ALOHA ET BIENVENUE À HALE KAI # 101

Magnifique condo de deux chambres en bord de mer avec lit king, deux lits jumeaux et canapé-lit pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Le condo a été entièrement rénové et rénové en 2014. Le condo est situé littéralement sur la plage et à côté d'un parc. L'unité # 101 est située au rez-de-chaussée et bénéficie d'une vue directe sur l'océan. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine, d'une laverie, d'un parking et de barbecues. Le complexe se trouve en face d'un marché fermier et de plusieurs petits restaurants.

Nous vous invitons à observer les poissons de récif à marée basse tôt le matin… jouer dans l'océan, faire de la plongée avec tuba ou nager avec les tortues de mer. La plage accueillante juste à l'extérieur de notre condo est parfaite pour construire des châteaux de sable, se détendre avec un livre préféré ou profiter de la beauté et de la tranquillité du «Old Hawaii».

Nous sommes situés dans la petite communauté de Honokowai à West Maui et à quelques minutes de la célèbre plage de Kaanapali, de Kapalua et de Napili Bay ainsi que de la ville historique de Lahaina. Honokowai a une des meilleures conditions météorologiques de Maui. Des parcours de golf de classe mondiale sont situés à proximité.

Wonderful, great location!

We had a great time! You can’t beat this view and stepping right out to the beach. The only thing I’d change isn’t even a complaint—I’d have a shower wand in the shower to make it easier to clean sand out of the shower. (I just kept a bowl in there to rinse it.) Corner view and watching the baby whales jump while enjoying breakfast was magical.

Great location

Great location and right by the beach. You can hear the waves and see sea turtles and whales. The condo was very clean, check-in information was very smooth. The only issue was we found a cockroach on the bedroom wall the first night.

Great upper west Maui location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic experience. View is unbeatable. Fell asleep to the waves every night. Saw whales breaching from the Lanai. Easy short drive to Lahaina and Kapalua and great nearby amenities like Pau Bakery and Bad *** Coffee. The pool and BBQ are pretty wanky and there is no spa, but the unit was clean and well maintained. There are laundry facilities if you need them and parking is super easy. If you are looking for something quiet and relaxing this is the place. If you want the mega-resort feel, go somewhere else.

Our favorite home away from home

Heaven on Earth!

Son-in-law and daughter are able to enjoy snorkeling and granddaughter enjoys exploring and running on the beach as well as swimming in the pool. Am concerned about the condition of the property. Mop boards and doors were very dirty as well as some walls.

Simply Amazing!!

They ran out through the lanai every morning to play in the waves and hunt for shells. The kitchen has all the amenities, the bathroom is a nice size, and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of ceiling fans and a perfect cross breeze kept the temperature cool at night. The pool came in handy when the ocean waves got a bit too big.

Room #101 At Hale Kai

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was are 3rd stay at Hale Kai, first in condo #101. This was a girls trip, us. 3 girls enjoyed our lazy mornings on the patio and quite evenings listening to the waves. We cooked all our breakfasts and a few dinners, the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable, we all slept well. First morning when I woke up at 5:30am, my first thought was to go back to bed, and then I saw the view from those wonderful large windows and made some coffee and enjoyed. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Unit 101 - Wow! We couldn't be happier. This has truly become our home away from home.Most of the residents are lovely and welcoming, and Valerie, the property manager, is exceptional. She is very professional, and cares about her guests, which makes our stay all that much better. She takes care of business. Thank you Valerie! We're all lucky to have you. Steps to the beach and pool and park, and beautiful sunset views with sea turtles swimming around. Walking distance to grocery & fresh fish take-out and a very short drive to many beaches and restaurants. Included great beach amenities such as beach towels, chairs and a cooler. Kitchen amenities were a little lacking (no salt and pepper or olive oil, and nothing to store leftovers.) Both the unit and property were very clean. The tv and Wi-Fi weren't working properly but the manager solved that for us quickly. A few lights were out but we let the manager know at the end of our stay and I'm sure they fixed it. We would highly recommend for a small family who wants a more laid back vacation away from the mega resorts.

After 14 Years Coming to Maui, not the best experience -

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I take my family to Maui every year and usually stay at a nearby condo for the last 14 years. My son and I always end up spending a day at the Honokawai Beach Park, as it’s shallow beach is great so this year, for our last year visiting, we decided to stay at Hale Kai and got what I thought their best location. Unfortunately regretted it in an instant. This corner unit is surrounded by glass windows which gives you best view: sunset and the ocean at all times, it also heats up the entire condo to 102 degrees inside. There is no AC in the unit. You may think oh the fans and breeze is enough, you are wrong. The high noon sun will cook you inside and not even the light filtering shades will help because — well they’re only light filtering. When you start cooking, oh it’s over. You’ll feel like you’re being cremated. On our last 2 nights there I ended up moving my family out and getting a hotel nearby because guess what, there was a power outage that made our situation worse! While it’s not their fault, we were told by people there that it’s been happening and no one warned us about it upon booking. With how hot that place gets + power outage = slow and painful death and I have my senior parents and child with me. They refused to give me a partial refund for the last 2 nights which is disappointing because they’re double what I used to pay for. Will never recommend. Will never use again.

Lovely Family Vacation

We had a lovely family vacation staying at this location. The proximity to the beach, pool access and closeness of shops was great. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals. We would love to come here again.
