Bender was helpful when there were issues with a large group of drunk adults with kids who were constantly running and screaming at all hours of the day and night. Aside from this group being a thorn in the side of most of the guests the whole week we had a great experience.

Our kids loved the heated pool and short walk to the beach.Our condo kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and we loved all of the games and beach reads that were available! My one complaint is that the living room furniture was a little worn and older. The couches had several stains and pilling. We ended up putting blankets over the cushions to make them more comfy.

Plenty of places to dine out or a fully functional kitchen with everything you need to dine in. All you have to do is just bring the food. There was always a spot to park both our car under the building and our butts on the beach! Friendly people, from property management to the neighbors. We booked 12C again, on our last day there, for next year!
