Bienvenue dans cette magnifique maison toute neuve dotée de salles de jeux, de salles thématiques et de spas! Tellement amusant! Chaque chambre est spécialement conçue et décorée. Nous n'utilisons que des matériaux de haute qualité, tels que des serviettes de bain de luxe et des matelas adaptés aux hôtels. Nous avons passé des mois d'efforts pour rendre cette maison aussi parfaite que possible pour nos invités. Cette maison répond à une variété d’intérêts et convient aux personnes de différents âges. Il est idéal pour les générations, les grandes réunions de famille et les événements spéciaux. 4 belles chambres king-size: 2 en bas ont une salle de bains privée; 2 à l'étage, toutes équipées d'un téléviseur intelligent haute définition Samsung de 48 pouces

Perfect family spot

We took our annual family vacation and stayed at this location. We had 22 of us. We all fit perfectly, we never felt crowded. The family has a great time. The location, the club house, the pool, game room, everything was just perfect. Thank you for having us. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Large house with fun themed rooms

We had 6 adults and 10 children staying with us. We still had extra beds! Our kids loved the themed rooms and the game room. The pool and heater worked nicely. We also enjoyed the community pool. Although the house isn't very far from the parks with traffic, it took us about an hour to get to Universal. The house had a good stock of kitchen supplies as well as bath and pool towels.

Everything was great except for one or two hiccups.

Property was as shown. Everything was good and owner was easy to reach. The access code to entry didn’t work at thru main gate but used the call button to gain access. The shower curtain fell in one bathroom and the tv was busted pre-arrival. I would recommend this property.

Amazon 4 family vacation

Our entire party can't say enough positive things about our stay. We had 16 people in our party. 8 adults and 8 kids ages 10 to 14. There was enough space for everyone and then some! Between the pool and the game room the kids were never bored. The kitchen was more than adequate to meet our cooking needs. We did rent a grill for the week which was a great addition to the house. We spent a lot of time lounging on the patio and appreciated the outdoor seating. We visited the Oasis clubhouse on three separate occasions. Food and drink selection met the needs of all of us. Prices were reasonable. Andrew the bartender was fabulous! The amenities kept the kids happy for a few hours... it was busy but not overly crowded. Ivana was very responsive and easy to work with. We would all recommend staying here!

Wonderful condo, great hosts!

We loved Coastal Escape! Everything was very well-thought out, everything is provided for a great stay. Lots of outlets, conveniently placed,and USB ports. Kitchen is well-supplied, I was able to cook chicken amd pasta dinners with no trouble. The king bed was soft and comfy, the couch and loveseat in the living room were comfy for lounging and watching TV. I spent a lot of time put on the balcony, reading, watching the ocean waves and the world go by. It is a wonderful spot for doing that! The pool area is great. The location on the side of the building is nice, because it gets the sun all day, with no shadow from the building. There are canopies for shade if you prefer, though. Beach ramp is right across the street, on the border of the drive and no-drive zones. I walked to the beach every day to either jog or walk, it was so convenient! Steve is a wonderful host. Communication was easy, his responses were lightning fast. We really appreciated the charcuterie board and crackers. Little touches like that made our stay. We would definitely come back, we hope to in fact!

Great stay/ few concerns

The property and property manager were extremely accommodating to my large party. The property manager Lin was detailed and worked without haste to ensure our stay was relaxed and comfortable. The clothing dryer at the location malfunction, and Lin can himself and resolved the issue. The location was relatively close to Disney, Universal studios and local attractions. With that said there were concerns. There were roaches at the home upon our arrival, it was not an abundance but there were roaches. The upstairs restroom and bedroom were not thoroughly cleaned between quests. There were strange hairs in the restroom showers. The garage gameroom was nice but needed updates, the basketball goal was barely holding on by tape. Other than that the home was just as seen online, with alot of space. Highlights were the attentive property manager, the garage game room, the pool and the way the home was sectioned for a large group.

First of all, I would like to apologize for any unpleasant experiences you and your party faced during the stay, and I wish to address some of the concerns here. With regard to the said roaches, they are a problem faced by all of the properties here at this community, and I hire a pest control company to come and do treatment every month, which is why, as you said, there was not an abundance of them. As for the sanitary issues that you mentioned, I am deeply concerned with them and I will definitely report them to my cleaning company. Lastly, I would like to apologize for the broken basketball hoop; the previous guest broke it, and as a result of delayed shipments, I was not able to replace the hoop before your stay. Again, sorry for any unpleasant experiences, but it seems like overall you enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful time with your party, which is what I strive for!

Great stay

This property was great for our group of 18 (Ages range from 4-60+). There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved each of the themed rooms. The game room was awesome, kids loved going in there to shoot some hoops and play foosball. The house pool and jacuzzi was clean, but the hot tub never got hot even after filling it up with more water per the property managers request. The pool was warmer than the jacuzzi. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, but the dryer did not get warm enough to actually dry our clothes in a timely manner. The property manager stopped by to check it out and said it was fine, but it still took us 4 hours to dry 1 load of laundry. The location to the Disney parks was approximately 20-30 mins depending on traffic. One of our rest days we visited the community pool and it was very busy since it was spring break when we arrived. We loved the lazy river and splash pad for the kids. With our minor issues, Ivana was very open with her communication and friendly. I would still revisit this property in the future. Thanks for the great memories on our first Disney trip!

Great house, but would not stay here again

This property if beautiful and spacious. Great for large groups. That being said, the house was not well stocked with items like trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc. so be sure to bring those items if you are to stay here. When it came to the check in process, I had to reach out to the owner 24 hours before our check in time to figure out things like the house code and how to get in the front gate because this information had not been sent to me. My group also paid extra to be able to check in early at 12:00 PM and when we arrived promptly at 12, the property manager was in the house and tried telling me that check in was at 4:00. Apparently there was a handyman there to work on some things and she had not been told of our previous arrangements to check in early. Thankfully he was about finished and we were able to get into the house about 20 minutes later. We saw 3 roaches while there and even though there was a washer and dryer, the dryer took hours upon hours to get things dried. This probably also explains why when we first arrived, the blanket and pillow cases on our bed were still wet. With all those things in mind, we would not stay here again.

Great home to come with the entire family. They have all kinds of playing machines and tables for the kids. Not a moment of boredom. Kitchen is very well equipped and is spacious. Location is great and neighborhood is quiet. Highly recommend it!

Great house for large family

The house was perfect for our family. It was exactly as pictured, clean and with everything in working order. The owner was responsive but didn't mention a couple of important details - you need to check in with the guard at the gatehouse on the road across the street, so you're officially registered with the community and your car doesn't get towed. Also, it wasn't clear how to adjust the thermostat. You need to rotate the outer silver ring to adjust the temperature.

Great house for big family

My family and I stayed here and we enjoyed it. Hands down the best the customer service was great.. Kids loved the bunk room. Playstations were a great idea but the kids couldn't get them to work. Some items around the house should be replaced just because they look worn but they were still able to be used. Carpets need a deep cleaning. Overall great time.

What you see is what you get!!

What you see in the pictures is what you get! There’s been many times I’ve booked and the home looks nothing like what is pictured. The children loved this home. Pros: The property owner was very responsive to messages. I arrived in Orlando early and was able to go into the home before the check in time. The hot tub is actually hot! There is additional parking right across from the home which is very convenient if you have multiple cars. Cons: You are not able to control the temperature of the home. The thermostats have lock boxes on them. During the day the home is hot even with fans going but at night it is cooler. Also two of the fans were not able to be operated. There was also a few small roaches that were spotted in the upstairs bedrooms. And the basketball game in the garage needs to be replaced its currently on itS last leg with duck tape holding it together. The sockets in the bathrooms upstairs were not working.

Family Vacation

We used this house for a Disney vacation with our extended family; total of eleven kids and grandchildren. I honestly think the grandchildren had almost as much fun at the house as they did Disney. Location is great and the house served us well.

We had an amazing time. Beautiful new home!! It was a large group and the home is well appointed and extremely comfortable. The kids loved the bunk rooms and game room. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. My daughter left her prescription glasses at the house and when the cleaning crew did not find them, the owner went personally, found them and shipped them overnight. We will definitely be booking this home again!
