Cinco Brisas est un complexe de 5 maisons de ville / condos situé à l'ouest d'Orange Beach. Le rez-de-chaussée et les terrasses ont été rénovés ainsi que de nouveaux meubles dans le salon. Cette unité a un lit King en bas avec une salle de bain complète; 2 chambres (une avec lits jumeaux et une avec un roi) et 2 salles de bains sont à l'étage. Grande salle de bain principale avec douche de plain-pied pleine grandeur. Le condo est situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Vous pouvez littéralement faire quelques pas dans les escaliers et vous êtes dans le sable. Pas d'ascenseur à monter! C'est une propriété unique à Orange Beach. La propriété est située à environ 1 1/2 miles à l'ouest de la route 161. Tous les nouveaux planchers dans toute l'unité. Nouvelles Smart TV dans la grande salle et les chambres.

We had such a great family vacation in this beautiful townhouse. Location was perfect, it was so nice to walk right out on the beach. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room!

Property is perfect for proximity to the beach.

Problems with cleanliness; lack of response to water leak; first call/txt sent on 4-15-25. Finallly resolved on 4-26-25 after sending another message stating the entire piping under the kitchen sink had completely blown. Property has a wonderful location. If you are able to clean the place from previous guest and hope there are no issues, then I would recommend.

Great time for whole family

The view from house was amazing. The kids loved being able go right out back to the beach. Weather was great people were friendly. The owener was having ac issues with our unit but had us taken care of before we even got there with extra ac units for or stay. It was perfect temp in our unit thats to them. Great stay cant wait to do it again

Relax, Unwind and Connect

This property suited our needs to perfection. The beach access and location is amazing. We were welcomed by the Blue Angels just minutes after we walked in. Well timed! Many restaurants nearby accommodate any palate. We also ventured out a bit...one day New Orleans and the next, Destin. Lastly, but most importantly the owners support the military. Thank you!!

Great place. Right on the beach.

You cannot beat this place. The condo is modern, clean and well equipped. It is right on the beach. Walk right out the back door and steps to the water. There is a nice back deck with nice furniture and a beautiful view of the gulf. The condo is on a dead end street so there is very little traffic and parking is right outside your door. We will stay here again and again.

Great beach spot

We enjoyed our stay this May & June. Beds were very comfortable and I was pleased to see a larger washer and dryer than shown in pictures. The freezer needed to be cleaned/wiped but other than that, it was clean. Couldn’t get the living room or 1 bedroom tv to work but wasn’t a big deal. Master bath/shower really needs to be renovated but I was very happy to see all the carpet was replaced with hard floors. We really enjoyed our time here and suggested it to friends.

10 out of 10!

This rental was PERFECT for our family! We were in town for a dance competition that was taking place at the Wharf, which was a quick 15 minute drive. Grocery stores, Wal-Mart, and an array of restaurants to choose from were super accessible. We enjoyed coffee from Bad-Ass Coffee and had a fun night at LuLu's. We spent a good amount of time at the rental, when not at dance, due to it being directly on the beach. Rather than having to pack a cooler and load everyone up with "all the beach things", we were able to go in and out of the rental from the beach whenever we needed. This was a big bonus as going in to use the restroom, fix lunch, or grab a snack was quick and easy, unlike staying in a multi-floor complex. The beds were extremely comfortable, everything we needed for cooking was in the kitchen, and everything was very clean. We will be coming back!!!!!

Best Location on Orange Beach! Beautiful Beach!

Our stay could not have been better. If you’re traveling to the beach with kids, this is the only way to stay. No elevators. No lugging beach equipment miles through the sand. I cannot say it enough how awesome it is to be right on the beach. The condo literally sits on the beach and it only takes about 2 minutes to walk from the patio to the water. And the beach was never overcrowded. The condo was perfect for my wife and two boys, as well as my parents. There was more than enough room for 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to make meals. Sitting on the patio in the morning and evening was a family favorite. The condo is located so close to multiple grocery stores and markets, as well as fun activities for both adults and children. We walked the quick 3 minutes to Souvenir City multiple times for t-shirts, sunglasses, beach toys, and other items. Our host communicated very well and made sure the unit was ready for us at check-in. This will be the only place we will stay the next time we return to Orange Beach.

Great location

This place is located right on a private beach and it is amazing to walk off the back steps onto the beach every morning!! The pictures are a bit deceiving there’s only two king beds and two double beds and a roll out couch that was not mentioned in the add. The kitchen and dining area is very cramped and you must move the couch in order to sit at the table. However we did not spend that much time in the home as we were on the beach most of the time, so it was well worth it. It would’ve been nice for them to provide a few extra items for a better stay which would’ve included a laundry basket and beach items such as chairs and boogie boards etc. You are able to rent chairs and umbrellas next-door on the public beach and they will put them on the private beach for you if you ask first thing in the morning. The deck does get extremely hot during the day which is understandable so I caution you to wear shoes to the beach or at least put them at the bottom of the stairs. Extra towels and trash bags would’ve been nice as well, but overall our stay was extremely pleasant and I would definitely go back and just be better prepared with these missing items. The location of this place is also conveniently located down the street from a very small Walmart market and a Publix, but the lines are very long and it is extremely busy in both places. Overall we loved our time and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Our favorite Beach Place

We have stayed here several times and will keep doing so. The place is right on the beach, at the end of quiet dead end street. No traffic. Its nicely renovated. Always very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and all the furniture and beds are very comfortable. Its a great casual place away from the crowds where you can make great meals and spend all week without leaving the unit. The owner communication is always great.

Great Private Getaway

This property was awesome to us. We didn’t want to stay in a big condominium and fight all the people. We loved being able to drive right up to the door and walk in. The walk to the beach was right off the porch and the 100 yards from the water. No obstructed view from the porches. Highly recommend this if you do t wanna fight the crowd.

Fabulous, family-friendly condo right on the sand

This was our first trip to this part of the gulf. Our family of seven (including 4 adult kids and a grandma) needed space to spread out and gather in the evenings, and we did not want to be in a highrise. This house was perfect for our needs in every way! We loved being able to step right out on the sand. The deck furniture was not only plentiful, but extremely comfortable. The interior is every bit as nice as in the photos. Well-kept and the beds were very comfy. We have stayed in dozens of rental homes and this may have been the best-equipped kitchen we've had -- good knives! -- we cooked at home most nights. Christy was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I hightly recommend this property, and would definitely book again for our group.

Wonderful Condo

Ron & Christy were great hosts of this lovely condo. It was well stocked with all the necessary items for a great start to our vacation. The condo was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the deck with table and chairs as well as the short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks for everything Ron & Christy!
