Bienvenue dans l'unité 402 des Caraïbes située au 1057 West Beach Boulevard! Ce condo à une chambre à coucher, une salle de bains et demi est les animaux domestiques (un petit chien autorisé, frais supplémentaires requis) peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec les lits superposés de couloir supplémentaires et un canapé-lit dans le salon. L'unité dispose de deux téléviseurs et WiFi pour vos besoins de divertissement. Une cuisine complète et une laveuse et une sécheuse donnent les aménagements basiques mais réconfortants de la maison. Le complexe des Caraïbes est idéalement situé pour découvrir les merveilleux restaurants et boutiques de Gulf Shores, ainsi que pour sa proximité avec de superbes options de loisirs!

Great location and view!

Building is clean and easily accessible. Bender Realty staff kept us informed and we had no surprises during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

Relaxation Station

Enjoyed the property for the most. Having an elevator, the luggage carts, washer dryer, the balcony, the unit for the most part and of course the view. But, their were dishes in the dish washer, the floor needs a good cleaning, single ply toilet paper, like a cheap hotel and one trash bag. One tv remote without batteries and another showing low batteries. We liked it and would try it again.

The location and view from this condo truly are terrific. Deep cleans, during which floors are steam cleaned, are conducted every fall, after the busy spring and summer seasons; we regret the housekeeping issues you experienced during your stay. Condos are supplied with an initial set up of toilet paper and trash bags, as noted in all correspondence to guests; enough to get through the first day of your stay. We loved the easy access to the pool and being steps from the beach. our family was able to sit on balcony and enjoy the view. Got the job done

We aren’t picky as far as where we stay when we go to the beach since we don’t spend too much time in the room. We have stayed at high end condos like Phoenix West and it is always really nice but very expensive. We wanted to save money this time and found this condo on a last minute search. It is not the nicest place but got the job done. It had all the essentials and our kids never knew the difference between here and a nicer place. we enjoyed the easy beach access and the outdoor pool.

Couch and Bed need to be replaced

Disgusting

First of all the floor was very dirty. The realty co sent someone to mop the floor. It did help some. The bedding, sheets, dust ruffle on the bed, sleeper sofa mattress and the sofa itself were stained and was not very clean. So were some of the towels. The sofa sleeper was disgustingly dirty with what appeared to be dried candy pieces under the mattress plus the sofa mattress itself had urine stains all over it. There was a layer of dust and sand on the nightstands and bedroom furniture. Granted this is a pet friendly older condo but it needs a thorough cleaning. Will not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not know that the pool would be unavailable until a week before we arrived or that the hotel was being painted. The painting caused parking difficulty. There were not even enough spots in the overflow to accommodate everyone staying at the resort. The condo really needs a broom and dustpan! The floors were sandy the whole time and the vacuum was inadequate to remove all of the sand on the tile floors. Bender is always a pleasure to work with besides the broom we understand the other maintenance was necessary.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was just okay. It could use a fresh coat of paint, some minor fixes and a good cleaning. Some of the furniture was a little worn. The coffee table was wobbly and I was afraid to put anything on it, or it would break. I’m pretty sure there was king sized sheets on a queen sized bed, I could not find the remote for the bedroom tv to watch at night. Fortunately we did not come fo stay in the room all day, the location was great. I’d use the rental company again, just pick a different property.

For the amount of the cleaning fee it was disappointing to find hair in our sheets and the comforter on the bed which was a darker teal underneath and floral on top had actually big white bodily stain marks on them so the comforter was not washed between stays . It showed the kitchen table having placemats along with the balcony table having things and none of which were able to be found . That’s not a huge deal it just didn’t appear how it was presented in the photos . Over all the location was perfect ! The privacy was nice . Parking was a bit silly if we didn’t find a spot we had to park across the street but not to much to complain about . If they could get the cleanliness down it would have been better. Also couldn’t take the stairs because the smell of urine was so strong trying to get to the 4th floor was almost unbearable. Beautiful views though !

Beachfront unit.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was updated with fresh colors and furniture. We go to the grocery and eat in during our vacation. The teflon coating on the pots and pans was scratched and unsafe for use. There was no functioning can opener. The tile floor seemed sandy upon our arrival, it should have been wet mopped. The drapes at the sliding glass door did not fit the opening and let light in. On our last day some people showed up at the pool with a big dog which proceeded to bark at everyone coming into the pool area. The hall bunks were not safe for kids as no rail was provided for the top bunk and the bottom bunk was too close to the top.

Caribbean 402 has had some nice updates, and with the beautiful view from the balcony and numerous amenities, it's a lovely place to vacation in Gulf Shores. I appreciated the messages from Bender keeping us updated. It was an easy, pleasant experience. I did have an issue with the fact there was only one garbage can liner for the small kitchen garbage can. The first thing I noticed about the unit was the stained rug in front of the kitchen sink. I was disappointed your company would allow that. It did not give me a very good first impression of the overall cleanliness.Also, i am not sue if there are maintenance staff for the hallways. We were greeted by a pile of dog food outside our door. I ennded up sweeping it away, but our unit did not havecazdust pan so the pile was still there when we left On the positive side, being right on the Gulf is the best. We enjoyed the outdoor space very much.

Great Little Condo

Reviewer Comments: First let me say, this is the first time I and my husband have stayed here and I love this condo building because it only has 32 total units. We have been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for 25+ years and I enjoy a low-density condo building. Plus it is pet friendly and I had to have my 9lb Yorkie with us! The condo was adequate for me and my husband. We are used to newer and larger condos, but again, it was just us. I prefer king-size beds, this has a queen- which it clearly states they provide a queen size in this condo, my bad for not checking. There was no ice maker, but ice trays were provided. There is no drawer in the kitchen cabinets at all. Silverware sat out on the countertop. And there were only 4 dinner knives. The steak knives and some of the other utensils were rusty. I tried cleaning them off but to no avail. I just used ones that were not rusty. The washer and dryer looked like it was new and they worked great! Beach service /chairs and umbrellas are available on the beach. Not many chairs around the pool, but at times we were the only ones there. We stayed here before Memorial day, so the condo building wasn't fully booked. The parking lot is small, but I noticed there is a lot across the street. If the building is full of guests, I can imagine many guests would have to park across the street. We were there for 11 days and the elevator went down 3 times. All three times it seemed like the elevator was repaired within 2 hours or less. And one time it was on a Sunday, so great emergency service! If you can't walk up the stairs, be aware. There is only 1 elevator in the building. Most likely I will stay in this building again, but I may try and get a lower floor (just in case of elevator issues). Bender Realty was awesome to work with. I will certainly use them again to book a vacation stay!

Wonderful beachfront condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable condo with good decor and of course the view is what makes it above average! Clean unit as described with current pictures, well maintained, did not have any pet odors. Great communication with the Bender staff. Always completely satisified with Bender Realty and the Caribbean complex. We have stayed in this low density condo in multiple units over the last 20 years and always have a great stay. No issues ever. This is one of the few condos that allows dogs, so be aware there will be lots of dogs! We did bring our dog and he loved the balcony! We like to shop at Rouse's for groceries and love all the local restaurants and fresh gulf seafood.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My favorite relaxing time was on the balcony watching the Dolphins, I loved listening to the Ocean so peaceful. Favorite place to eat was Lulu,s. Being able to bring my small poodle with us meant so much. I will definitely stay here again going through Bender V R . I will also make sure it has a King size bed, which was my fault for not asking.
