Great for a softball team!

We booked 8 condos for the USSSA National Championship. The property was small enough to allow the families to be together and for our kids to be safe. Parking was so easy and no long waits for elevators. We enjoyed our stay!

Reviewer Comments: We love the Sandpiper but the men working on the deck totally Wrecked our week.Noises all day long...tools left out on the deck with young kids walking around them.Babies trying to sleep with workers right outside our door.We realize repairs must be done on the property.....but during the busy spring break weeks????? We were very upset.

Sandpiper is a wonderful, family-friendly property, and unit 10A has just undergone a lovely renovation. With Sandpiper's popularity, it's very difficult to find a time of year that it's not booked. We never enjoy discommoding our guests, but property management and upkeep necessitate building-wide projects at times. We certainly appreciate your faithful patronage through the years and look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 4 days at Sandpiper 10A. It was clean and had everything we needed for our mini-vacation. We brought along 2 little kids that also enjoyed their stay. The staff at Bender was very friendly and helpful throughout our booking and during our vacation. My only suggestion would be to have a recycling service. We are used to separating our trash and recyclables at home, and at the end of our stay, we were disappointed that there was no place to put our box full of recyclable material. We had a wonderful time on our first visit to Gulf Shores! Thank you!-Emily K

UNHEATED POOL!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at the Sandpiper over 20 times. This year was very disappointing as the pool was not heated. The pool used to be filled with children having a good time and the 2 weeks we were there the pool was empty. I would have gone to another place if I would have known that the advertised amenities were not available. My son and grandchildren were planning to go swimming on their spring break. My friends know that this is my spring break destination but unsure about future stays.

Sandpiper is certainly a repeat-worthy property, and we appreciate your family's patronage over the years. We regret that the pool heater did not work for the first half of your stay and are thankful that a new one was able to be installed for the second half of your visit. We hope that you will return to Sandpiper next year and that we can assist you in booking your vacation.
