping. We will be back

Great, clean , comfortable

Great place clean, comfortable beds ,owners were helpful start to finish everything we could ask for our family holiday will be back again

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful time in during our stay in this property. It is big, clean and accessible to the freeway and to all the theme park. Definitely will recommend this property.
