"Cette magnifique unité de coin à l'étage supérieur n'aura jamais envie de partir! Les vues qui s'étendent de Island Royale 906 sont apparemment infinies. Ce grand condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain est impeccablement décoré et a été récemment mis à jour. Les cuisines entièrement approvisionnées tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour être à l'aise pendant vos vacances. Cette unité peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes avec son lit king dans la suite principale, un lit king dans une chambre d'hôtes et un lit double dans le deuxième espace invité. Il y a même un canapé-lit dans le salon pour un peu plus d'espace. Il y a 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, 2 lecteurs DVD et WiFi pour rester connecté et divertir! Pour couronner le tout, vous aurez votre propre laveuse et sécheuse en interne pour votre commodité.

Island Royale est une propriété en bord de mer qui permet d'accéder facilement à la côte du golfe de sable blanc tous les jours. Les autres équipements que cette propriété comprend sont une baignade dans la piscine intérieure / extérieure, un bain à remous, un sauna, un hammam, une salle d'exercice donnant sur la plage et des barbecues. Il y a une promenade pratique qui mène directement à la plage et est équipée de douches pour votre retour! La propriété dispose d'un parking couvert et de deux ascenseurs facilitant le déplacement dans le bâtiment. This condo far exceeded our expectations, the kitchen had every pot, pan and dish needed. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. And those views from the balcony are gorgeous at sunrise and at sunset.

This property was one of the best condos I've ever stayed at. It was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view of the beach was beautiful and Ms Julie from Bender was a sweetheart. I will most definitely be renting this property again.

1st time at Island Royale

We enjoyed our time at Island Royale. Being right on the beach was super!! We were afraid this would be a noisy place, but we never knew there was even more condos above us, beside us and under us. Having 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms was awesome.

Great place with a great view

The unit was very clean, nice appliances, very comfortable beds and had a great view! I’ve stayed at island royale a couple of years ago and they have really updated the building since then. New paint, added a kiddie pool, updated the elevators! Highly recommend this condominium and this unit!

Excellent location and beautiful place. Wish the pool would’ve been heated. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towel as you get one roll of each. Bring your own condiments for the kitchen including basics like salt and pepper. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back.

Dreamy week on the beach!

Our stay here was amazing. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. There was plenty of space for lounging, playing games, enjoying the balcony, and making meals. It was very family friendly, no loud or rowdy guests, even with the music festival going on during the end of our stay. Even the beach out front was less congested than others along the stretch. May is my favorite time to visit the Gulf. Perfect balance of water quality and temps.

We called at 3:00pm for the door access code and we were told the condo wasn't clean - at 4:00 we call back to discover it had been clean all along and we were waiting in the heat. We would not have gotten access then if we didn't insist on them contacting housekeeping to confirm. The location and the property were GREAT! We would definitely recommend.

We got in there was dust everywhere. A spilled drink on the couch and behind iit. I feel like the $155 is a little expensive, considering it looked awful when we came into it. Overall i gave it 3/5. Great office staff and Lovely location. Housekeeping staff fell short.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in IR 906. It is a great place to stay. We plan on coming back in 2916. Bender realty is so easy to work with and everyone is very nice and helpful. We actually rent 806 too and love them both. Our only negative in 906 is the owners need to look into some new living room furniture. The couch and chairs have seen better days. The bedrooms are great. The cleaning staff needs to clean under the furniture,too. Dust was very thick under the couch and beds. None of this took away from our stay. We love Island Royale. It is so close to all the fun and right on the beach. Can't wait for next year!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once Bender made our stay right we were satisfied. Not their fault, but house cleaning lady did not get to our Condo till 5! Our ck in was 5. The place was rushed through and not really cleaned! We were there and was tired from our drive & sat on the balcony while she cleaned & 2 others came to help her. It was a lick n a promise to say the least! We went to Walmart & bought cleansers and cleaned & disinfected ourselves. Their cleaners were not even disinfecting cleansers. You could tell the dust on baseboards with hair was definitely a long time buildup. We were returned the cleaning fee. We probably will not rent from that Condo again, only one elevator worked and the corner we were in was very dark and stinky. For the price we paid for 7 nights..... most definitely I will in the future, stay in a cleaner place. Bender realty tried to make it right though. Oh also no blankets or comforters are washed or cleaned per stay! We bought our own blankets at Walmart & we stripped the sheets & rewashed them ourselves! Not really what you call a true Vacation if you have to clean on arrival! Not one mirror in the Condo in the bathrooms had been cleaned & was full of toothpaste n gunk!
