This house is older but it is in a safe neighborhood area and is in a great location for activities around Nashville if you donât want to stay right in downtown. The back of the house does have a pretty sunset view and the fenced in yard worked great for my dogs. Worked well for my quick weekend get away.
This place is located in the perfect spot for Nashville vacation. Close to downtown and close to Opry land. Very clean and decorated perfectly to match Nashville. The back porch was nice and fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Host was very accommodating allowing us to check in early. Good communication. We will stay there again. â„ïž
Aside from the paint chipping, initial fridge & dishwasher experience, we enjoyed our stay. The house was on a busy road, but you never would've known! Super quiet area that's only a short drive away from everything. 10-15 minute drive to downtown. <5 minutes from the mall. The house was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The check in process was seamless and worked wonderfully. The beds were a little on the firmer side - which I loved but not necessarily my wife's favorite.
location was perfect, I feel it's overpriced for how outdated it is, especially the tub. Also, the bottom room was very creepy. I know it states that there is a separate living area down there, but I didn't think it would be as creepy as it was. Not sure if someone was actually down there but we kept hearing noises, and it would have been very easy for them to come up to our area. We tried reaching out to the owner to see if we could check in early and never heard back from him.
Pros: plenty of space, flexible layout (two living rooms and two dining areas), two fridges, elevated deck out back door with big fenced yard, Roku TVs throughout, zippy wifi. Washer/dryer are great.
Cons: not an especially walkable or bike-able neighborhood. Construction debris in backyard, and what appears to be a separate living unit downstairs (maybe not occupied?) that isn't mentioned on the listing. While fenced, the driveway gate doesn't latch, so not secure for pets or kids. No control over HVAC, which means the fan will kick on at weird times in middle of night and temp is set. Owner might be willing to change this, but I didn't ask. Property shows its age; other reviews have mentioned the poor condition of the only tub/shower.
Even with these quirks, would probably stay again if I needed to be in this area of town.
Quiet neighborhood with a short drive to downtown Nashville. We were missing one Roku power cord, but I just borrowed from another room. Great place to stay.
Nice location in a home with all the amenities needed
Really enjoyed my stay here. The home was in a good location in a nice neighborhood. All the amenities you need was there. A large home with fenced in back yard. Definitely would stay here again if I were visiting Nashville.
This was a great property to stay at in Nashville. Location was awesome in reference to all the things we had planned. Will definitely use this travel method
My wife, a friend, and our two pets spent a very relaxing and stress-free night here during our cross-country move. The owner was very kind and flexible when it came to our late arrival after a very long drive, and the home itself was super cute and well kept. The home was just a few miles off the highway, so it was super easy to get off and back on the road, and there was ample parking for our car and moving van. All in all, we're so glad we booked here, and we had a wonderful experience. Thanks so much!!
This property was fine for an overnight stay on our way home. Lights on in the basement, which was accessible from inside the house, and a truck on the driveway kind of creeped me out. This is on a busy street.
I am old fashioned and would have preferred the TVs to have an antenna. I like to watch the weather. I donât have nor do I know how to work a fire stick. The one in the master bedroom was locked. I was able use the one in the living room a little. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. My wife had to attend a convention by the mall which was like 3 miles down the road.
